Abstract
Disclosed is an invention relating to a cooking appliance. The disclosed invention comprises an air guide in the gap between a door and a control panel, and the air guide positioned in such a way covers, from the front, at least a portion of the structures positioned at the same height as the gap between the door and control panel.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A cooking appliance, comprising:
a main body having a cooking chamber defined therein; a door disposed in front of the main body and configured to open and close the cooking chamber; a control panel disposed on top of the main body and the door; and an air guide disposed between the door and the control panel, wherein the air guide includes:
a first guide portion that divides a space between the door and the control panel into upper and lower portions; and
a second guide portion that extends from the first guide portion in a direction between a direction from the first guide portion toward the main body and a direction from the first guide portion toward the door.
2 . The cooking appliance of claim 1 , wherein the air guide is disposed in a front space surrounded by the door, the main body, and the control panel.
3 . The cooking appliance of claim 2 , wherein an electric component chamber is disposed on top of the main body, wherein an exhaust port that provides communication between an inner space of the electric component chamber with and front space is formed in the main body, and wherein a door exhaust port that provides communication between an inner space of the door and the front space is formed in an upper end of the door facing the control panel.
4 . The cooking appliance of claim 3 , wherein the second guide portion is positioned such that at least a portion of the second guide portion prevents the exhaust port and the door exhaust port from communicating with each other.
5 . The cooking appliance of claim 3 , wherein a vertical level of the door exhaust port is lower than a vertical level of the exhaust port, and wherein the second guide portion extends from the first guide portion in a downwardly inclined manner in a rearward direction.
6 . The cooking appliance of claim 5 , wherein the door is divided into a front half portion and a rear half portion arranged in a frontward-rearward direction, wherein the door exhaust port is defined in the rear half portion disposed at a rear of the front half portion, and wherein the rear half portion includes an inclined surface parallel to the second guide portion.
7 . The cooking appliance of claim 1 , wherein the air guide divides a space between the control panel and the door into a first space between the control panel and the air guide and a second space between the air guide and the door, and wherein a connection space that connects the first space and the second space to each other is defined between the second guide portion and the main body.
8 . The cooking appliance of claim 1 , wherein the air guide prevents an exhaust port defined in the main body and a door exhaust port defined in the door from communicating with each other.
9 . The cooking appliance of claim 8 , wherein the second guide portion is in close contact with a front surface of the main body in an area between the exhaust port and the door exhaust port and prevents the exhaust port and the door exhaust port from communicating with each other.
10 . The cooking appliance of claim 9 , wherein the air guide further includes a coupling portion disposed between the front surface of the main body and the second guide portion so as to couple the second guide portion to the front surface of the main body.
11 . The cooking appliance of claim 3 , wherein the second guide portion is disposed in a space surrounded by the first guide portion, the exhaust port, and the door exhaust port.
12 . The cooking appliance of claim 3 , wherein a vertical level of the door exhaust port is lower than a vertical level of the exhaust port, and wherein at least a portion of the second guide portion is disposed between the door exhaust port and the exhaust port in a vertical direction.
13 . The cooking appliance of claim 12 , wherein at least a portion of the second guide portion is disposed between the door exhaust port and the exhaust port in a frontward-rearward direction.
14 . The cooking appliance of claim 1 , wherein the second guide portion is disposed between the first guide portion and the main body, and is spaced apart from the main body in a frontward-backward direction.
15 . The cooking appliance of claim 1 , wherein the main body includes:
a cavity having the cooking chamber defined therein; and a front panel disposed between the cavity and the door, wherein at least a portion of the front panel is disposed between the cavity and the control panel, and wherein the air guide screens at least a portion of the front panel while being positioned in front thereof.
16 . The cooking appliance of claim 8 , wherein the air guide is coupled to a front surface of the main body.
17 . The cooking appliance of claim 8 , wherein the air guide is disposed in a front space surrounded by the door, the main body, and the control panel.
18 . The cooking appliance of claim 16 , wherein the front space is divided into a first space defined on top of the air guide and a second space defined under the air guide, and wherein the air guide is in close contact with a front surface of the main body so that the first space and the second space do not communicate with each other in an area at a rear of the air guide.
19 . The cooking appliance of claim 10 , wherein the coupling portion extends from a rear end of the second guide portion in a direction parallel to the front surface of the main body and is coupled to the front surface of the main body.
20 . The cooking appliance of claim 10 , wherein a vertical level of the coupling portion is lower than a vertical level of an upper end of the door.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
