Abstract
An electronic device according to an embodiment comprises: a housing; a first bracket including a through hole; a first display movable with respect to the first bracket; a printed circuit board; a fan disposed between the printed circuit board and the first bracket; and a heat dissipation member comprising a thermally conductive material including a first region attached to one side of the first display facing one side of the first bracket, and a second region attached to the other side of the first bracket and facing the fan, wherein a portion of the heat dissipation member passes through the through hole between the first region and the second region and is transformable according to movement of the first display with respect to the first bracket.

a housing; a first bracket, including a through hole, disposed in the housing; a first display, disposed on a surface of the first bracket, configured to be movable with respect to the first bracket; a printed circuit board (PCB) disposed on another surface of the first bracket opposite to the surface of the first bracket; a fan disposed between the PCB and the first bracket; and a heat dissipation member comprising a thermally conductive material including:
a first region attached to a surface of the first display facing the surface of the first bracket, and
a second region, attached to the other surface of the first bracket, facing the fan,
wherein a portion of the heat dissipation member, between the first region and the second region, passes through the through hole and is configured to be deformable according to movement of the first display with respect to the first bracket.
2 . The electronic device of claim 1 ,
wherein the portion of the heat dissipation member includes a plurality of extending portions connected to each other, and an angle between the plurality of extending portions is configured to be changed based on the movement of the first display with respect to the first bracket.
3 . The electronic device of claim 1 ,
wherein an area of the first region corresponds to an area of the surface of the first display.
4 . The electronic device of claim 1 , further comprising a heat sink, disposed between the PCB and the first bracket, including a plurality of pins configured to pass airflow generated by the fan,
wherein the housing includes at least one outlet, at least partially overlapping the heat sink when the housing is viewed from above, and configured to transmit the airflow passing through the heat sink to an outside of the housing.
5 . The electronic device of claim 1 ,
wherein the housing further includes:
a first surface facing a user, when the electronic device is worn, and
at least one first inlet penetrating the first surface of the housing.
6 . The electronic device of claim 1 ,
wherein the housing further includes:
a first surface facing a user, when the electronic device is worn,
a second surface, opposite to the first surface of the housing, spaced apart from the first surface of the housing,
a lateral surface connecting the first surface of the housing and the second surface of the housing, and
at least one second inlet penetrating the lateral surface of the housing.
7 . The electronic device of claim 1 , further comprising:
a moving flange including a portion coupled to the first display in the housing, and another portion disposed outside the housing; and a pinion gear rotatable with respect to the first bracket, wherein the moving flange includes a rack gear, disposed in the portion of the moving flange, and configured to be engaged with the pinion gear.
8 . The electronic device of claim 7 ,
wherein the first region of the first bracket is configured to transfer heat emitted from the surface of the first display to the portion of the moving flange surrounding the first display.
9 . The electronic device of claim 7 ,
wherein the moving flange further includes a lens, coupled to the other portion of the moving flange, facing a body of a user when the electronic device is worn.
10 . The electronic device of claim 7 ,
wherein the housing includes at least one driving hole penetrating the housing, and wherein the other portion of the moving flange is disposed outside the housing according to penetrating the at least one driving hole.
11 . The electronic device of claim 1 ,
wherein the PCB includes:
an electronic component disposed on a surface of the PCB facing the fan,
a shield can surrounding the electronic component, and
a thermal conduction material filling a gap between the shield can and the electronic component.
12 . The electronic device of claim 10 ,
wherein the PCB further includes another heat dissipation member disposed on an outer surface of the shield can.
13 . The electronic device of claim 1 ,
wherein the PCB includes at least one processor, comprising processing circuitry, disposed on a surface of the PCB facing the fan.
14 . The electronic device of claim 1 , comprising:
a second bracket, accommodating the fan, disposed between the PCB and the first bracket; a first battery coupled to the second bracket; and a second battery, spaced apart from the first battery, and coupled to the second bracket, wherein the fan is disposed between the first battery and the second battery.
15 . The electronic device of claim 1 , further comprising a second display, spaced apart from the first display, configured to be movable, on the surface of the first bracket, in a direction approaching the first display or in a direction away from the first display.
16 . An electronic device comprising:
a housing including a first surface facing a user when the electronic device is worn on the user and a second surface opposite to the first surface; a first bracket, including a through hole, disposed in the housing; a moving flange, including a portion facing a surface of the first bracket and another portion disposed outside the housing, configured to be movable with respect to the first bracket; a first display coupled to the portion of the moving flange; a fan, disposed in the housing, facing the other surface of the first bracket opposite to the surface of the first bracket; a printed circuit board (PCB) disposed between the second surface of the housing and the fan; and a heat dissipation member comprising a thermally conductive material including:
a first region attached to a surface of the first display facing the surface of the first bracket, and
a second region, attached to the other surface of the first bracket, facing the fan,
wherein a portion of the heat dissipation member, between the first region and the second region, passes through the through hole, and is configured to fold in accordance with a movement of the first display with respect to the first bracket.
17 . The electronic device of claim 16 ,
wherein the portion of the heat dissipation member includes a plurality of extending portions connected to each other, and wherein an angle between the plurality of extending portions is configured to be changed by the movement of the first display with respect to the first bracket.
18 . The electronic device of claim 16 , further comprising a heat sink, disposed between the PCB and the first bracket, configured to pass airflow generated by the fan,
wherein the housing includes at least one outlet, at least partially overlapping the heat sink when the housing is viewed from above, configured to transmit the airflow passing through the heat sink to an outside of the housing.
19 . The electronic device of claim 16 , further comprising a pinion gear configured to rotate with respect to the first bracket,
wherein the moving flange includes a rack gear, disposed in the portion of the moving flange, configured to be engaged with the rack gear.
20 . The electronic device of claim 16 ,
wherein the PCB includes:
an electronic component disposed on a surface of the PCB facing the fan,
a shield can surrounding the electronic component, and
