Apparatus for Safe Eating and Playing of Young Children

Abstract

Provided is an apparatus for safe eating and playing of young children, comprising a chair and a frame for supporting the chair, wherein the chair comprises a seat cushion, a backrest, two side walls extending forward from two sides of the backrest, and a limiting component connected to the two side walls at an end away from the backrest; and the frame comprises an upper frame, a lower frame, and a rotation feature positioned between the upper frame and the lower frame to facilitate rotational movement of the lower frame around at least one rotation axis, wherein the rotation feature comprises an at least partially spherical component or other curved surfaces.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An apparatus for safe eating and playing of young children, the apparatus for safe eating and playing of young children comprising:
 a chair, comprising a seat cushion, a backrest, two side walls extending forward from two sides of the backrest, and a limiting component connected to the two side walls at an end away from the backrest, wherein the seat cushion, the backrest, the side walls and the limiting component define a safe space for accommodating a young child; and   a frame for supporting the chair, comprising an upper frame, a lower frame, and a rotation feature positioned between the upper frame and the lower frame to facilitate rotational movement of the lower frame around at least one rotation axis, wherein the rotation feature comprises an at least partially spherical component or other curved surfaces.   
     
     
         2 . The apparatus for safe eating and playing of young children according to  claim 1 , wherein the chair is provided with a safety belt means, the safety belt means comprises a waist safety belt and a leg safety belt, wherein the waist safety belt penetrates through the seat cushion and is fixed to backrest, and the leg safety belt is fitted on the limiting component and extends downward to be fixed to the chair.

The apparatus for safe eating and playing of young children according to  claim 2 , wherein the chair is provided with a fixing hole, the fixing hole receives and fixes the leg safety belt, the backrest is further provided with at least one first through hole and fixing bars for fixing the waist safety belt. 
     
     
         4 . The apparatus for safe eating and playing of young children according to  claim 3 , wherein the chair is fixedly connected to the upper frame through at least one first fixing member, and each of the side walls is fixedly connected to the upper frame through at least one second fixing member. 
     
     
         5 . The apparatus for safe eating and playing of young children according to  claim 4 , wherein the chair further comprises a footrest, the footrest is fixedly connected to a lower end of the upper frame through at least one third fixing member and extends outward. 
     
     
         6 . The apparatus for safe eating and playing of young children according to  claim 1 , wherein the upper frame comprises two oppositely arranged first supports, and a bottom end of each of the first supports has a first protrusion and a second protrusion. 
     
     
         7 . The apparatus for safe eating and playing of young children according to  claim 6 , wherein the lower frame comprises two oppositely arranged second supports, each of the second supports comprises two support units of a same shape, and the two support units are fixedly connected through at least one connector to form the second support. 
     
     
         8 . The apparatus for safe eating and playing of young children according to  claim 7 , wherein the two support units are respectively provided with a first groove and a second groove, the first groove receives the first protrusion, and the second groove receives the second protrusion. 
     
     
         9 . The apparatus for safe eating and playing of young children according to  claim 8 , wherein each of the first supports has a first connecting end and a second connecting end, each of the second supports has a third connecting end and a fourth connecting end, wherein the first connecting end is provided with a first avoidance groove, the third connecting end is provided with a second avoidance groove, and the first avoidance groove and the second avoidance groove form an inner cavity.

The apparatus for safe eating and playing of young children according to  claim 9 , wherein the first connecting end and the third connecting end are pivotally connected through a pivoting member, the pivoting member comprises a pivoting shaft and a fixing member connecting the first connecting end and the third connecting end, and the pivoting shaft is arranged in the inner cavity to allow the upper frame and the lower frame to rotate about the pivoting shaft. 
     
     
         11 . The apparatus for safe eating and playing of young children according to  claim 10 , wherein the first connecting end and the third connecting end are respectively provided with fixing grooves opposite to each other, and the fixing grooves receive the fixing member. 
     
     
         12 . The apparatus for safe eating and playing of young children according to  claim 9 , wherein the second connecting end and the fourth connecting end are locked together through a locking mechanism. 
     
     
         13 . The apparatus for safe eating and playing of young children according to  claim 9 , wherein a first connecting plate is arranged at middle positions of upper ends of the two second supports, a second connecting plate is arranged at lower ends of the two second supports, and the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate are fixedly connected to the second supports through at least one fourth fixing members, respectively. 
     
     
         14 . The apparatus for safe eating and playing of young children according to  claim 13 , wherein the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate each have a rectangular structure, wherein a width of the first connecting plate is less than that of the second connecting plate. 
     
     
         15 . The apparatus for safe eating and playing of young children according to  claim 13 , wherein a support rod is also arranged between the two second supports, both ends of the support rod are fixedly connected to rear ends of the second supports through fifth fixing members. 
     
     
         16 . An apparatus for safe eating and playing of young children, the apparatus for safe eating and playing of young children comprising:
 a chair, comprising a seat cushion, a backrest, two side walls extending forward from two sides of the backrest, and a limiting component connected to the two side walls at an end away from the backrest, wherein the seat cushion, the backrest, the side walls and the limiting component define a safe space for accommodating a young child; and   a frame for supporting the chair, comprising an upper frame, a lower frame, and a rotation feature positioned between the upper frame and the lower frame to facilitate rotational movement of the lower frame around at least one rotation axis, wherein the rotation feature includes an at least partially spherical component or other curved surfaces; and   at least one locking mechanism capable of limiting and releasing rotational characteristics of the rotation feature.   
     
     
         17 . The apparatus for safe eating and playing of young children according to  claim 16 , wherein the locking mechanism comprises a locking part and a tightening part, wherein the locking part is arranged on the upper frame and the tightening part is arranged on the lower frame. 
     
     
         18 . The apparatus for safe eating and playing of young children according to  claim 17 , wherein the upper frame has a triangular structure, and the lower frame has a trapezoidal structure. 
     
     
         19 . The apparatus for safe eating and playing of young children according to  claim 18 , wherein the chair and the frame are both made of wood. 
     
     
         20 . An apparatus facilitating safe eating and playing of young children, the apparatus for safe eating and playing of young children comprising:
 a chair, comprising a seat cushion, a backrest, two side walls extending forward from both sides of the backrest, and a limiting component connected to the two side walls at an end away from the backrest, wherein the seat cushion, the backrest, the side walls and the limiting component define a safe space for accommodating a young child; and   a frame for supporting the chair, comprising an upper frame, a lower frame, and a rotation feature positioned between the upper frame and the lower frame to facilitate rotational movement of the lower frame around at least one rotation axis, wherein the rotation feature includes an at least partially spherical component or other curved surfaces; and   at least one locking mechanism capable of limiting and releasing rotational characteristics of the rotation feature; and wherein   the rotation feature defines a first state and a second state of the apparatus, wherein when the apparatus is in the first state by virtue of the rotation feature, the chair is located above the lower frame, and when the apparatus is in the second state by virtue of the rotation feature, the chair is aligned with the lower frame.
