Abstract

An electric automatic nail clipper includes a housing body having an access hole and a cutter assembly includes a motor, a blade housing and a cutter blade which is rotatably disposed in the blade housing, the blade housing having a cutter slot which is aligned with the access hole. The housing body has a protruding structure protruded from an end surface of the housing body at a side of the cutter slot.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An electric automatic nail clipper, comprising:
 a housing body having an access hole; and   a cutter assembly mounted to said housing body, wherein said cutter assembly comprises a motor and a cutter blade which is aligned with said access hole and operatively coupled with said motor.   
     
     
         2 . The electric automatic nail clipper according to  claim 1 , wherein said cutter assembly comprises a blade housing having a cutter slot, wherein said cutter blade is rotatably disposed in said blade housing, wherein said cutter slot is aligned with said access hole. 
     
     
         3 . The electric automatic nail clipper according to  claim 2 , wherein said housing body has an end surface, said access hole is formed in said end surface, said blade housing comprises a slot portion defining said cutter slot. 
     
     
         4 . The electric automatic nail clipper according to  claim 3 , wherein said slot portion is at least partially extended out of said access hole. 
     
     
         5 . The electric automatic nail clipper according to  claim 3 , wherein said housing body is made of a plastic material, said blade housing is made of a metal material. 
     
     
         6 . The electric automatic nail clipper according to  claim 3 , wherein said slot portion comprises an inclined guiding inner surface around said cutter slot. 
     
     
         7 . The electric automatic nail clipper according to  claim 6 , wherein said slot portion further comprises a column transition surface integrally extended from said inclined guiding inner surface at a side adjacent to said cutter blade. 
     
     
         8 . The electric automatic nail clipper according to  claim 1 , wherein said housing body has an end surface, said access hole is formed in said end surface, wherein said housing body comprises a protruding structure protruded from said end surface of said housing body at a side of said access hole. 
     
     
         9 . The electric automatic nail clipper according to  claim 8 , further comprising a control assembly which comprises a controller and a lighting element electrically connected to said controller, wherein said lighting element is provided adjacent to said protruding structure in a manner that said protruding structure is arranged to reflect light beams from said lighting element towards said access hole. 
     
     
         10 . The electric automatic nail clipper according to  claim 9 , wherein said protruding structure comprises a protruding cover which is protruded from said end surface of said housing body and a transparent layer coupled to said protruding cover at a side adjacent to said access hole to define a cavity for receiving said lighting element. 
     
     
         11 . The electric automatic nail clipper according to  claim 2 , wherein said housing body has a debris discharging port and a movable lid disposed at the debris discharging port, wherein said blade housing has a chamber, said housing body defines a debris guiding passage communicating said chamber of said blade housing to said debris discharging port, wherein said debris guiding passage is configured in a manner to expose a bottom of said cutter blade which is viewable through said debris discharging port. 
     
     
         12 . The electric automatic nail clipper according to  claim 2 , wherein said cutter slot is formed in a curved shape and features a width gradient that widens progressively from a center to two ends. 
     
     
         13 . The electric automatic nail clipper according to  claim 2 , wherein a width of said cutter slot is less than 1.5 mm, wherein said housing body comprises a protruding structure protruded from said end surface of said housing body at a side of said cutter slot, wherein a length of said protruding structure is not less than a length of said cutter slot. 
     
     
         14 . The electric automatic nail clipper according to  claim 2 , wherein said control assembly further comprises a transmission mechanism which is a gear train for transmitting a motion of said motor to said cutter blade, wherein said motor comprises an output shaft, wherein said transmission mechanism comprises a first driving gear which is coaxial with said output shaft of said motor, one or more transmission gears coupled to said first driving gear, and a second driving gear which is coaxial with said cutter blade and is coupled to said one or more transmission gears. 
     
     
         15 . The electric automatic nail clipper according to  claim 14 , wherein said one or more transmission gears comprises a first transmission gear engaged with said first driving gear and a second transmission gear which is engaged with said first transmission gear, wherein said first transmission gear comprises a first gear portion which is engaged with said first driving gear, and a second gear portion, said second transmission gear comprises a first gear portion which is engaged with said second gear portion of said first transmission gear and a second gear portion which is engaged with said second driving gear. 
     
     
         16 . The electric automatic nail clipper according to  claim 2 , wherein said control assembly comprises a controller, a power module electrically connected to said controller, a lighting element, a power switch and an operation switch, wherein when said power switch is switched on, said lighting element is turned on, when said operation switch is turned on, said motor is activated to drive said cutter blade to rotate. 
     
     
         17 . The electric automatic nail clipper according to  claim 16 , wherein said control assembly further comprises one or more object detection sensors which are respectively provided at said housing body adjacent to said cutter slot. 
     
     
         18 . The electric automatic nail clipper according to  claim 16 , wherein said operation switch is one of a button, a capacitive sensing element and a fingerprint recognition element. 
     
     
         19 . The electric automatic nail clipper according to  claim 16 , wherein said control assembly further comprises an angle detection sensor to monitor an orientation of the electric automatic nail clipper during use. 
     
     
         20 . The electric automatic nail clipper according to  claim 1 , wherein said cutter blade is controlled to rotate at a speed ranged from 210 revolutions per minute to 110 revolutions per minute.
