Abstract

A pump or high-heeled shoe ( 100 ) with an insole ( 1 ) and a heel ( 4 ), wherein the insole ( 1 ) has a front insole ( 2 ) located in a forefoot region ( 20 ) and a rear insole ( 3 ) extending across a midfoot region ( 21 ) and a rearfoot region ( 22 ), and at least the rear insole ( 3 ) is produced from a fiber-reinforced plastic material.

         11 . A shoe comprising:
 an insole including a front insole arranged in a forefoot region of the shoe; and   a rear insole separately formed from the front insole, the rear insole extending over a midfoot region of the shoe and a rearfoot region of the shoe; and   wherein at least the rear insole is made of a fiber-reinforced plastic.   
     
     
         12 . The shoe according to  claim 11 , wherein the front insole and the rear insole are designed as two separate parts, which are partially overlapping in the forefoot region. 
     
     
         13 . The shoe according to  claim 11 , wherein an underside of the rear insole between a heel of the shoe and the front insole is at least partially visible from outside the shoe. 
     
     
         14 . The shoe according to  claim 11  further comprises a footbed and a shoe upper are provided on an upper side of at least the rear insole. 
     
     
         15 . The shoe according to  claim 11  further comprises a plug connection provided for a firm connection between a heel of the shoe and the rear insole. 
     
     
         16 . The shoe according to  claim 15 , wherein the plug connection comprises an interference fit between at least one protruding pin and a correspondingly arranged recess. 
     
     
         17 . The shoe according to  claim 11 , wherein all parts of the shoe are made of non-metallic materials. 
     
     
         18 . The shoe according to  claim 11 , wherein the front insole includes a recess on an upper side thereof, into which a cushioning element is inserted. 
     
     
         19 . The shoe according to  claim 11  further comprises an outsole arranged on an underside of the front insole, and the front insole rests with the underside on the outsole. 
     
     
         20 . The shoe according to  claim 11 , wherein the fiber-reinforced plastic is carbon fiber. 
     
     
         21 . A shoe comprising:
 a heel; and   an insole comprising:
 a front insole arranged in a forefoot region of the shoe; 
 a rear insole separately formed from the front insole, the rear insole extending over a midfoot region of the shoe and a rearfoot region of the shoe; 
 wherein the front insole and the rear insole are partially overlapping in the forefoot region of the shoe; and 
 wherein any one of or any combination of the front insole and the rear insole are made of a fiber-reinforced plastic. 
   
     
     
         22 . The shoe according to  claim 21 , wherein an underside of the rear insole between the heel of the shoe and the front insole is at least partially visible from outside the shoe. 
     
     
         23 . The shoe according to  claim 21  further comprises a footbed and a shoe upper are provided on an upper side of at least the rear insole. 
     
     
         24 . The shoe according to  claim 21  further comprises a plug connection provided for a firm connection between the heel of the shoe and the rear insole. 
     
     
         25 . The shoe according to  claim 24 , wherein the plug connection comprises an interference fit between at least one protruding pin and a correspondingly arranged recess. 
     
     
         26 . The shoe according to  claim 21 , wherein all parts of the shoe are made of non-metallic materials. 
     
     
         27 . The shoe according to  claim 21 , wherein the front insole includes a recess on an upper side thereof, into which a cushioning element is inserted. 
     
     
         28 . The shoe according to  claim 21  further comprises an outsole arranged on an underside of the front insole, and the front insole rests with the underside on the outsole. 
     
     
         29 . The shoe according to  claim 21 , wherein the fiber-reinforced plastic is carbon fiber.
