Abstract

The present invention provides a roll bending machine comprising: a roll set frame mounted to be movable; and a bending frame which has a plurality of bending rolls for bending material and in which, while rotating on the roll set frame, the positions of the plurality of bending rolls are controlled.

1 . A roll bending apparatus comprising:
 a roll set frame movably installed; and   a bending frame having a plurality of bending rolls bending a material, and rotating on the roll set frame to adjust positions of the plurality of bending rolls.   
     
     
         2 . The roll bending apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the roll set frame includes,
 a support frame; and   a moving frame provided with the bending frame installed thereon and moving along a material supply direction on the support frame.   
     
     
         3 . The roll bending apparatus of  claim 2 , wherein the moving frame moves at a speed corresponding to a supply speed of the material on the support frame when bending the material in a transition zone. 
     
     
         4 . The roll bending apparatus of  claim 2 , wherein the bending frame includes,
 a rotating plate body of a circular shape rotatably installed on the moving frame; and   a plurality of bending rolls rotatably driven on the rotating plate body and having positions adjusted as the rotating plate body rotates.   
     
     
         5 . The roll bending apparatus of  claim 4 , wherein the positions of the plurality of bending rolls are adjusted as the rotating plate body rotates in a transition zone, and at least some of the plurality of bending rolls press the material such that the material follows a shape of a final product. 
     
     
         6 . The roll bending apparatus of  claim 4 , wherein the bending frame includes a first bending roll, a second bending roll, and a third bending roll disposed radially at intervals of 120 degrees based on a rotation center of the rotating plate body,
 when the material is formed to have a curvature in a downwardly curved shape, the first bending roll and the second bending roll come into contact with the material to form a radius of curvature of the material, and   when forming a curvature of the material in an upwardly curved shape, the first bending roll and the third bending roll come into contact with the material to form a radius of curvature of the material.   
     
     
         7 . The roll bending apparatus of  claim 4 , further comprising:
 a first driving unit installed on the moving frame, connected to one side of the rotating plate body, and rotating the rotating plate body; and   a second driving unit installed on the moving frame, connected to the other side of the rotating plate body, and rotating the rotating plate body together with the first driving unit.   
     
     
         8 . The roll bending apparatus of  claim 7 , wherein the first driving unit and the second driving unit include,
 a screw bolt rotated by a motor member;   a support block fixed to the moving frame and rotatably supporting the screw bolt;   a moving block moving according to rotation of the screw bolt; and   a link member having one side connected to the moving block and the other side connected to the rotating plate body of the bending frame.   
     
     
         9 . The roll bending apparatus of  claim 8 , wherein the first driving unit and the second driving unit further include a guide rod fixed to the support block and the moving frame and guiding movement of the moving block. 
     
     
         10 . A roll bending method comprising:
 a material entry operation of moving a material and inserting a tip of the material between adjacent bending rolls of a bending frame;   a first bending operation of moving a moving frame of a roll set frame in a material supply direction, supplying the material while rotating the bending frame in a first direction, and bending a first transition zone of the material; and   a second bending operation of supplying the material while stopping movement of the moving frame and stopping rotation of the bending frame, and bending a target curvature zone of the material after the first transition zone.   
     
     
         11 . The roll bending method of  claim 10 , wherein the first transition zone is a zone in which the material is bent while a curvature of the material changes from a first radius of curvature, which is an initial radius of curvature of the material, to a second radius of curvature, which is a target radius of curvature of the material, and
 the target curvature zone is a zone in which a certain portion of the material is bent to the second radius of curvature after the first transition zone.   
     
     
         12 . The roll bending method of  claim 11 , further comprising a third bending operation of moving the moving frame in a supply direction of the material, supplying the material while rotating the bending frame in a second direction opposite to the first direction, and bending a second transition zone of the material after the target curvature zone. 
     
     
         13 . The roll bending method of  claim 12 , wherein the second transition zone is a zone in which the material is bent while a curvature of the material changes from the second radius of curvature, which is the target radius of curvature of the material, to the first radius of curvature, which is the initial radius of curvature of the material. 
     
     
         14 . The roll bending method of  claim 13 , wherein in the first bending operation, the moving frame is moved at a speed corresponding to the supply speed of the material when bending the material in the first transition zone, and
 in the third bending operation, the moving frame is moved at a speed corresponding to the supply speed of the material when bending the material in the second transition zone.
