Beverage Mixing Container With Magnetic Attachment And Sealing Lid

Abstract

A beverage mixing container with magnetic attachment and sealing lid preferably includes a container member and a removable cap. The container member includes a cup portion and at least one magnet extending from a side wall thereof. An open perimeter end of the cup portion is preferably threaded to allow threadable engagement with the removable cap. At least one inward extending protrusion is formed in a side wall of the cup portion. The removable cap preferably includes a cap portion and a sealing lid. A lid yoke is formed in one end of the dome shaped cover and a drink spout is formed in an opposing end of the dome shaped cover. The sealing lid preferably includes a flip lid, two opposing pivot members and a sealing member. The two opposing pivot members are pivotally retained in the lid yoke. The sealing member seals the drink spout.

I claim: 
     
         1 . A beverage container with magnetic attachment, comprising:
 a container member includes a cup portion and at least one magnet, at least one magnet boss extends from a side wall of said cup portion, said at least one magnet is molded into said at least one magnet boss, said cup portion includes cup threads formed on an open perimeter end thereof; and   a removable cap includes a cap portion and a sealing lid, a lid yoke is formed in one end of said cap portion and a drink spout is formed in an opposing end thereof, an inner perimeter of said removable cap includes cap threads for threadable engagement with said cup threads, said sealing lid includes a flip lid, two opposing pivot members and a sealing member, said flip lid extends from one end of said two opposing pivot members, said sealing member extends from an opposing end of said two opposing pivot members, said sealing member is sized to seal said drink spout, wherein pivoting said flip lid allows fluid to flow through said drink spout.   
     
     
         2 . The beverage container with magnetic attachment of  claim 1 , wherein:
 said at least one magnet boss includes a second magnet boss, an object is capable of being attached to said second magnet boss.   
     
     
         3 . The beverage container with magnetic attachment of  claim 2 , further comprising:
 a ferrous metal plate includes a pressure sensitive adhesive, said ferrous metal plate is attached to the object with the pressure sensitive adhesive.   
     
     
         4 . The beverage container with magnetic attachment of  claim 1 , wherein:
 said cap portion includes a cylinder base and a dome shaped cover, said dome shaped cover extends from a top of said cylinder base.   
     
     
         5 . The beverage container with magnetic attachment of  claim 1 , wherein:
 said flip lid includes a substantial U-shape.   
     
     
         6 . The beverage container with magnetic attachment of  claim 1 , wherein:
 said sealing member includes a spout seal and a spout covering sleeve, said spout seal extends downward from said sealing member and said spout covering sleeve extends downward from said sealing member.   
     
     
         7 . The beverage container with magnetic attachment of  claim 6 , wherein:
 said spout seal is concentric with said spout covering sleeve.   
     
     
         8 . A beverage container with magnetic attachment, comprising:
 a container member includes a cup portion and at least one magnet, at least one magnet boss extends from a side wall of said cup portion, a height of said at least one magnet boss is at least that of a thickness of adult fingers, said at least one magnet is molded into said at least one magnet boss, said cup portion includes cup threads formed on an open perimeter end thereof; and   a removable cap includes a cap portion and a sealing lid, a lid yoke is formed in one end of said cap portion and a drink spout is formed in an opposing end thereof, an inner perimeter of said removable cap includes cap threads for threadable engagement with said cup threads, said sealing lid includes a flip lid, two opposing pivot members and a sealing member, said flip lid extends from one end of said two opposing pivot members, said sealing member extends from an opposing end of said two opposing pivot members, said sealing member is sized to seal said drink spout, wherein pivoting flip lid allows fluid to flow through said drink spout.   
     
     
         9 . The beverage container with magnetic attachment of  claim 8 , wherein:
 said cap portion includes a cylinder base and a dome shaped cover, said dome shaped cover extends from a top of said cylinder base.   
     
     
         10 . The beverage container with magnetic attachment of  claim 8 , wherein:
 said flip lid includes a substantial U-shape.   
     
     
         11 . The beverage container with magnetic attachment of  claim 8 , wherein:
 at least one magnet boss extends from a side wall of said cap portion.   
     
     
         12 . The beverage container with magnetic attachment of  claim 11 , wherein:
 each one of said two opposing pivot members includes an outward extending pivot projection, which is sized to be received by said pivot hole.   
     
     
         13 . The beverage container with magnetic attachment of  claim 8 , wherein:
 a pair of outward extending locking projections are formed on opposing ends of each one of said two opposing pivot projections.   
     
     
         14 . The beverage container with magnetic attachment of  claim 8 , wherein:
 said sealing member includes a spout seal and a spout covering sleeve, said spout seal extends downward from said sealing member and aid spout covering sleeve extends downward from said sealing member.   
     
     
         15 . A beverage mixing container with magnetic attachment, comprising:
 a container member includes a cup portion and at least one magnet, at least one magnet boss extends from a side wall of said cup portion, said at least one magnet is molded into said at least one magnet boss, said cup portion includes cup threads formed on an open perimeter thereof, at least one inward extending protrusion is formed in a side wall of said cup portion; and   a removable cap includes a cap portion and a sealing lid, a lid yoke is formed in one end of said cap portion and a drink spout is formed in an opposing end thereof, an inner perimeter of said removable cap includes cap threads for threadable engagement with said cup threads, said sealing lid includes a flip lid, two opposing pivot members and a sealing member, said flip lid extends from one end of said two opposing pivot members, said sealing member extends from an opposing end of said two opposing pivot members, said sealing member is sized to seal said drink spout, wherein pivoting said flip lid allows fluid to flow through said drink spout.   
     
     
         16 . The beverage container with magnetic attachment of  claim 15 , wherein:
 a pivot hole is formed through said lid yoke.   
     
     
         17 . The beverage container with magnetic attachment of  claim 16 , wherein:
 each one of said two opposing pivot members includes an outward extending pivot projection, which is sized to be received by said pivot hole.   
     
     
         18 . The beverage container with magnetic attachment of  claim 16 , wherein:
 a pair of outward extending locking projections are formed on opposing ends of each one of said two opposing pivot projections.   
     
     
         19 . The beverage container with magnetic attachment of  claim 15 , wherein:
 said sealing member includes a spout seal and a spout covering sleeve, said spout seal extends downward from said sealing member and aid spout covering sleeve extends downward from said sealing member.   
     
     
         20 . The beverage container with magnetic attachment of  claim 15 , wherein:
 said at least one inward extending protrusion is angled relative to a longitudinal axis of said cup portion.
