Abstract

The air-conditioning system sends, to a living room, air-conditioning room air in an air-conditioning room independent of the living room. In the air-conditioning room, an air conditioner is installed. A refrigerant concentration sensor detects a concentration of a refrigerant contained in the air-conditioning room air. A state changer switches between a first state where the air-conditioning room air is sent to the living room and a second state where air coming in and out of the air-conditioning room is less than the air-conditioning room air in the first state. A leakage determination unit determines whether or not the refrigerant is leaking by acquiring the refrigerant concentration detected by the refrigerant concentration sensor in the second state.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An air-conditioning system that sends, to a living room, air-conditioning room air being air in an air-conditioning room independent of the living room, the air-conditioning system comprising:
 an air conditioner installed in the air-conditioning room;   a refrigerant concentration sensor that detects a refrigerant concentration of a refrigerant contained in the air-conditioning room air;   a state changer that switches between a first state where the air-conditioning room air is sent to the living room and a second state where air coming in and out of the air- conditioning room is less than the air-conditioning room air in the first state; and   a leakage determination unit that determines whether or not the refrigerant is leaking by acquiring the refrigerant concentration detected by the refrigerant concentration sensor in the second state.   
     
     
         2 . The air-conditioning system according to  claim 1 , further comprising an air blower that allows the air-conditioning room air to be sent from the air-conditioning room to the living room,
 wherein the state changer
 allows the air blower to operate in the first state, and 
 allows the air blower to stop in the second state. 
   
     
     
         3 . The air-conditioning system according to  claim 1 , further comprising
 a refrigerant concentration storage that stores the refrigerant concentration detected by the refrigerant concentration sensor during shift from the first state to the second state,   wherein the leakage determination unit determines that the refrigerant is leaking in a case where a difference between (i) the refrigerant concentration stored in the refrigerant concentration storage and (ii) the refrigerant concentration detected by the refrigerant concentration sensor in the second state is greater than or equal to a threshold value.   
     
     
         4 . The air-conditioning system according to  claim 1 , further comprising
 a cycle setting unit that sets a cycle of the switching between the first state and the second state performed by the state changer,   wherein the state changer switches between the first state and the second state based on the cycle set by the cycle setting unit, and   the leakage determination unit determines whether or not the refrigerant is leaking in the second state.   
     
     
         5 . The air-conditioning system according to  claim 4 , further comprising
 an increased concentration calculator that calculates an amount of increase in the refrigerant concentration that has increased over a predetermined period of time in the second state,   wherein the state changer switches the second state to the first state even in the second state in a case where the amount of increase in the refrigerant concentration calculated by the increased concentration calculator is less than a specified value.   
     
     
         6 . The air-conditioning system according to  claim 1 , further comprising
 an abnormality notification unit that notifies, of an abnormality of the air-conditioning system, terminal devices owned by a user of the living room in a case where the leakage determination unit determines that the refrigerant is leaking as the anomaly.   
     
     
         7 . An air-conditioning system comprising:
 an air conditioner installed in an air-conditioning room independent of a living room;   a refrigerant concentration sensor that detects a refrigerant concentration of a refrigerant contained in air-conditioning room air being air in the air-conditioning room;   a branch chamber that branches an air-conditioning air passage from the air-conditioning room into an air sending passage for sending the air-conditioning room air to the living room and an air exhausting passage for exhausting the air-conditioning room air to outdoors; and   a branch controller that controls the branch chamber based on the refrigerant concentration detected by the refrigerant concentration sensor.   
     
     
         8 . The air-conditioning system according to  claim 7 , wherein
 the branch controller
 sends the air-conditioning room air from the air sending passage to the living room in the branch chamber in a case where the refrigerant concentration detected by the refrigerant concentration sensor is less than a threshold value, and 
 exhausts the air-conditioning room air from the air exhausting passage to the outdoors in the branch chamber in a case where the refrigerant concentration detected by the refrigerant concentration sensor is greater than or equal to the threshold value. 
   
     
     
         9 . The air-conditioning system according to  claim 8 , wherein the branch chamber includes:
 a sending air volume regulation damper that regulates a volume of the air-conditioning room air sent from the air sending passage to the living room, and   an exhausting air volume regulation damper that regulates a volume of the air-conditioning room air exhausted from the air exhausting passage to the outdoors, and   
       the branch controller
 sends the air-conditioning room air to the living room by closing the exhausting air volume regulation damper and opening the sending air volume regulation damper in the case where the refrigerant concentration detected by the refrigerant concentration sensor is less than the threshold value, and 
 exhausts the air-conditioning room air to the outdoors by closing the sending air volume regulation damper and opening the exhausting air volume regulation damper in the case where the refrigerant concentration detected by the refrigerant concentration sensor is greater than or equal to the threshold value. 
 
     
     
         10 . The air-conditioning system according to  claim 8 , further comprising a ventilator that exhausts living room air being air in the living room,
 wherein the air exhausting passage allows the branch chamber to communicate with the ventilator, and   the ventilator exhausts the air-conditioning room air is together with the living room air in the case where the refrigerant concentration detected by the refrigerant concentration sensor is greater than or equal to the threshold value.   
     
     
         11 . The air-conditioning system according to  claim 8 , further comprising an abnormality notification unit that notifies, of an abnormality, terminal devices owned by a user of the living room,
 wherein the abnormality notification unit notifies the terminal devices that the air-conditioning room air is exhausted to the outdoors in the case where the refrigerant concentration detected by the refrigerant concentration sensor is greater than or equal to the threshold value.
