Pocket Cover

Abstract

A container has a first side that comprises a first pocket having an outer sidewall, an inner sidewall, a closed side, and an open side. The first side further comprises a pocket cover attached to the first side at one or more attachment points. The tensioning member removably secures the pocket cover over the first pocket.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A container having a first side, the first side comprising:
 a first pocket having an outer sidewall, an inner sidewall, a closed side, and an open side; and   a pocket cover attached to the first side at one or more attachment points, the pocket cover comprising a tensioning member, wherein the tensioning member removably secures the pocket cover over the first pocket.   
     
     
         2 . The container of  claim 1 , wherein the first side further comprises a second pocket having an outer sidewall, an inner sidewall, a closed side, and an open side, wherein the inner sidewall of the first pocket is the outer sidewall of the second pocket. 
     
     
         3 . The container of  claim 2 , wherein the one or more attachment points are on the inner sidewall of the second pocket. 
     
     
         4 . The container of  claim 3 , wherein the pocket cover is stowable within the second pocket when not secured over the first pocket. 
     
     
         5 . The container of  claim 2 , wherein the inner sidewall of the second pocket comprises the an interior wall of the container. 
     
     
         6 . The container of  claim 1 , wherein the first side has a first edge and a second edge and wherein the first pocket is located closer to the second edge relative to the pocket cover attachment point. 
     
     
         7 . The container of  claim 6 , wherein the tensioning member removably securing the pocket cover over the first pocket comprises the tensioning member stretching around the closed side of the first pocket. 
     
     
         8 . The container of  claim 7 , wherein the tensioning member is approximately parallel to the first side. 
     
     
         9 . The container of  claim 6 , wherein the first edge is a top edge and the second edge is a bottom edge. 
     
     
         10 . The container of  claim 1 , wherein the tensioning member removably securing the pocket cover over the first pocket comprises the tensioning member stretching around the closed side of the first pocket. 
     
     
         11 . The container of  claim 10 , wherein the closed side of the first pocket is approximately perpendicular to the first side and the tensioning member is approximately parallel to the first side. 
     
     
         12 . The container of  claim 1 , wherein the tensioning member removably securing the pocket cover over the first pocket comprises the tensioning member applying force to the closed side of the first pocket. 
     
     
         13 . An article of manufacture having a first side, the first side comprising:
 a pocket having an outer sidewall, an inner sidewall, a closed side, and an open side; and   a pocket cover comprising a tensioning member having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end of the tensioning member is attached to the first side at a first attachment point, the second end of the tensioning member is attached to the first side at a second attachment point, and the pocket cover is attached to the first side via a seam spanning between the first attachment point and the second attachment point, wherein the tensioning member removably secures the pocket cover over the pocket.   
     
     
         14 . The article of manufacture of  claim 13 , wherein the tensioning member removably securing the pocket cover over the pocket comprises the tensioning member extending from the first attachment point to the closed side of the pocket, around the closed side of the pocket, and from the closed side of the pocket to the second attachment point. 
     
     
         15 . The article of manufacture of  claim 14 , wherein the tensioning member applies force to the closed side of the pocket. 
     
     
         16 . The article of manufacture of  claim 15 , wherein the force applied to the closed side of the pocket removably secures the pocket cover over the pocket. 
     
     
         17 . The article of manufacture of  claim 13 , wherein the tensioning member removably securing the pocket cover over the pocket comprises the tensioning member extending around the closed side of the pocket and applying force to the closed side of the pocket. 
     
     
         18 . The article of manufacture of  claim 17 , wherein the tensioning member extending around the closed side of the pocket comprises the tensioning member extending parallel to the first side. 
     
     
         19 . An article of manufacture having a first side, the first side comprising:
 a pocket having an outer sidewall, an inner sidewall, a closed side, and an open side, wherein the pocket is configured to store at least one item; and   a pocket cover comprising a tensioning member having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end of the tensioning member is attached to the first side at a first attachment point, the second end of the tensioning member is attached to the first side at a second attachment point, and the pocket cover is attached to the first side via a seam spanning between the first attachment point and the second attachment point, wherein the tensioning member removably secures the pocket cover over the pocket by applying force to the at least one item via the closed side of the pocket.   
     
     
         20 . The article of manufacture of  claim 19 , wherein the tensioning member removably securing the pocket cover over the pocket by applying force to the at least one item via the closed side of the pocket comprises the tensioning member extending from the first attachment point to the closed side of the pocket, around the closed side of the pocket, and from the closed side of the pocket to the second attachment point.
