Claims

Abstract

A battery cell, a battery, and an electric device. The battery cell includes a shell, electrode terminals, at least one electrode assembly, a support frame and liquid retaining layer(s). The shell has a wall part, and the electrode terminals are provided at the wall part. The electrode assembly is accommodated in the shell. The electrode assembly has a main body and tabs. In the thickness direction of the wall part, the tabs protrude from an end of the main body facing the wall part and connected to the electrode terminals. In the thickness direction of the wall part, the support frame is provided between the wall part and the main body. The support frame is configured to support the main body. The liquid retaining layer(s) are provided at the support frame, and the liquid retaining layer(s) are configured to absorb and store the electrolytic solution in the shell.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A battery cell, comprising:
 a shell, having a wall part;   electrode terminals, provided on the wall part;   at least one electrode assembly accommodated in the shell, wherein the at least one electrode assembly each has a main body and tabs, and in a thickness direction of the wall part, the tabs protrude from an end of the main body facing the wall part and connected to the electrode terminals;   a support frame, wherein in the thickness direction of the wall part, the support frame is provided between the wall part and the main body, and the support frame is configured to support the main body; and   at least one liquid retaining layer provided at the support frame, wherein the at least one liquid retaining layer is configured to absorb and store an electrolytic solution in the shell.   
     
     
         2 . The battery cell according to  claim 1 , wherein in the thickness direction of the wall part, the at least one liquid retaining layer is located between the wall part and the support frame. 
     
     
         3 . The battery cell according to  claim 2 , wherein in the thickness direction of the wall part, the side of the support frame facing the wall part is provided with at least one groove, and the at least one liquid retaining layer is at least partially accommodated in the at least one groove. 
     
     
         4 . The battery cell according to  claim 3 , wherein the support frame is provided with at least one through hole which communicates with the at least one groove and an internal space of the shell. 
     
     
         5 . The battery cell according to  claim 4 , wherein the at least one through hole is provided at a groove bottom wall of the at least one groove, and extends through the groove bottom wall of the at least one groove in the thickness direction of the wall part. 
     
     
         6 . The battery cell according to  claim 3 , wherein the battery cell comprises multiple liquid retaining layers, and in the thickness direction of the wall part, the side of the support frame facing the wall part is provided with multiple grooves, and each of the liquid retaining layers is accommodated in one corresponding groove. 
     
     
         7 . The battery cell according to  claim 2 , wherein in the thickness direction of the wall part, the tabs each comprise a first section located on a side of the at least one liquid retaining layer facing the wall part, the first section is connected to the corresponding electrode terminal, and the first section abuts against at least one of the at least one liquid retaining layer. 
     
     
         8 . The battery cell according to  claim 7 , wherein the tabs each further comprise a second section and a third section, wherein the first section, the second section and the third section are connected in succession, the third section is connected to the main body, and the third section is located at a side of the support frame facing the main body. 
     
     
         9 . The battery cell according to  claim 8 , wherein in a first direction, the second section is located at one end of the support frame, and the first direction is perpendicular to the thickness direction of the wall part. 
     
     
         10 . The battery cell according to  claim 9 , further comprising:
 two electrode assemblies, wherein in the first direction, main bodies of the two electrode assemblies are stacked, and the second sections of tabs with a same polarity of the two electrode assemblies are located at two ends of the support frame, respectively.   
     
     
         11 . The battery cell according to  claim 7 , further comprising:
 at least one current collecting member, connected to the electrode terminals and the first sections,   wherein in the thickness direction of the wall part, the first sections are located between the at least one current collecting member and the at least one liquid retaining layer.   
     
     
         12 . The battery cell according to  claim 7 , wherein a surface of each of the tabs is a rough surface. 
     
     
         13 . The battery cell according to  claim 7 , wherein a surface of each of the tabs is provided with a strip-shaped rib. 
     
     
         14 . The battery cell according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 an adhesive layer, wherein the adhesive layer bonds with the at least one liquid retaining layer and the support frame.   
     
     
         15 . The battery cell according to  claim 1 , wherein a melting point of a material of the at least one liquid retaining layer is greater than or equal to 40° C. 
     
     
         16 . The battery cell according to  claim 1 , wherein the shell comprises:
 a casing, wherein an accommodation cavity with an opening is provided inside the casing, and the at least one electrode assembly is accommodated in the accommodation cavity; and   an end cover configured for sealing the opening, wherein the first wall is the end cover.   
     
     
         17 . The battery cell according to  claim 1 , wherein the shell comprises:
 a casing comprising a side wall and the wall part which are integrally formed, wherein the side wall is provided surrounding the wall part, the side wall has one end connected to the wall part and the other end forming the opening in the thickness direction of the wall part, and the side wall and the wall part jointly form the accommodation cavity configured for accommodating the at least one electrode assembly; and   an end cover configured for sealing the opening.   
     
     
         18 . A battery, comprising at least one battery cell each according to  claim 1 . 
     
     
         19 . An electric device, comprising at least one battery each according to  claim 18 .
