Abstract
In some embodiments, a drinking system can include (a) a support base; and (b) a cup configured to fit inside the support base. The support base can include (1) an upper section sleeve, and (2) a bottom stabilizing section extending outwardly from a lower end of the upper section sleeve. The upper section sleeve being configured to receive lower section of the cup for holding the cup within the support base. Other embodiments are disclosed.

the support base comprises an upper section sleeve, and a bottom stabilizing section extending outwardly from a lower end of the upper section sleeve,
the upper section sleeve being configured to receive a lower section of the cup for holding the cup within the support base.
2 . The drinking system of claim 1 , wherein:
the bottom stabilizing section expands laterally or radially to provide increased stability on uneven surfaces.
3 . The drinking system of claim 1 , wherein:
the cup further comprises an insulative layer around its upper section to maintain the temperature of a beverage contained within the cup.
4 . The drinking system of claim 1 , wherein:
the support base comprises a heavy weight material to further enhance the stability of the drinking system.
5 . The drinking system of claim 1 , wherein:
the upper section sleeve and the bottom stabilizing section are integrally formed as a single unitary piece.
6 . The drinking system of claim 1 , wherein:
the cup includes a lid with an opening configured to accommodate a drinking straw or facilitate direct sipping.
7 . The drinking system of claim 1 , wherein:
the bottom stabilizing section includes a weighted element, the weighted element being selectively attachable and detachable, thereby allowing the user to adjust the weight according to the specific needs of stability on different surface types.
8 . The drinking system of claim 1 , wherein:
the cup is further defined by having a double-walled construction, where the space between the walls is vacuum-sealed to enhance thermal insulation properties.
9 . The drinking system of claim 1 , wherein:
the upper section sleeve includes a locking mechanism, the locking mechanism configured to secure the cup in a fixed position within the support base to prevent unintended movement or spillage.

11 . A beverage holder assembly comprising:
a cup; a stabilizing support base configured to receive the cup, wherein the stabilizing support base includes:
an upper section sleeve configured to snugly fit the cup;
a bottom stabilizing section extending from a lower end of the upper section sleeve,
wherein:
the bottom stabilizing section is configured to expand laterally or radially outward to stabilize the cup on various surfaces including unleveled and/or non-rigid surfaces.
12 . The beverage holder assembly of claim 11 , wherein:
the cup is configured to house a secondary drinking container selected from the group consisting of cans, bottles, and smaller cups.
13 . The beverage holder assembly of claim 11 , wherein:
the upper section sleeve and the bottom stabilizing section are a unitary piece formed from the same material.
14 . The beverage holder assembly of claim 11 , wherein:
the upper section sleeve and the bottom stabilizing section are separate units configured to interlock with each other.
15 . The beverage holder assembly of claim 11 , wherein:
the cup includes a narrowed lower section designed to fit within the upper section sleeve.
16 . The beverage holder assembly of claim 11 , further comprising:
an insulative jacket provided around an upper section of the cup to increase the insulative properties of the cup.
17 . The beverage holder assembly of claim 11 , wherein:
the cup includes a lid with an opening for sipping or inserting a straw.
18 . The beverage holder assembly of claim 11 , wherein:
the inner recess of the cup is specifically configured to snugly receive a can.

the stabilizing support base is made from a high friction material selected from the group consisting of silicone and rubber.
20 . A drink securing device configurable suitable for use on various surfaces, comprising:
a cup having a contoured lower section and an insulative upper section, the insulative upper section configured to enhance thermal retention of a contained beverage; a support base including:
an upper section sleeve configured to snugly receive the contoured lower section of the cup, the upper section sleeve being integrally formed with;
a bottom stabilizing section extending outwardly and downwardly from a lower end of the upper section sleeve, wherein the bottom stabilizing section includes a radial expansion mechanism that increases the base area for stability, the bottom stabilizing section made from a heavy-weight material to prevent tipping;
a lid adapted to fit securely over the upper section of the cup, the lid having an opening which can be selectively sealed or opened to allow for insertion of a straw or sipping directly from the cup,
wherein:
