Abstract

An umbrella-cover whose shape can be transformed into a pedestal that can be used for luggage storage, includes a plurality of plates and magnets.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An umbrella-cover, comprising:
 first to sixth plates, wherein each plate is identical and rectangular in shape, wherein each plate is connected in the longitudinal direction to each other, and wherein each connection of the first through six plates can only be folded in one direction;   seventh to tenth plates, wherein each plate is identical and square in shape, wherein one end of each of the seventh and eighth plates is connected respectively in the short side of the first plate, wherein one end of each of said the ninth and tenth plates is connected respectively in the short side of the sixth plate, and wherein each connection of the seventh through tenth plates can only be folded in one direction;   eleventh to fourteenth plates, wherein each plate is identical wherein each of the eleventh to fourteenth plates is connected to the opposite end of the seventh through tenth plate, respectively, and wherein each connection of the eleventh through fourteenth plates can only be folded in one direction;   a first magnet of first polarity exposed, the first magnet being formed on the surface of the second plate and being approximately the same size as the second plate;   a second magnet of the second polarity exposed, the second magnet being formed on the back surface of the sixth plate and being approximately the same size as the sixth plate;   a third through sixth magnets of first polarity exposed, each of magnets being formed on the surface of the eleventh through fourteenth plates, respectively, and being approximately the same size as the plate attached thereto;   a pair of seventh magnets of the second polarity exposed, wherein each of the seventh magnets is formed on the back surface of the third plate, near the short side of the third plate, respectively; and   a pair of eighth magnets of first polarity exposed, wherein each of the eighth magnets is formed on the back surface of the fourth plate near the short side of the fourth plate, respectively.   
     
     
         2 . An umbrella-cover, according to  claim 1 , wherein the all plates are formed as an integrated structure, and wherein a V-shaped slits are formed in the area where the plates are connected so that the plates can only be folded in one direction. 
     
     
         3 . An umbrella-cover, according to  claim 1 , wherein all plates are made of plastic.
