Tool for disposing of dead rodents

Abstract

A tool for disposing of dead rodents including a cover assembly, a connecting assembly, and a handle assembly. The cover assembly includes a cover and a base. The connecting assembly includes a connecting member. The handle assembly includes a handle, a rod and a lever. Said cover has an hemispherical shape. The connecting member hingedly connects the cover with the base. The rod extends upward from the connecting member. The handle is operated to open the cover. Open and close to cover and take a rodent into the cover.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A tool for disposing of dead rodents, comprising:
 a cover assembly, wherein said cover assembly includes a cover and a base, said cover having an hemispherical shape;   a connecting assembly, wherein said connecting assembly includes a connecting member, wherein said connecting member hingedly connects said cover with said base; and   a handle assembly, wherein said handle assembly includes a handle, a rod and a lever, said rod extends upward from said connecting member, said handle is operated to open said cover, said cover configured to open and closed to cover and take a rodent into the cover.   
     
     
         2 . The tool for disposing of dead rodents set forth in  claim 1 , wherein said cover is hollow. 
     
     
         3 . The tool for disposing of dead rodents set forth in  claim 1 , wherein said cover includes a bottom cover, said bottom cover are two planar portions extending from a bottom end of the cover defining an open portion in said bottom end. 
     
     
         4 . The tool for disposing of dead rodents set forth in  claim 1 , wherein said cover includes an attaching member extending perpendicularly from a rear portion of the cover, said attaching member connecting said cover with a central portion of said connecting member.

The tool for disposing of dead rodents set forth in  claim 1 , wherein said connecting member has a top pivoting member attached to a top end of said connecting member and a bottom pivoting member attached to a bottom end of said connecting member, said bottom pivoting member hingedly connects said base with said connecting member, said top connecting member hingedly connects said connecting member with said rod. 
     
     
         6 . The tool for disposing of dead rodents set forth in  claim 1 , wherein said lever is hingedly attached to a top end of said rod. 
     
     
         7 . The tool for disposing of dead rodents set forth in  claim 1 , wherein said base has a rectangular shape. 
     
     
         8 . The tool for disposing of dead rodents set forth in  claim 1 , wherein said cover, said base and said rod are made of plastic. 
     
     
         9 . A tool for disposing of dead rodents, comprising:
 a cover assembly, wherein said cover assembly includes a cover and a base, said cover having an hemispherical shape, said cover is hollow;   a connecting assembly, wherein said connecting assembly includes a connecting member, wherein said connecting member has a top pivoting member attached to a top end of said connecting member and a bottom pivoting member attached to a bottom end of said connecting member, said bottom pivoting member hingedly connects said base with said connecting member; and   a handle assembly, wherein said handle assembly includes a handle, a rod and a lever, said rod extends upward from said connecting member, said handle is operated to open said cover, said cover configured to open and closed to cover and take a rodent into the cover by means of the lever, wherein said top connecting member hingedly connects said connecting member with said rod.   
     
     
         10 . A tool for disposing of dead rodents, consisting of:
 a cover assembly, wherein said cover assembly includes a cover and a base, said cover having an hemispherical shape, said cover is hollow, wherein said cover includes a bottom cover, said bottom cover are two planar portion extending from a bottom end of the cover defining an open portion in said bottom end;   a connecting assembly, wherein said connecting assembly includes a connecting member, wherein said connecting member has a top pivoting member attached to a top end of said connecting member and a bottom pivoting member attached to a bottom end of said connecting member, said bottom pivoting member hingedly connects said base with said connecting member, wherein said cover includes an attaching member extending perpendicularly from a rear portion of the cover, said attaching member connecting said cover with a central portion of said connecting member;   a handle assembly, wherein said handle assembly includes a handle, a rod and a lever, said lever is hingedly attached to a top end of said rod, said rod extends upward from said connecting member, said lever is operated to open said cover, said cover configured to open and closed to cover and take a rodent into the cover, wherein said top connecting member hingedly connects said connecting member with said rod, wherein said cover, said base and said rod are made of plastic; and   a shovel assembly, wherein said shovel assembly includes a shovel having a blade and a holder, wherein said holder is attached to said rod, said shovel is removable attached to said rod by means of said holder.
