Abstract
An eco kitchen fume purification and extraction system, comprises a fume extraction system which generates negative pressure by a negative pressure device to inhale fume in the kitchen into an air inlet and transmit fume in the pipeline; a fume condensation chamber which is equipped with a filter for cooling and condensing the fume inside; the fume condensation chamber is provided with a condensed air inlet; a ventilation device inhales the air in a ventilation space through a compression device which compresses and sends the air to a compressed air inlet of the vortex tube; a low-temperature air outlet of the vortex tube is connected to the condensed air inlet of the fume condensation chamber; the fume condensation chamber cools down the internal temperature through the low-temperature gas generated by the vortex tube, the filter is kept in a low-temperature environment; the fume is cooled and collected when passing through the low-temperature filter, thereby greatly reducing the amount of oil fume emissions.

a fume extraction system with an air inlet located in the kitchen, which generates negative pressure by a negative pressure device to inhale fume in the kitchen into an air inlet and transmit fume in the pipeline; a fume condensation chamber which is equipped with a filter for cooling and condensing the fume inside; the fume condensation chamber is provided with a condensed air inlet; a vortex tube; a ventilation device inhales the air in a ventilation space through a compression device which compresses and sends the air to a compressed air inlet of the vortex tube; a low-temperature air outlet of the vortex tube is connected to the condensed air inlet of the fume condensation chamber; the air in the ventilation space is inhaled into the compression device to generate high-pressure air and is sent to the vortex tube; the low-temperature air is generated from the low-temperature air outlet by the vortex tube and is transmitted to the fume condensation chamber to cool down the filter; the fume in the kitchen is inhaled into the condensation chamber through the negative pressure device; by cooling of the low-temperature air, the fume condenses and separates through the cooled filter; the separated air is discharged from the air outlet of the fume condensation chamber.
2 . The eco kitchen fume purification and extraction system of claim 1 , wherein a high-temperature air outlet of the vortex tube is connected to the air outlet of the fume condensation chamber, and is mixed with the air from the air outlet.
3 . The eco kitchen fume purification and extraction system of claim 1 , wherein comprises a water tank and a heat exchanger; the high-temperature air outlet of the vortex tube is connected to the heat exchanger, the heat exchanger is immersed in the water tank to heat the water inside.

The eco kitchen fume purification and extraction system of claim 3 , wherein the heat exchanger is a sealed container with an air inlet and an air outlet, the air inlet is connected to the high-temperature air outlet of the vortex tube through a pipeline, and the air outlet is connected to the air outlet of the condensation chamber; heat-absorbing fins are arranged obliquely along the fluid direction of the air in the container to form a circuitous air channel.

The eco kitchen fume purification and extraction system of claim 3 , wherein the heat exchanger is a sealed container with an air inlet and an air outlet, the air inlet is connected to the high-temperature air outlet of the vortex tube through a pipeline, and the air outlet is connected to the air outlet of the condensation chamber; honeycomb-shaped heat-absorbing fins are arranged in the container along the fluid direction of the air.
