Aerosol generating device

Abstract

An aerosol generating device is provided. The aerosol generating device includes: a body formed to provide an insertion space; a heater; a button hole formed at the body and a button key disposed in the button hole; a bracket frame disposed in the body and disposed at a rear of the button key; a substrate coupled to the bracket frame and disposed between the bracket frame and the button key; an actuator coupled to the substrate and disposed between the button key and the substrate; a sealing cap disposed between the bracket frame and the button key, and covering the substrate and the actuator; and a sealing frame disposed between the sealing cap and an inner surface of the body, and surrounding a periphery of the sealing cap, wherein the sealing cap is in contact with the bracket frame and the sealing frame, and the sealing frame is in contact with the sealing cap and the inner surface of the body.

1 . An aerosol generating device comprising:
 an elongated body formed to provide an insertion space;   a heater adjacent to the insertion space;   a button hole formed at the body and a button key disposed in the button hole, wherein the button key is operable in connection with a function of the aerosol generating device;   a bracket frame disposed in the body and disposed at a rear of the button key;   a substrate coupled to the bracket frame and disposed between the bracket frame and the button key;   an actuator coupled to the substrate and disposed between the button key and the substrate;   a sealing cap disposed between the bracket frame and the button key and covering the substrate and the actuator; and   a sealing frame disposed between the sealing cap and an inner surface of the body and surrounding a periphery of the sealing cap,   wherein the sealing cap is in contact with the bracket frame and the sealing frame, and   wherein the sealing frame is in contact with the sealing cap and the inner surface of the body.   
     
     
         2 . The aerosol generating device of  claim 1 , wherein an edge of the sealing cap comprises a rib which is in contact with the bracket frame. 
     
     
         3 . The aerosol generating device of  claim 1 , wherein the bracket frame comprises a recess accommodating the substrate and the actuator disposed thereon. 
     
     
         4 . The aerosol generating device of  claim 1 , wherein the sealing cap comprises:
 a base formed at an edge of the sealing cap to be in contact with the bracket frame;   a contactor having a central portion spaced apart from the base and in contact with the button key; and   an inclined surface connecting the base and the contactor.   
     
     
         5 . The aerosol generating device of  claim 4 , wherein the inclined surface is inclined inward of the sealing cap toward the button key. 
     
     
         6 . The aerosol generating device of  claim 4 , wherein the sealing cap comprises a presser at a rear of the contactor and protruding toward the bracket frame. 
     
     
         7 . The aerosol generating device of  claim 1 , wherein the sealing frame comprises an opening configured to allow the button key to move toward the bracket frame, and
 wherein the sealing cap is disposed at the opening.   
     
     
         8 . The aerosol generating device of  claim 1 , wherein the sealing frame has a groove corresponding to and contacting an edge of the sealing cap. 
     
     
         9 . The aerosol generating device of  claim 1 , wherein the inner surface of the body comprises a guide projection projecting inward along a longitudinal direction of the body and contacting an edge of the sealing frame. 
     
     
         10 . The aerosol generating device of  claim 1 , further comprising a gasket disposed between the sealing frame and the inner surface of the body,
 wherein the gasket provides a seal between the sealing frame and the inner surface of the body.   
     
     
         11 . The aerosol generating device of  claim 10 , wherein the gasket is configured to fix the sealing frame to the body. 
     
     
         12 . The aerosol generating device of  claim 3 , wherein the bracket frame comprises a slit formed at the recess, and
 wherein a wire of the substrate is routed through the slit.   
     
     
         13 . The aerosol generating device of  claim 1 , wherein the button key comprises a flange extending from a periphery of the button key, and
 wherein the sealing frame comprises a stopper disposed to support a rear of the flange.
