Abstract

A survival sack that is made of a non-laminated, radiant sheeting. In particular the survival sack is made from an aluminum clad polyethylene sheeting. The survival sack preferably has a removable hood that attaches by slits and strips of the sheeting. The survival sack can have cut lines printed or formed in the sack for attaching additional survival devices, such as a tube for providing an air conduit from a vehicle heater vent to the inner part of the sack, or for cutting out of shoe liners, or forming a vest from the sack. The sack preferably has pole sleeves that extend on opposing sides of the sack to allow the sack to be utilized as a stretcher.
