Abstract

Ball picker, comprising a container part and a handle part; the handle part includes detachably connected first shaft body, second shaft body, and third shaft body; the container part includes a bottom edge frame and a container wall; above the container wall, there is formed a ball exit; the container wall is made of flexible plastic or deformable material, which can bend towards the interior of the bottom edge frame; multiple elastic elements are connected at the bottom of the bottom edge frame, arranged in parallel, and forming ball entry gaps, where the width of the ball entry gap is smaller than the diameter of the ball.

1 . A ball-picking structure, comprising:
 A ball-picking structure, comprising a handle section ( 1 ) connected to a container ( 2 ); wherein: the container ( 2 ) includes a container wall ( 22 ); the container wall ( 22 ) is connected to connecting arms ( 4 ) on opposite sides at the bottom, with the connecting arms ( 4 ) on both sides extending towards each other within the container ( 2 ) to form connecting rods ( 5 ), wherein the connecting rods ( 5 ) are connected to the handle section ( 1 ).   The container wall ( 22 ) forms a ball exit ( 3 ) at the top; the bottom of the container ( 2 ) is connected to n elastic elements ( 8 ), forming (n+1) ball entry gaps ( 9 ) within the bottom frame ( 21 ), where the width of the ball entry gap ( 9 ) is smaller than the diameter of the ball   
     
     
         2 . The ball picking structure of  claim 1 , wherein: the handle section ( 1 ) comprises a shaft body ( 11 ) and a connecting head ( 12 ) that connects the shaft body ( 11 ) to the connecting rod ( 5 ).
 At one end of the connection between the shaft body ( 11 ) and the connecting head ( 12 ), there is a snap button protrusion ( 1134 ), and at the other end of the shaft body ( 11 ), opposite to the end where the snap button protrusion ( 1134 ) is located, there is a hanging hole ( 115 ).   On the side of the hanging hole ( 115 ) near the snap button protrusion ( 1134 ), there are multiple grooves ( 114 ) arranged around the shaft body ( 11 ).

The ball picking structure of  claim 2 , wherein: at the end where the connecting head ( 12 ) is connected to the shaft body ( 11 ), there is an insertion hole ( 127 ) for inserting the shaft body ( 11 ), and the wall ( 123 ) of the insertion hole ( 127 ) has a snap hole ( 124 ) corresponding to the snap button protrusion ( 1134 ); the size of the snap hole ( 124 ) is consistent with the size of the snap button protrusion ( 1134 ). 
     
     
         4 . The ball picking structure of  claim 1 , it is wherein: at the bottom of the container wall ( 22 ), there are elastic element connection holes ( 215 ) on opposite sides, the number of which is consistent with the number of elastic elements ( 8 ). 
     
     
         5 . A ball picker, comprising:
 a container ( 2 ) and a handle section ( 1 ) connected to the container ( 2 ); wherein:   the container ( 2 ) includes a bottom frame ( 21 ) and a container wall ( 22 ) extending upwardly from around the bottom frame ( 21 ); the horizontal length l of the bottom frame ( 21 ) is 180 mm to 230 mm, the horizontal width w is 180 mm to 220 mm, and the vertical height h is 15 mm to 25 mm; the horizontal length L of the container wall ( 22 ) is 190 mm to 230 mm, the horizontal width W is 190 mm to 225 mm, and the vertical height His 170 mm to 190 mm; the container wall ( 22 ) forms a ball exit ( 3 ) away from the bottom frame ( 21 ).   The bottom frame ( 21 ) is connected on opposite sides through adjustable connecting components ( 7 ) to connecting arms ( 4 ), and the angle between the axis direction of the connecting arms ( 4 ) and the horizontal direction of the bottom frame ( 21 ) is adjustable; the connecting arms ( 4 ) on both sides extend towards each other above the bottom frame ( 21 ) to form connecting rods ( 5 ), and the connecting rods ( 5 ) are connected to the handle section ( 1 ).   The bottom frame ( 21 ) is connected at the bottom with n elastic elements ( 8 ), forming (n−1) ball entry gaps ( 9 ) with a width w 1  of 25 mm to 32 mm between the elastic elements ( 8 ), and forming  2  ball entry gaps ( 9 ) with a width w 2  of 28 mm to 36 mm between the elastic elements ( 8 ) and the bottom frame ( 21 ); the width of the ball entry gap ( 9 ) is smaller than the diameter of the ball.

The ball picker of,  claim 5  wherein: there are at least two first connection holes ( 211 ) around the bottom frame ( 21 ); on opposite sides of the bottom frame ( 21 ), there are corresponding elastic element connection holes ( 215 ) in a number consistent with the number of elastic elements ( 8 ); the elastic connection holes on the same side divide the length of the frame equally on that side.
 On opposite sides of the bottom frame ( 21 ), there are corresponding second connection holes ( 212 ), and the horizontal sides of the second connection holes ( 212 ) have first limiting protrusions ( 213 ) and second limiting protrusions ( 214 ); the distance between the first limiting protrusion ( 213 ) and the second limiting protrusion ( 214 ) is consistent with the horizontal width of the connecting arm ( 4 ).

The ball picker of  claim 5 , wherein: on the side of the connecting arm ( 4 ) near the bottom frame ( 21 ), there is a third connection hole ( 41 ) corresponding to the second connection hole ( 212 ); the middle part of the connecting rod ( 5 ) near the surface of the connecting head ( 12 ) is connected with a U-shaped connector ( 51 ), and the sides of the U-shaped connector ( 51 ) correspondingly have fourth connection holes ( 511 ), forming a connection groove ( 512 ) between the fourth connection holes ( 511 ) on both sides of the U-shaped connector ( 51 ).

