Escapement rotary control clutch
Abstract
The invention provides an escapement rotary control clutch, comprising top cover, being fixedly provided with control member; control component, comprising control claws and control disk, control claws being rotatably mounted on the control disk; first engagement structures are provided on peripheral edge of control disk; spool, comprising control portions and winding portion for rope to enwind, control portions passing through middle part of control disk to make control claws and control portions cooperate with other; base, top cover and base enclosing accommodation space with control component and spool therein; second engagement structure is provided in upper portion of base, and first engagement structure is unidirectionally engaged with second engagement structure, so that control component can be rotated only along base unidirectionally.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An escapement rotary control clutch, comprising
top cover ( 10 ), which is fixedly provided with control member ( 11 ); control component ( 20 ), said control component ( 20 ) comprises control claws ( 21 ) and control disk ( 22 ), control claws ( 21 ) being rotatably mounted on the control disk ( 22 ); first engagement structures ( 23 ) are provided on peripheral edge of the control disk ( 22 ); spool ( 30 ), said spool ( 30 ) comprises control portions ( 31 ) and winding portion ( 32 ) for rope to enwind, control portions ( 31 ) passing through the middle part of control disk ( 22 ), so as to make the control claws ( 21 ) and the control portions ( 31 ) cooperate with other; base ( 40 ), the top cover ( 10 ) and base ( 40 ) enclosing an accommodation space, both of the control component ( 20 ) and spool ( 30 ) being provided in the accommodation space; the second engagement structure ( 421 ) is provided in the upper portion of the base ( 40 ), and the first engagement structure ( 23 ) is unidirectionally engaged with the second engagement structure ( 421 ), so that the control component ( 20 ) can be rotated only along the base ( 40 ) unidirectionally; wherein, said control claws ( 21 ) have two oppositely provided end portions, one end portion being engaging portion ( 211 ), the other end portion being disengaging portion ( 212 ); the rotation of top cover ( 10 ) drives the control member ( 11 ) to rotate, so that the control member ( 11 ) is set against any one end portion of the control claw ( 11 ); when the control member ( 11 ) is pressed against the engaging portion ( 211 ), control member ( 11 ) is engaged with the control portion ( 31 ); when the control member ( 11 ) is pressed against the disengaging portion ( 212 ), the control member ( 11 ) is separated from the control portion ( 31 ).
2 . The escapement rotary control clutch of claim 1 wherein said control portion ( 31 ) is in the form of gear, and said disengaging portion ( 212 ) of said control claw ( 21 ) is provided with clamping teeth, such that when said control member ( 11 ) is pressed against said engaging portion ( 211 ), said clamping teeth are made stuck against said control portion ( 31 ); when said control member ( 11 ) is pressed against said disengaging portion ( 212 ), said clamping teeth are made separated from said control portion ( 31 ).
3 . The escapement rotary control clutch of claim 1 wherein the number of said control members ( 11 ) is the same as that of said control claws ( 21 ).
4 . The escapement rotary control clutch of claim 1 wherein said first engagement structure ( 23 ) is pawl, and said second engagement structure ( 421 ) comprises a plurality of teeth, a plurality of said teeth being disposed circumferentially along the inner wall of said base ( 40 ) to form a tooth ring.
5 . The escapement rotary control clutch of claim 1 wherein limiting members ( 24 ) are provided on the periphery of said control disk ( 22 ), said limiting members ( 24 ) being provided adjacent to said control claws ( 21 ).
6 . The escapement rotary control clutch of claim 5 wherein said limiting members ( 24 ) are provided in two, and said limiting members ( 24 ) are provided opposite each other; there are two first engagement structures ( 23 ) and are arranged opposite to each other.
7 . The escapement rotary control clutch of claim 1 wherein the middle of said said top cover ( 10 ) is further provided with a buckle ( 12 ), the middle of said spool ( 30 ) is provided with a buckle channel ( 33 ) for said buckle ( 12 ) to pass through, and said buckle channel ( 33 ) is internally provided with a buckle platform ( 331 ) for said buckle ( 12 ) to clamp to.
8 . The escapement rotary control clutch of claim 1 wherein said base ( 40 ) comprises base body ( 41 ) and barrel ( 42 ) mounted on said base body ( 41 ), said barrel being provided with the first rope hole ( 422 ) for the rope to pass through.
9 . The escapement rotary control clutch of claim 8 wherein the bottom of said barrel ( 42 ) is provided with clamping member ( 423 ), and said base body ( 41 ) is provided with bayonet ( 411 ) for said clamping member ( 423 ) to clamp into.
10 . The escapement rotary control clutch of claim 1 wherein the winding portion ( 32 ) of said spool ( 30 ) is provided with a second rope hole ( 34 ) for the rope to pass through.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
