Abstract
This invention is a shell of a rechargeable electronic cigarette, including a shell body integrally molded and made of metal. The shell body is vertically extended. The shell body is shaped as a result of a plurality of stamping and stretching. A mounting groove of a bottom cover and a protrusion protruding into the mounting cavity that correspond to each other are formed at the middle of the bottom of the shell body by upward counter-stamping. A charging hole and a screw positioning hole are also disposed on the bottom surface of the mounting groove of the bottom cover, respectively. A switch and a power display hole are also disposed on the side wall of the shell body.

comprising a shell body integrally molded and made of metal, wherein the shell body is vertically extended, a mounting cavity is disposed inside the shell body, a mounting port of a top cover is disposed at a top of the shell body, the shell body is shaped as a result of a plurality of stamping and stretching, a mounting groove of a bottom cover and a protrusion protruding into the mounting cavity that correspond to each other are formed at a middle of a bottom of the shell body by upward counter-stamping, respectively, a charging hole and a screw positioning hole that vertically pass through are also disposed on a bottom surface of the mounting groove of the bottom cover, respectively, therefore, the protrusion is utilized to increase a tensile strength of the screw positioning hole and enhance stability after a charging cable is inserted into the charging hole, a switch and a power display hole that horizontally pass through are disposed on a side wall of the shell body, the side wall of the shell body has a thickness of 0.6 mm-1 mm, a distance between a top surface of the protrusion and a bottom surface of the shell body is 2 mm-3 mm, outer walls at a periphery of the shell body are convex arc-shaped surfaces, a bottom of the shell body has a cross-sectional area smaller than that of the rest part of the shell body, a cross-sectional area of a lower end of a side wall of the shell body gradually becomes smaller toward a bottom surface, to form an arc-shaped transition between the lower end of the side wall of the shell body and the bottom surface of the shell body, and the shell body integrally molded and made of metal cannot be disjointed and hence damaged when the shell body falls.
2 . The shell of the rechargeable electronic cigarette according to claim 1 , wherein
the side wall of the shell body has a thickness of 0.8 mm, and the distance between the top surface of the protrusion and the bottom surface of the shell body is 2.65 mm.
3 . The shell of the rechargeable electronic cigarette according to claim 1 , wherein
a maximum distance between two relative side walls of the shell body is less than a maximum distance between other two relative side walls of the shell body.
4 . The shell of the rechargeable electronic cigarette according to claim 1 , wherein
a size of the mounting groove of the bottom cover may be enlarged by grinding to the side walls at a periphery of the mounting groove.
5 . The shell of the rechargeable electronic cigarette according to claim 1 , wherein
the mounting groove of the bottom cover is oval in shape.
6 . The shell of the rechargeable electronic cigarette according to claim 1 , wherein
one clearance groove that surrounds the protrusion is formed at a periphery of a bottom surface of the mounting cavity.
7 . The shell of the rechargeable electronic cigarette according to claim 1 , wherein
the shell body is made of aluminum.
8 . The shell of the rechargeable electronic cigarette according to claim 2 , wherein
the shell body is made of aluminum.
9 . The shell of the rechargeable electronic cigarette according to claim 3 , wherein
the shell body is made of aluminum.
10 . The shell of the rechargeable electronic cigarette according to claim 4 , wherein
the shell body is made of aluminum.
11 . The shell of the rechargeable electronic cigarette according to claim 5 , wherein
the shell body is made of aluminum.
