         2 . A closure assembly according to claim 1 ,
wherein the lid is controllable in at least a first operative configuration in which the lid is coaxial to the first ring member and/or the second ring member and a second operative configuration in which the lid is transversally arranged with respect to the first ring member and/or the second ring member, and wherein the second ring member is interposed between the lid and the first ring member with the lid being controlled in the first operative configuration.

3 . A closure assembly according to claim 1 , further comprising a collar delimiting and/or defining a pouring outlet, the pouring outlet being configured to allow for the outflow of the pourable product from the container.

4 . A closure assembly according to claim 3 , wherein the first ring member and the second ring member are coupled to and surround the collar; and wherein the lid is connected and/or connectable to the collar and is configured to selectively close and open the pouring outlet for respectively impeding and allowing the outflow of the pourable product from the container through the pouring outlet.

5 . A closure assembly according to claim 3 , wherein the lid comprises an inner threaded portion, and the collar comprises an outer threaded portion, wherein the inner threaded portion and the outer threaded portion are configured to allow for selectively fastening and loosening the lid to and from the collar by means of a relative rotation between the lid and the collar.

6 . A closure assembly according to claim 3 , wherein the control device comprises:
control flaps, interaction elements connected to the cutting device and a cam mechanism partially associated to the cutting device and partially associated to the collar, wherein the control device is actuatable through rotation of the control flaps around a respective rotation axis, such that rotation of the control flaps leads, in use, to a rototraslatory movement of cutting device, which is guided by means of the cam mechanism.

7 . A closure assembly according to claim 1 , further comprising rupturable first coupling bridges connecting the first ring member and the second ring member to one another and rupturable second coupling bridges connecting the second ring member and the lid to one another.

8 . A closure assembly according to claim 7 , wherein the closure assembly is controllable in
an initial state with the first coupling bridge and the second coupling bridge being connected respectively to the first ring member and the second ring member and to the second ring member and the lid; and a manipulated state at which the first coupling bridge and the second coupling bridge are ruptured; wherein the closure assembly further comprises:
a first rupturing device configured to actuate a non-reversible rupturing of the first coupling bridge during control of the closure assembly from the initial state to the manipulated state; and
a second rupturing device configured to actuate a non-reversible rupturing of the second coupling bridge during control of the closure assembly from the initial state to the manipulated state.

9 . A closure assembly according to claim 8 , further comprising a collar delimiting and/or defining a pouring outlet, the pouring outlet being configured to allow for the outflow of the pourable product from the container,
wherein the first rupturing device comprises one or more first interaction elements associated to and/or carried by the collar and one or more second interaction elements associated to and/or carried by first ring member, and the second rupturing device comprises at least one first interaction member associated to and/or carried by the collar and one or more second interaction members associated to and/or carried by the second ring member.

10 . A closure assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the coupling element is string-shaped.

11 . A closure assembly for a container filled or fillable with a pourable product, the closure assembly comprising:
a lid; a first ring member designed as a tamper-evidence element; a second ring member, in particular coaxial to first ring member; and a coupling element connected to the lid and to one of first ring member and second ring member, the coupling element being string-shaped.

12 . A closure assembly according to claim 11 , further comprising one or more rupturable first coupling bridges connecting the first ring member and the second ring member with one another.

13 . A closure assembly according to claim 11 , wherein the coupling element is connected to the lid and the second ring member.

14 . A closure assembly according to claim 11 , comprising a collar delimiting and/or defining a pouring outlet, the pouring outlet being configured to allow for the outflow of the pourable product from the container, wherein the first ring member and the second ring member are coupled to and surround the collar, and wherein the lid is connected and/or connectable to the collar and is configured to selectively close and open the pouring outlet for respectively impeding and allowing the outflow of the pourable product from the container through the pouring outlet.

15 . A closure assembly according to claim 11 , wherein the lid and the collar are designed such that the lid can be fastened to and loosened from the collar by means of a rotation action of respectively screwing and unscrewing of the lid with respect to the collar around a rotation axis.

         16 . A closure assembly according to claim 14 , comprising:
a cutting device configured to rupture and/or pierce and/or cut and/or open a separation membrane; and a control device configured to control the cutting device from a rest position to an operative position in which the cutting device is adapted to rupture and/or pierce and/or cut and/or open the separation membrane.

         17 .
