Air conditioner
Abstract
An air conditioner is provided. The air conditioner may include a case having an intake port and a discharge port formed therein, a blower fan disposed inside of the case to form an air flow, an indoor heat exchanger that heat-exchanges air inside of the case with a refrigerant, and at least one vane disposed at the discharge port and having an insulator disposed therein. The at least one vane may include a flat portion and an inclined portion that extends at an incline from the flat portion. The insulator may include a first insulator disposed on an inner side of the flat portion and a second insulator disposed on an inner side of the inclined portion. The first insulator and the second insulator may be formed of different materials.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . An air conditioner, comprising:
a case comprising an intake port, a first discharge port located on a front surface thereof, and a second discharge port located on a lower surface thereof; a blower fan that is disposed inside of the case and forms an air flow; an indoor heat exchanger that heat-exchanges air inside of the case with a refrigerant; and at least one vane that is located at the second discharge port and opens and closes the second discharge port, wherein the at least one vane comprises:
a guide panel that forms a first surface of the at least one vane;
a base panel that forms a second surface of the at least one vane; and
at least one insulator disposed between the guide panel and the base panel.
2 . The air conditioner of claim 1 , wherein the guide panel comprises a flat portion and at least one inclined portion inclined from the flat portion.
3 . The air conditioner of claim 2 , wherein the at least one insulator comprises a first insulator and a second insulator, wherein the first insulator is disposed between the flat portion and the base panel, and wherein the second insulator is disposed between the at least one inclined portion and the base panel.
4 . The air conditioner of claim 3 , wherein the first insulator and the second insulator are formed of different materials.
5 . The air conditioner of claim 1 , wherein the at least one vane comprises at least one supporter that is disposed in an accommodating space and separates the guide panel and the base panel, and wherein the at least one supporter is located between the at least one inclined portion and the flat portion.
6 . The air conditioner of claim 5 , wherein the at least one supporter partitions the accommodating space into a first accommodating space in which the first insulator is disposed and at least one second accommodating space in which the second insulator is disposed.
7 . The air conditioner of claim 3 , wherein the at least one inclined portion comprises:
a first inclined portion that extends upstream from the flat portion in an air flow direction; and a second inclined portion that extends downstream from the flat portion in the air flow direction, and wherein the second insulator is disposed in at least one of an inner side of the first inclined portion or an inner side of the second inclined portion.
8 . The air conditioner of claim 3 , wherein an accommodating space that accommodates the second insulator decreases as the at least one inclined portion extends away from the flat portion.
9 . The air conditioner of claim 1 , wherein the guide panel has an uneven portion formed on a surface that guides the air flow.
10 . The air conditioner of claim 9 , wherein the uneven portion is formed at each of the flat portion and the inclined portion.
11 . The air conditioner of claim 9 , wherein the uneven portion comprises a plurality of ribs and grooves.
12 . The air conditioner of claim 1 , wherein the base panel has an uneven portion formed on a surface that faces the guide panel.
13 . The air conditioner of claim 12 , wherein the uneven portion comprises a plurality of ribs and grooves.
14 . The air conditioner of claim 1 , further comprising:
a front guide that extends from the blower fan toward the first discharge port, wherein a discharge flow path through which the air flow flows toward the first discharge port is formed between the front guide and the at least one vane.
15 . An air conditioner, comprising:
a case comprising an intake port, a first discharge port located on a front surface thereof, and a second discharge port located on a lower surface thereof; a blower fan that is disposed inside of the case and forms an air flow; an indoor heat exchanger that heat-exchanges air inside of the case with a refrigerant; and at least one vane that is located at the second discharge port and opens and closes the second discharge port, wherein the at least one vane comprises:
a first panel that forms a first surface of the at least one vane;
a second panel that forms a second surface of the at least one vane; and
at least two different insulators disposed between the first panel and the second panel.
16 . The air conditioner of claim 15 , wherein the first panel comprises a flat portion and at least one inclined portion inclined from the flat portion.
17 . The air conditioner of claim 16 , wherein the at least two insulators comprise a first insulator and a second insulator, wherein the first insulator is disposed between the flat portion and the second panel, and wherein the second insulator is disposed between the at least one inclined portion and the second panel.
18 . The air conditioner of claim 17 , wherein the at least one vane comprises at least one supporter that is disposed in an accommodating space and separates the first panel and the second panel, and wherein the at least one supporter is located between the at least one inclined portion and the flat portion.
19 . The air conditioner of claim 18 , wherein at least one supporter partitions the accommodating space into a first accommodating space in which the first insulator is disposed and at least one second accommodating space in which the second insulator is disposed.
20 . The air conditioner of claim 17 , wherein the at least one inclined portion comprises:
a first inclined portion that extends upstream from the flat portion in an air flow direction; and a second inclined portion that extends downstream from the flat portion in the air flow direction, and wherein the second insulator is disposed in at least one of an inner side of the first inclined portion or an inner side of the second inclined portion.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
