Cooking appliance
Abstract
A cooking appliance is proposed. The cooking appliance includes a frame ( 10 ) with a cooking chamber (S 1 ). The frame ( 10 ) includes a circulation device (C) with a circulation chamber (SA) communicating with the cooking chamber (S 1 ). A heating device ( 100 ) is arranged at a lower portion of the circulation device (C). The heating device ( 100 ) has a combustion chamber (S 5 ) connected to the circulation chamber (SA), and includes a burner ( 120 ) heating air in the combustion chamber (S 5 ). A flow path guide ( 140 ) is arranged at the heating device ( 100 ). The flow path guide ( 140 ) partitions the internal part of the heating device ( 100 ) into a heating flow path (GP) and a cooling flow path (CP 1 , CP 2 ). With the structure, the heating flow path (GP) and the cooling flow path (CP 1 , CP 2 ) are a path for heated high-temperature air and a path for a relatively low-temperature air, respectively.
Claims

1 . A cooking appliance comprising:
a frame in which a cooking chamber is formed; a circulation device having a circulation chamber therein, the circulation chamber communicating with the cooking chamber; a heating device arranged at a lower portion of the circulation device, and in which a combustion chamber is formed therein and connected to the circulation chamber, and comprising a burner configured to heat air in the combustion chamber; and a flow path guide arranged in the heating device and providing a heating flow path and a cooling flow path in the combustion chamber, the heating flow path and the cooling flow path being separated from each other.
2 . The cooking appliance of claim 1 , wherein the frame comprises a connection passage connecting the circulation chamber and the combustion chamber to each other, and
the connection passage is partitioned into a heating outlet part connected to the heating flow path, and a cooling outlet part connected to the cooling flow path.
3 . The cooking appliance of claim 1 , wherein the cooling flow path comprises:
a first cooling flow path passing through an upper portion of the burner; and a second cooling flow path passing through a lower portion of the burner and extending toward the circulation device along the surface of the heating device.
4 . The cooking appliance of claim 3 , wherein the first cooling flow path is open to the circulation chamber through a first cooling outlet part, the second cooling flow path is open to the circulation chamber through a second cooling outlet part, and the first cooling outlet part and the second cooling outlet part are connected to each other to provide a cooling outlet part.
5 . The cooking appliance of claim 2 , wherein the cooling outlet part is provided around an outer part of the heating outlet part.
6 . The cooking appliance of claim 1 , wherein the heating flow path is provided in the flow path guide, and the cooling flow path is provided outside the flow path guide and inside the heating device.
7 . The cooking appliance of claim 2 , wherein a first end portion of the flow path guide is open toward a flame hole of the burner so that an entrance of the heating flow path is formed, and a second end portion of the flow path guide is open toward an internal part of the circulation chamber so that the heating outlet part is formed.
8 . The cooking appliance of claim 2 , wherein an upper portion of the flow path guide is arranged inside the connection passage, and the upper portion of the flow path guide and the connection passage are spaced apart from each other to provide the cooling outlet part.
9 . The cooking appliance of claim 2 , wherein the frame comprises the connection passage, and the circulation device and the heating device are arranged opposite to each other with the connection passage located therebetween.
10 . The cooking appliance of claim 2 , wherein a part of the flow path guide protrudes inward of the circulation chamber through the connection passage so that a protrusion is formed, and the protrusion comprises the heating outlet part that is open toward the circulation chamber.
11 . The cooking appliance of claim 2 , wherein the heating outlet part is located higher from a bottom portion of the combustion chamber than the cooling outlet part.
12 . The cooking appliance of claim 1 , wherein the heating device comprises:
a burner case having the combustion chamber therein; and the burner provided in the combustion chamber, wherein the flow path guide is provided at a position facing a flame hole of the burner inside the combustion chamber.
13 . The cooking appliance of claim 1 , wherein a spacer part protrudes on a surface of the heating device or a surface of the flow path guide facing the surface of the heating device, and a part of the cooling flow path is provided in a space provided by a surface of the spacer part, the surface of the heating device, and the surface of the flow path guide.
14 . The cooking appliance of claim 1 , wherein the cooling flow path comprises a first cooling flow path and a second cooling flow path extending along opposite portions of the heating flow path with the heating flow path located therebetween.
15 . The cooking appliance of claim 2 , wherein the flow path guide comprises:
a guide front surface part providing a front surface of the flow path guide; a guide side surface part providing a side surface of the flow path guide; a guide upper surface part providing an upper surface of the flow path guide and comprising the heating outlet part open toward the circulation chamber; and a guide rear surface part providing a rear surface of the flow path guide and facing the burner, wherein the heating flow path is provided among the guide front surface part, the guide side surface part, the guide upper surface part, and the guide rear surface part.
16 . The cooking appliance of claim 1 , wherein a guide fence protrudes on one end portion of the flow path guide providing an entrance of the heating flow path, and the guide fence extends in a direction inclined to a lower end of the burner.
17 . The cooking appliance of claim 1 , wherein a flame guide is provided between the burner and the flow path guide and covers an upper portion of a flame hole.
18 . The cooking appliance of claim 17 , wherein a space between a lower portion of the flame guide and a bottom portion of the combustion chamber is connected to an entrance of the heating flow path, and a space between an upper portion of the flame guide and a lower portion of the frame provides the cooling flow path.
