Device for fastening a panel to a facade
Abstract
The invention relates to a device for attaching a panel (1) to a supporting structure (110) of a façade (100) with suspended panels, comprising:a means of attachment (3) to the supporting structure (110), having a drilled hole (31) configured to engage with a collar (5),a collar (5),shaped so that it further comprises:a corner fitting (7), comprising snap fasteners (11) arranged on the side opposite the panel (1) when assembled,a clip (9), comprising:a bearing surface (17) against the panel (1),fingers (15) configured to engage an edge of the panel (1),a hole (25) forming a passage for the collar (5) in the bearing surface (17),complementary snap fasteners (19) for the snap fasteners (11) of the corner fitting (7),the collar (5) passing through the clip (9), opening into the drilled hole (31) and being attached to the means of attachment (3) to the supporting structure (110) in the assembled state.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A device for attaching a panel to a supporting structure of a façade with suspended panels, said panel having a front face and a rear face, comprising:
a means of attachment to the supporting structure, having a drilled hole configured to engage with a collar,
a collar,
shaped so that said device further comprises:
a corner fitting, flat and configured to be attached against a corner of the back face of the panel, comprising snap fasteners arranged on the side opposite to the panel when assembled,
a clip, comprising:
a bearing surface against the rear face of the panel,
fingers configured to engage an edge of the panel,
a hole forming a passage for the collar in the bearing surface,
complementary snap fasteners for the snap fasteners of the corner fitting,
the collar passing through the clip, opening into the drilled hole and being attached to the means of attachment to the supporting structure in the assembled state.
2 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein the corner fitting is composed of a metallic sheet, and in that the snap fasteners comprise snap-fastening tabs cut out from the corner fitting, and the complementary snap fasteners comprise recesses of corresponding shape and arrangement on the support surface of the clip.
3 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein said device further comprises an elastic element, arranged and compressed, in the assembled state, between the corner fitting and the bearing surface of the clip.
4 . The device according to claim 3 , wherein the corner fitting is composed of a metallic sheet, and in that the elastic element comprises elastic tabs cut out from the corner fitting.
5 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein said device comprises a sheet of adhesive, in the assembled state, with respect to the corner fitting against the panel.
6 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein the clip comprises side panels, forming a bearing surface for an edge and an end of the panel, and from which the fingers extend.
7 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein the means for attaching the panel to the supporting structure comprise brackets, configured to engage in a rail of the supporting structure and to move longitudinally with respect to said rail.
8 . The device according to claim 7 , wherein the brackets attached, in the assembled state, at an upper corner of the panel, can also be moved along the height.
9 . The device according to claim 7 , wherein the brackets attached, in the assembled state, to a lower corner of the panel, further comprise snap fasteners with the rail of the supporting structure, preventing the removal of the panel when snap-fastened with said rail.
10 . The device according to any one of the preceding claim 1 , wherein the corner fitting comprises fitting fingers engaging with an edge or end of the panel.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
