Abstract

A foldable tent includes a frame body, and the frame body includes multiple legs, a top rod, a first telescopic component, a second telescopic component, and a sleeve seat. The multiple legs are connected through the first telescopic component, the first telescopic component is connected to the top rod through the second telescopic component. The sleeve seat is disposed on the top rod, the second telescopic component is connected to the sleeve seat. The sleeve seat moves upwards to make the multiple legs approach the top rod to fold the frame body, the sleeve seat moves downwards to make the multiple legs move outward to unfold the frame body. The sleeve seat includes a positioning shaft, and the top rod defines a hole position cooperating with the positioning shaft. When the positioning shaft is connected with the hole position, the frame body is in an unfolded state.

Claims

What is claimed is:

         1 . A foldable tent, comprising: a frame body, wherein the frame body comprises: a plurality of legs ( 100 ), a top rod ( 200 ), a first telescopic component ( 300 ), a second telescopic component ( 400 ), and a sleeve seat;
 wherein the plurality of legs ( 100 ) are connected through the first telescopic component ( 300 ), the first telescopic component ( 300 ) is connected to the top rod ( 200 ) through the second telescopic component ( 400 ); the sleeve seat is disposed on the top rod ( 200 ), and the second telescopic component ( 400 ) is connected to the sleeve seat; the sleeve seat is configured to move upwards to make the plurality of legs ( 100 ) approach the top rod ( 200 ), thereby to fold the frame body, and move downwards to make the plurality of legs ( 100 ) move outward, thereby to unfold the frame body; the sleeve seat comprises a positioning shaft ( 2 ), and the top rod ( 200 ) defines a hole position cooperating with the positioning shaft ( 2 ); and when the positioning shaft ( 2 ) is connected to the hole position, the frame body is in an unfolded state.

         2 . The foldable tent as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the sleeve seat further comprises a seat body ( 1 ), and a pipe sleeve ( 3 ), the pipe sleeve ( 3 ) is disposed in a center of the seat body ( 1 ) and the pipe sleeve ( 3 ) is configured to make the top rod ( 200 ) to pass through, a periphery of the seat body ( 1 ) defines at least two evenly distributed pipe slots ( 4 ) configured to connect the second telescopic component ( 400 ), and the pipe sleeve ( 3 ) defines a positioning hole ( 10 ) configured to insert the positioning shaft ( 2 ).

         3 . The foldable tent as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the positioning shaft ( 2 ) is provided with a pull ring ( 5 ) thereon.

         4 . The foldable tent as claimed in claim 2 , wherein an exterior of the pipe sleeve ( 3 ) is provided with a button ( 6 ), and a middle part of the button ( 6 ) is rotatably connected to the pipe sleeve ( 3 ) through a pivot ( 7 ); an end of the button ( 6 ) is connected to the positioning shaft ( 2 ), and a torsion spring is sleeved on the pivot ( 7 ) and supports the pipe sleeve ( 3 ) and the button ( 6 ) in place.

         5 . The foldable tent as claimed in claim 2 , wherein two opposite slot walls of each pipe slot ( 4 ) define a screw hole ( 8 ) and a through hole ( 9 ), respectively.

         6 . The foldable tent as claimed in claim 5 , wherein a height of the pipe sleeve ( 3 ) is in a range of 5 centimeters (cm) to 15 cm.

         7 . The foldable tent as claimed in claim 5 , wherein a shaft hole ( 11 ) in the pipe sleeve ( 3 ) is in a rectangular shape.

         8 . The foldable tent as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the sleeve seat is an injection-molded one-piece structure, and the positioning shaft ( 2 ) is made of stainless steel.
