Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A coin-holder for holding a plurality of coins of at least one denomination, wherein the coin-holder comprising:
a rigid frame; a first support arm orthogonally attached to the frame; a second support arm parallel to the first support arm and attached orthogonally to the frame; wherein the first and second support arms are rigid; a first channel formed laterally on a side of the first support arm which faces the second support arm, wherein a first portion of the first channel is at an acute angle with respect to a top surface the first support arm and a second portion of the first channel is parallel to the first support arm, a third portion of the first channel at the acute angle with respect to the top surface of the first support arm; and a second channel formed laterally on a side of the second support arm which faces the first channel, wherein a first portion of the second channel is at an acute angle with respect to a top surface of the second support arm, a second portion of the second channel is parallel to the second support arm, a third portion of the second channel at the acute angle with respect to the second support arm, wherein a width of the second portion of the first and second channels is greater than a width of the first portion of the first and second channels to allow the plurality of coins of the at least one denomination to stack at a stack angle.

2 . The coin-holder in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the width of the first portion of the first and second channels closely approximates a thickness of one more coins of the plurality of coins of the at least one denomination.

3 . The coin-holder in accordance with claim 1 , wherein width of the second portion of the first and second channels is greater than the width of the first portion of the first and second channels.

4 . The coin-holder in accordance with claim 1 , wherein a width of the third portion of the first and second channels is different than the width of the second portion of the first and second channels.

5 . The coin-holder in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the acute angle is less than or equal 45°.

6 . The coin-holder in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the acute angle is between 30° and 45°.

7 . The coin-holder in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the frame, the first support arm and the second support arm are composed of lightweight aluminum.

8 . The coin-holder in accordance with claim 1 , wherein neither the first support arm nor the second support arm deflect when inserting or removing a coin of the plurality of coins stored in the first and second channels.

9 . The coin-holder in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the coin-holder is enveloped within a wallet.

         10 . A coin-holder for holding a n-number of columns of coins, wherein the coin-holder comprising:
a rigid frame with a first end and a second end opposite of the first end; n+1 rigid support arms mounted orthogonally to the frame, each support arm of the n+1 number of support arms having at least one side surface facing an adjacent one of the n+1 number of support arms, wherein the at least one side surface includes a channel positioned longitudinally; wherein a distance measured between the channel formed on adjacent ones of the n+1 rigid support arms corresponds to a width of the coins of at least one denomination; each said channel having a first portion which is formed at an acute angle relative to a top surface of the support arm, the first portion of each said channel having a width which closely approximates a thickness of the coins of at least one denomination; each said channel having a second portion which is generally parallel to the top surface of the support arm.

11 . The coin-holder in accordance with claim 10 , wherein the acute angle is less than or equal to 45°.

12 . The coin-holder in accordance with claim 10 , wherein a width of the second portion of the channel is greater than the width of the first portion of the channel.

13 . The coin-holder in accordance with claim 10 , wherein the acute angle is between 30° and 45°.

14 . The coin-holder in accordance with claim 10 , wherein the frame and the n+1 support arms are composed of lightweight aluminum.
