Claims

Abstract

A method for adjusting the function of a wearable muscle training device includes the following steps. Step 1 is to attach a first flexible elastic element to the surface of a textile in a stretched state through a first bonding process, forming a first wearable training device. Step 2 is to wear the first wearable training device on a specific part of the user that they wish to train. Step 3 is to evaluate the muscle characteristics of the specified part of the user. Step 4 is to attach a second flexible elastic element to the first wearable training device in a stretched state through a second bonding process based on the evaluation results, forming a second wearable training device. Part of the second flexible elastic element is connected to the surface of the textile, and the other part is connected to a part of the first flexible elastic element.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A method for adjusting the function of wearable muscle training device, comprising:
 attaching a first flexible elastic element to a surface of a textile in a stretched state through a first bonding process, to form a first wearable training device;   wearing the first wearable training device on a specific part of a user intended for training;   evaluating the muscle characteristics of the specific part of the user; and   attaching a second flexible elastic element to the first wearable training device in a stretched state through a second bonding process based on the evaluation results, to form a second wearable training device, wherein part of the second flexible elastic element is connected to the surface of the textile, and another part of the second flexible elastic element is connected to a part of the first flexible elastic element.   
     
     
         2 . The method for adjusting the function of wearable muscle training device of  claim 1 , wherein the first bonding process or the second bonding process includes a hot-press bonding process. 
     
     
         3 . The method for adjusting the function of a wearable muscle training device of  claim 2 , wherein in the first bonding process, part of the first flexible elastic element is bonded to the surface of the textile through the hot-press bonding process. 
     
     
         4 . The method for adjusting the function of a wearable muscle training device of  claim 2 , wherein in the second bonding process, part of the second flexible elastic element is bonded to the first flexible elastic element or the surface of the textile through the hot-press bonding process. 
     
     
         5 . The method for adjusting the function of a wearable muscle training device of  claim 2 , wherein the first bonding process or the second bonding process comprises using a bonding component as a bonding means. 
     
     
         6 . The method for adjusting the function of a wearable muscle training device of  claim 5 , wherein in the first bonding process, part of the first flexible elastic element is connected to the surface of the textile through the bonding component. 
     
     
         7 . The method for adjusting the function of a wearable muscle training device of  claim 5 , wherein in the second bonding process, part of the second flexible elastic element is connected to the surface of the textile or the first flexible elastic element through the bonding component. 
     
     
         8 . The method for adjusting the function of a wearable muscle training device of  claim 5 , wherein the bonding component is a tongue and groove joint structure, which is integrally formed on the first flexible elastic element or the second flexible elastic element. 
     
     
         9 . The method for adjusting the function of a wearable muscle training device of  claim 1 , wherein the first flexible elastic element and the second flexible elastic element exert a force on the muscles of the specific part through the textile. 
     
     
         10 . The method for adjusting the function of a wearable muscle training device of  claim 1 , wherein the first flexible elastic element and the second flexible elastic element have a fixing part and/or a supporting and stabilizing part. 
     
     
         11 . The method for adjusting the function of a wearable muscle training device of  claim 1 , wherein the second flexible elastic element is generated based on the evaluation results.