The ball picker of  claim 7 , wherein: the second connection hole ( 212 ) and the third connection hole ( 41 ) allow the adjustable connecting component ( 7 ) to pass through, and the adjustable connecting component ( 7 ) is a bolt with a wing nut. Through the coordination of the bolt and wing nut, the fastening degree between the connecting arm ( 4 ) and the bottom frame ( 21 ) is adjustable.

The ball picker of  claim 5 , wherein: on the opposite sides at the bottom of the container wall ( 22 ), there are fifth connection holes ( 221 ) corresponding to the first connection holes ( 211 ), allowing the first connecting component ( 6 ) to pass through the first connection holes ( 211 ) and the fifth connection holes ( 221 ), connecting the container wall ( 22 ) to the bottom frame ( 21 ). 
     
     
         10 . The ball picker of  claim 9 , wherein: the container wall ( 22 ) is made of flexible plastic or deformable material, which can bend towards the interior of the bottom frame ( 21 ). 
     
     
         11 . The ball picker of  claim 5 , wherein: the elastic elements ( 8 ) are springs with hook portions ( 81 ) at both ends. The wire diameter Ø 1  of the spring is 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm, the number of coils is 142 to 148, and the coil diameter Ø 2  is 6 mm to 7 mm; the elastic elements ( 8 ) can also be elastic components with ends connected to the bottom frame ( 21 ) and the middle portion wrapped with elastic material.

The ball picker of  claim 7 , wherein: the handle section ( 1 ) comprises a shaft body ( 11 ) and a connecting head ( 12 ) connecting the shaft body ( 11 ) to the connecting rod ( 5 ); the shaft body ( 11 ) includes a first shaft body ( 111 ), a third shaft body ( 113 ), and a second shaft body ( 112 ) connecting the first shaft body ( 111 ) to the third shaft body ( 113 ).

The ball picker of  claim 12 , wherein: at one end of the first shaft body ( 111 ), away from the second shaft body ( 112 ), there is a hanging hole ( 115 ); on the side of the hanging hole ( 115 ) near the second shaft body ( 112 ), there are multiple grooves ( 114 ) arranged around the first shaft body ( 111 ).
 At the end of the first shaft body ( 111 ) away from the hanging hole ( 115 ), there is an opening for the first insertion hole ( 1112 ), within which there is an opening for the first fixed hole ( 1111 ).

The ball picker of  claim 13 , wherein: at the end of the second shaft body ( 112 ) near the first shaft body ( 111 ), the top is equipped with a threaded first fixing segment ( 1121 ) corresponding to the first fixed hole ( 1111 ). The first fixing segment ( 1121 ) on the side away from the first shaft body ( 111 ) is equipped with a first connecting segment ( 1122 ).

The second fixing segment ( 1131 ) on the side away from the second shaft body ( 112 ) is equipped with a second connecting segment ( 1132 ).

The ball picker of  claim 16 , wherein: at the end where the connecting head ( 12 ) is connected to the third shaft body ( 113 ), there is an opening for inserting the third shaft body ( 113 ), and the wall ( 123 ) of the insertion hole ( 127 ) has a snap hole ( 124 ) corresponding to the snap button protrusion ( 1134 ).
 At the end of the connecting head ( 12 ) away from the insertion hole ( 127 ), the bottom retracts inward and extends towards the direction away from the insertion hole ( 127 ), forming a third connecting segment ( 121 ); the third connecting segment ( 121 ) is provided with a through hole ( 122 ).

The ball picker of  claim 17 , wherein: the bottom of the insertion hole ( 127 ) in the connecting head ( 12 ) is provided with a slot ( 126 ) corresponding to the limiting segment ( 1136 ), and the bottom of the insertion hole ( 127 ) on the opposite sides of the slot ( 126 ) is equipped with limiting slopes ( 125 ) corresponding to the guiding slopes ( 1135 ). 
     
     
         20 . A method for ball retrieval using a device, comprising the following steps:
 The device, which includes:
 Container ( 2 ): The container ( 2 ) has a bottom frame ( 21 ) and a container wall ( 22 ) connected to the bottom frame ( 21 ). The container wall ( 22 ) forms a ball outlet ( 3 ) at an end away from the bottom frame ( 21 ). Inside the bottom frame ( 21 ), there are n elastic elements ( 8 ), forming (n+1) ball entry gaps ( 9 ) between the elastic elements ( 8 ) and between the elastic elements ( 8 ) and the bottom frame ( 21 ). The bottom frame ( 21 ) is connected on opposite sides through adjustable connecting components ( 7 ) with connecting arms ( 4 ), where the axial direction of the connecting arms ( 4 ) is adjustable relative to the horizontal direction of the bottom frame ( 21 ). The connecting arms ( 4 ) extend towards each other above the bottom frame ( 21 ) to form the connecting rod ( 5 ). 
 Handle section ( 1 ): The handle section ( 1 ) has a detachably connected shaft body ( 11 ) and connecting head ( 12 ). The shaft body ( 11 ) is connected through a first shaft body ( 111 ), a second shaft body ( 112 ), and a third shaft body ( 113 ). The connecting head ( 12 ) is movably connected to the connecting rod ( 5 ).
