Claims

Abstract

The present invention provides a magnetic fastener composed of a female snap and a male snap. The female snap includes a first locking unit, the male snap contains a second locking unit, and the first locking unit has a projecting piece, on which there is the clamping groove; the male snap contains a base with a clamping hole; the projecting piece passes through the clamping hole. The second locking unit includes a locking arm and a clamping portion, and can move on the base to drive the movement of the locking arm so that the clamping portion is kept away from the clamping groove to unlock the second locking unit. The present invention also discloses a strap that use magnetic fastener for locking and unlocking, which is simple and convenient.

We claim: 
     
         1 . A magnetic fastener, composed of a female snap and a male snap, wherein the female snap includes a first locking unit, the male snap contains at least one second locking unit, the first locking unit has a projecting piece, and there is a clamping groove on the side of the projecting piece; the male snap also includes a base, on which the clamping hole is formed along the thickness direction of the base and penetrates through the thickness; the base contains a fitting surface and an assembly surface opposite to the fitting surface, and the projecting piece can pass through the clamping hole along the assembly surface; the second locking unit is set up on one side of the assembly surface, the second locking unit contains a locking arm and a clamping portion that is formed at the first end of the locking arm, the second locking unit is separated from the base, and the second locking unit can linearly move on the base, to enable the locking arm to move along the base, so that the clamping portion is kept away from the clamping groove, and the second locking unit is in the unlocking position, where the clamping portion is separated from the clamping groove. 
     
     
         2 . The magnetic fastener according to  claim 1 , wherein the locking arm is set up so that it can make the clamping portion keep away from the center of the clamping hole when the projecting piece passes through the clamping hole. 
     
     
         3 . The magnetic fastener according to  claim 1 , wherein the second locking unit also contains a pressing portion, and one end of the locking arm that is kept away from the clamping portion is connected to the pressing portion. 
     
     
         4 . The magnetic fastener according to  claim 3 , wherein the pressing portion is divided into Zone 1, Zone 2 and Zone 3 along the length direction; at least, Zone 1 has the locking arm. 
     
     
         5 . The magnetic fastener according to  claim 4 , wherein the male snap contains two second locking units, the pressing portions of two second locking units are respectively located at both radial ends of the base, and two locking arms are spaced apart from each other. 
     
     
         6 . The magnetic fastener according to  claim 4 , wherein Zone 1 and Zone 3 are provided with the locking arms; the clamping portions on two locking arms are spaced apart from each other. 
     
     
         7 . The magnetic fastener according to  claim 6 , wherein the male snap has two second locking units, the pressing portions of two second locking units are respectively located at both radial ends of the base, and two locking arms on the same side of two opposite second locking units are stacked. 
     
     
         8 . The magnetic fastener according to  claim 3 , wherein the clamping portion is formed by bending the first end of the locking arm. 
     
     
         9 . The magnetic fastener according to  claim 8 , wherein the locking arm contains a connecting arm and an elastic arm, one end of the connecting arm is connected to the pressing portion, the other end of the connecting arm is connected to one end of the elastic arm, the other end of the elastic arm is formed as the first end of the locking arm, the clamping portion is set up at the other end of the elastic arm, and the pressing portion is arranged on the outer edge of the base, so that the pressing portion can be affected by the external force. 
     
     
         10 . The magnetic fastener according to  claim 9 , wherein the second locking unit also contains an ejection arm; the ejection arm is arranged at one end of the connecting arm that is kept away from the pressing portion, and is spaced apart from the elastic arm; the ejection arm is located between the elastic arm and the clamping hole; one end of the ejection arm that is kept away from the connecting arm is spaced apart from one end of the clamping portion that is connected to the elastic arm. 
     
     
         11 . The magnetic fastener according to  claim 1 , wherein the male snap also contains a reset arm that is corresponding to the locking arm of the second locking unit; the reset arm is arranged on the locking arm, and the base is provided with a first stop portion; the reset arm is abutted against the first stop portion after moving, or is directly abutted against the first stop portion, the reset arm moves to the first stop portion when the pressing portion is affected by the external force, and the reset arm can suffer from elastic deformation in the unlocking position. 
     
     
         12 . The magnetic fastener according to  claim 3 , wherein the male snap also contains a spring, the base is provided with a second stop portion, and the spring is installed between the pressing portion and the second stop portion; when the pressing portion moves to the second stop portion due to the external force, the spring can suffer from elastic deformation; when the external force is released, the pressing portion is restored to its initial position by the elastic force of the spring. 
     
     
         13 . The magnetic fastener according to  claim 1 , wherein the male snap also includes a shell and a side wall surrounding the base, and the side wall is located on one side of the assembly surface; the shell, the base, and the side wall form a chamber; the second locking unit is set up in the chamber. 
     
     
         14 . The magnetic fastener according to  claim 13 , wherein the shell is matched with the side wall to form a pressing hole, the pressing portion is provided with a stop block, the stop block is set up on both sides of the pressing portion, and the distance between two stop blocks is more than the maximum diameter of the pressing hole. 
     
     
         15 . The magnetic fastener according to  claim 1 , wherein the female snap is provided with a first magnet, and the male snap is provided with a second magnet; the first and second magnets attract each other. 
     
     
         16 . The magnetic fastener according to  claim 15 , wherein the male snap also contains a mounting cylinder surrounding the clamping hole, the second magnet is arranged in the mounting cylinder, and the first magnet is placed on the projecting piece. 
     
     
         17 . The magnetic fastener according to  claim 1 , wherein the male snap also contains a connecting portion that is used for external connection and is arranged on the base. 
     
     
         18 . A strap, wherein the strap contains a magnetic fastener according to  claim 1 .
