Abstract

A motion-sensing personalized airflow device is provided. The device is comprised of a heating and/or cooling element and a mount that allows a motor to articulate the element. The device is also comprised of a sensor that detects movement to direct airflow appropriately to maintain comfort levels based on a user's specific location within a room. Furthermore, the device may be equipped with a removable fragrance insert, which can be housed in a compartment to emit scents. Control over the device is facilitated through various physical or digital interfaces, allowing adjustments to fan speed, temperature, and motion sensitivity.

         1 . A motion-sensing personalized airflow device comprising:
 an element;   a motor;   a battery;   a sensor; and   a mount.   
     
     
         2 . The motion-sensing personalized airflow device of  claim 1 , wherein the element is comprised of a heating element. 
     
     
         3 . The motion-sensing personalized airflow device of  claim 2 , wherein the heating element is comprised of a convection heater, a radiant heater, an oil-filled heater, a ceramic heater, an infrared heater, an electric baseboard heater, a space heater, a heat pump, a gas heater, a propane heater, or a kerosene heater. 
     
     
         4 . The motion-sensing personalized airflow device of  claim 1 , wherein the element is comprised of a cooling element. 
     
     
         5 . The motion-sensing personalized airflow device of  claim 4 , wherein the cooling element is comprised of a ceiling fan, a table fan, a pedestal fan, a wall-mounted fan, a tower fan, a box fan, a drum fan, an exhaust fan, a bladeless fan, a window fan, a desk fan, a misting fan. 
     
     
         6 . The motion-sensing personalized airflow device of  claim 1 , wherein the sensor is comprised of a motion sensor. 
     
     
         7 . The motion-sensing personalized airflow device of  claim 6 , wherein the motor moves the point towards where the motion sensor detects motion. 
     
     
         8 . A motion-sensing personalized airflow device comprising:
 an element;   a motor;   a battery;   a power cord;   a motion sensor; and   a mount.   
     
     
         9 . The motion-sensing personalized airflow device of  claim 8 , wherein the element is comprised of a heating element and a cooling element. 
     
     
         10 . The motion-sensing personalized airflow device of  claim 8  comprised of a camera. 
     
     
         11 . The motion-sensing personalized airflow device of  claim 8 , wherein the motor moves the point towards where the motion sensor detects motion. 
     
     
         12 . The motion-sensing personalized airflow device of  claim 8  comprised of an indicator light that illuminates when the motion sensor is on. 
     
     
         13 . A motion-sensing personalized airflow device comprising:
 an element;   a motor;   a battery;   a receiving area comprised of an opening;   a power cord;   a sensor; and   a mount.   
     
     
         14 . The motion-sensing personalized airflow device of  claim 13 , wherein the element is comprised of a heating element. 
     
     
         15 . The motion-sensing personalized airflow device of  claim 13 , wherein the element is comprised of a cooling element. 
     
     
         16 . The motion-sensing personalized airflow device of  claim 13  comprised of a fragrance insert received by the receiving area. 
     
     
         17 . The motion-sensing personalized airflow device of  claim 13 , wherein the receiving area is positioned internally or externally on the device. 
     
     
         18 . The motion-sensing personalized airflow device of  claim 17 , wherein the receiving are area attaches to the element via a fastener. 
     
     
         19 . The motion-sensing personalized airflow device of  claim 13 , wherein the receiving area is comprised of a locking member. 
     
     
         20 . The motion-sensing personalized airflow device of  claim 13 , wherein the receiving area is comprised of a rectangular shape.
