Endoscopic treatment tool and endoscopic treatment system
Abstract
An endoscopic treatment tool includes a sheath that is an elongated member having a lumen configured to extend in a longitudinal direction, a distal end treatment part provided at a distal end portion of the sheath, an operation part provided at a proximal end portion of the sheath, and a wire inserted through the lumen, mounted on the distal end treatment part, and supported by the operation part so as to advance and retract in the longitudinal direction, wherein the operation part has a locking mechanism that restricts the advancement and retract of the wire in the longitudinal direction.

5 . The endoscopic treatment tool according to claim 4 , wherein the locking mechanism comprises a first deformation part provided on the main body,
the first deformation part is configured to be deformed inward in a radial direction when the main body and the handle move closer to each other, and the first deformation part is configured to contact with the wire to restrict the advancement and retract of the wire.
6 . The endoscopic treatment tool according to claim 4 , wherein the locking mechanism comprises a first deformation part provided on the handle, and
the second deformation part is configured to be deformed inward in a radial direction when the main body and the handle move closer to each other, and the second deformation part is configured to contact with the wire to restrict the advancement and retract of the wire.
7 . The endoscopic treatment tool according to claim 4 , wherein the locking mechanism comprises a ring member configured to contact with the wire provided on the main body.
8 . The endoscopic treatment tool according to claim 4 , wherein the locking mechanism comprises a first pressing member provided on the slider, and
the first pressing member is configured to fix a position of the slider with respect to the handle.
9 . The endoscopic treatment tool according to claim 4 , wherein the locking mechanism comprises a second pressing member provided on the main body, and
the first pressing member is configured to fix a position of the wire with respect to the main body.
10 . The endoscopic treatment tool according to claim 2 , wherein a marker is provided at a portion of the sheath in the circumferential direction in which the first through hole and the second through hole are provided.
11 . An endoscopic treatment system comprising:
the endoscopic treatment tool according to claim 1 ; and an endoscope.
12 . The endoscopic treatment tool according to claim 1 , wherein the operation part comprising:
a main body comprises:
a tapered portion tapered proximally; and
a stopper located proximally relative to the tapered portion.
13 . The endoscopic treatment tool according to claim 1 , wherein the operation part comprises:
a main body mounted on a proximal end of the sheath; and a handle connected to the main body so as to be rotatable in the circumferential direction, the handle comprising a connector having a wedge shape.
14 . The endoscopic treatment tool according to claim 1 , wherein the operation part comprises:
a main body comprises:
a tapered portion tapered proximally; and
a stopper located proximally relative to the tapered portion; and
a handle connected to the main body so as to be rotatable in the circumferential direction, the handle comprising a connector having a inner surface configured to press the tapered portion inwardly so that the stopper restrict the advancement and retract of the wire in the longitudinal direction.
15 . An treatment tool comprising:
a sheath having a lumen, and extending in a longitudinal direction; a treatment part disposed distally relative to the sheath; a wire inserted through the lumen and mounted on the treatment part, the wire being rotatable in a circumferential direction; and an operation part disposed proximally relative to the sheath, the sheath being rotatable in the circumferential direction; the operation part configured to move the wire in the longitudinal direction, the operation part comprising a surface configured to restrict the movement of the wire in the longitudinal direction.
16 . The treatment tool according to claim 15 , wherein
the operation part comprises a tapered portion configured to move inwardly, and the surface configured to pinch the wire when the tapered portion moves inwardly.
17 . The treatment tool according to claim 15 , wherein the operation part comprises:
a main body comprises:
a tapered portion tapered proximally; and
a stopper located proximally relative to the tapered portion and having the surface; and
a handle connected to the main body so as to be rotatable in the circumferential direction, the handle comprising a connector having a inner surface configured to press the tapered portion inwardly so that the surface restrict the movement of the wire in the longitudinal direction.
18 . The treatment tool according to claim 15 , wherein the operation part comprises:
