Abstract

The invention discloses a multi-stage shock absorption and seismic resistance system for urban underground comprehensive pipe tunnels. It includes a pipe gallery tunnel and pipeline grooves. Inside the tunnel, a multi-segment active cavity with multiple arc-shaped inner cavity walls forms a pipe shape with the same axis line as the tunnel. Each inner cavity wall has a sealing elastic contact pad, ensuring a tight seal. Adjacent active cavities connect end to end, forming an inner tunnel body that extends with the pipe tunnel. The outer wall of the inner cavity is fixed to the tunnel's inner wall by a fixed frame. The pipeline groove is installed on the inner wall of the inner cavity through a telescopic frame. The inner tunnel body can swing up and down or left and right, absorbing transverse and longitudinal earthquake waves and resisting impact and collapse.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A multi-stage shock absorption and seismic device for urban underground comprehensive pipe tunnel comprises a pipe tunnel ( 1 ) for casting in the underground and soil layer, the inner wall of the pipe tunnel ( 1 ) is installed with multiple pipeline grooves ( 3 ) for laying pipelines along an extension direction of the pipe tunnel ( 1 ), an inner part of the pipe tunnel ( 1 ) is equipped with a multi-segment active cavity along the extension direction of the pipe tunnel ( 1 ), the active cavity comprises multiple arc-shaped inner cavity walls ( 2 ), the inner cavity walls ( 2 ) are enclosed circlewise to form a pipe shape of the same axis line as the pipe tunnel ( 1 ), an enclosure of each inner cavity wall ( 2 ) is equipped with a sealing elastic contact pad 1 ( 21 ), the two components are sealed and tightened, adjacent active cavities are connected end to end to form an inner tunnel body extending with the pipe tunnel ( 1 ), the sealing elastic contact pad 2 ( 22 ) is arranged at the joint of the adjacent active cavity to seal and tighten each other, an outer wall of the inner cavity wall ( 2 ) facing the inner wall of the pipe tunnel ( 1 ) is rotationally fixed on the inner wall of the pipe tunnel ( 1 ) by a fixed frame ( 20 ), the pipeline groove is installed on the inner wall of the inner cavity wall ( 2 ) through a groove telescopic frame ( 30 ).

The multi-stage shock absorption and seismic device for urban underground comprehensive pipe tunnel according to  claim 1 , wherein multiple pipeline grooves ( 3 ) are installed on both sides of an inner bottom and an inner side wall of the active cavity according to an axis line of the pipe tunnel ( 1 ) as an axis circumference distribution, and the pipeline grooves ( 3 ) inside the multiple active cavities correspond to head and tail connection positions of the active cavities one by one.

The multi-stage shock absorption and seismic device for urban underground comprehensive pipe tunnel according to  claim 1 , wherein the inner cavity wall ( 2 ) is equipped with a ventilation device for external ventilation, and the inner cavity wall ( 2 ) and the pipe tunnel ( 1 ) are equipped with a shaft mouth for entering the inner cavity wall ( 2 ) for installation or maintenance of the pipeline. 
     
     
         4 . The multi-stage shock absorption and seismic device for urban underground comprehensive pipe tunnel according to  claim 1 , wherein the inner bottom of the active cavity is provided with a tunnel platform ( 4 ) for installing pipelines, and a bottom of the tunnel platform ( 4 ) is supported horizontally at the inner bottom of the inner cavity wall ( 2 ) through a platform damping support column ( 40 ).

The multi-stage shock absorption and seismic device for urban underground comprehensive pipe tunnel according to  claim 1 , wherein a drainage mechanism is arranged in a ring cavity formed between the inner wall of the pipe tunnel ( 1 ) and the inner wall of the inner cavity wall ( 2 ). 
     
     
         6 . The multi-stage shock absorption and seismic device for urban underground comprehensive pipe tunnel according to  claim 1 , wherein a width of the sealing elastic contact pad 1 ( 21 ) along a radial direction of the pipe tunnel ( 1 ) is greater than a maximum displacement of the inner cavity wall ( 2 ) driven by a rotation of the fixed frame ( 20 ). 
     
     
         7 . The multi-stage shock absorption and seismic device for urban underground comprehensive pipe tunnel according to  claim 1 , wherein an outer end of the fixed frame ( 20 ) is fixed on the inner wall of the pipe tunnel ( 1 ), and an inner end of the fixed frame ( 20 ) is rotary connected to the outer wall of the inner cavity wall ( 2 ) through a ball head connection.
