Arm rest support

Abstract

An arm rest support, having a support body and a height riser block movably connected to the support body to adjust a supporting height of the arm rest support. When using the arm rest support, user's arms are rested on the support body, and because of the supporting function of the support body. dangling arms can be relieved from muscle tension. When parts of the arms (e.g. palms and/or wrists) or the entire arms are required to be lifted (e.g. in order to hold a mobile phone/book at a suitable viewing angle), the height riser block can be manually folded upward to be placed on top of the support body or folded downward to be placed at a bottom side of the support body so that the supporting height of the arm rest support can be increased.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An arm rest support, comprising a support body and a height riser block; the height riser block is movably connected to the support body; the height riser block is foldable upward to be placed on top of the support body or foldable downward to be placed at a bottom side of the support body so as to adjust a supporting height of the arm rest support. 
     
     
         2 . The arm rest support of  claim 1 , wherein the support body comprises a left supporting leg and a right supporting leg; an opening is formed between the left supporting leg and the right supporting leg. 
     
     
         3 . The arm rest support of  claim 1 , wherein the support body is connected with the height riser block through a flexible connecting piece, so that the height riser block is movably connected to the support body.
