Abstract
The present invention relates to the technical field of small household electrical appliances and discloses a fan module, a main drive module and a foldable handheld fan using the same, wherein the fan module comprises a motor shell assembly, a fan blade assembly and a motor; and the motor is accommodated in the motor shell assembly, a rotating shaft of the motor penetrates from the motor shell assembly, and the fan blade assembly is sleeved on the rotating shaft of the motor, so that the motor drives the fan blade assembly to rotate, and a low-noise air inlet space is formed between the fan blade assembly and the motor shell assembly.

the motor is accommodated in the motor shell assembly, a rotating shaft of the motor penetrates from the motor shell assembly, and the fan blade assembly is sleeved on the rotating shaft of the motor, so that the motor drives the fan blade assembly to rotate; and a low-noise air inlet space is formed between the fan blade assembly and the motor shell assembly.
2 . The fan module according to claim 1 , wherein the fan blade assembly comprises a fan blade base, a fan blade cover and a plurality of fan blade bodies;
the fan blade cover is provided with fan blade pivots along a circumferential direction which corresponds in quantity to the plurality of fan blade bodies; free end portions of the fan blade pivots of the fan blade cover are fixed on the fan blade base, so as to make the fan blade cover and the fan blade base fixed together, and the plurality of fan blade bodies are correspondingly pivotally connected to the fan blade pivots; and the rotating shaft of the motor penetrates from the fan blade base and connects to the fan blade cover; when the fan blade base and the fan blade cover rotate, the plurality of fan blade bodies are expanded by a centrifugal force, and when the fan blade base and the fan blade cover are stationary, the plurality of fan blade bodies are able to be stowed away.
3 . The fan module according to claim 1 , wherein a minimum distance L between the plurality of blade bodies of the fan blade assembly and the motor shell assembly is 2 mm to 5.5 mm to form a low-noise air inlet space.
4 . The fan module according to claim 1 further comprising a functional module with display and/or lighting functions, and the functional module is also accommodated in the motor shell assembly; on the motor shell assembly is penetrated a light-transmitting window which is at a position not blocked by the fan blade assembly, and the light-transmitting window is aligned with a light-emitting surface of the functional module.

The fan module according to claim 4 , wherein the motor shell assembly includes a front motor shell and a rear motor shell which are combined with each other; the motor and the functional module are accommodated between the front motor shell and the rear motor shell; and the rotating shaft of the motor penetrates from the front motor shell, and the light-transmitting window is penetrated on the rear motor shell.
6 . The fan module according to any of claim 5 , wherein the motor shell assembly further comprises a window support frame, the light-transmitting window penetrates and is fixed in the window support frame, and the window support frame penetrates and is fixed on the rear motor shell.
7 . The fan module according to claim 4 , wherein the light-transmitting window comprises one of a transparent window, a translucent window, a plano-convex lens and a convex lens.
8 . The fan module according to claim 7 , wherein two sides of the light-transmitting window comprise a flat surface and a convex surface respectively, the convex surface of the light-transmitting window and the light-emitting surface of the functional module are aligned with each other, and the flat surface of the light-transmitting window faces outer portions of the motor shell assembly.
9 . The fan module according to claim 4 , wherein the functional module comprises one of an LED display screen, an LCD display screen, a lighting module and a luminous graphic and text module.
10 . The fan module according to claim 5 , wherein outer contours of both the front motor shell and the rear motor shell of the motor shell assembly are cylindrical.
11 . A main drive module, comprising a main shell assembly, a circuit board, and a battery, wherein
inside the main shell assembly comprises a main accommodation space, and at least one portion of the main shell assembly protrudes to form a step portion, thereby forming an expanded accommodation space inside the step portion; and both the circuit board and the battery are accommodated in the main accommodation space and the expanded accommodation space of the main shell assembly.
12 . The main drive module according to claim 11 , wherein the circuit board is accommodated in the expanded accommodation space of the main shell assembly, and the battery is accommodated in the main accommodation space of the main shell assembly.
13 . The main drive module according to claim 11 , wherein the main shell assembly comprises a front main body shell and a rear main body shell which are combined with each other; and
the step portion is provided on the front main body shell.
14 . The main drive module according to claim 13 , wherein a thickness of the main shell assembly is represented by H 1 and a thickness of the step portion is represented by H 2 ; and H 1 : H 2 =0.55-0.65.
15 . The main drive module according to claim 13 , wherein a length of the main shell assembly is represented by L 1 , and a length of the step portion is represented by L 2 ; and L 2 : L 1 =0.35-0.45.
16 . The main drive module according to claim 11 , wherein on the circuit board are equipped switches, on the step portion of the main shell assembly are embedded buttons aligning with the switches, so that when the buttons are pressed, the switches are triggered.
17 . The main drive module according to claim 11 , wherein the circuit board is further equipped with a first charging interface and a second charging interface respectively; and both the first charging interface and a second charging interface penetrate from the step portion of the main shell assembly.
18 . A foldable handheld fan comprising the main drive module according to claim 11 , wherein the foldable handheld fan further comprises a fan module and a storage shell;
the fan module comprises a motor shell assembly, a fan blade assembly and a motor; the motor is accommodated in the motor shell assembly, a rotating shaft of the motor penetrates from the motor shell assembly, and the fan blade assembly is sleeved on the rotating shaft of the motor, so that the motor drives the fan blade assembly to rotate; the motor shell assembly of the fan module is pivotally connected to the main drive module, so as to enable the motor shell assembly and the fan blade assembly to swing in a pitch angle and/or left and right angles relative to the main drive module; and the main drive module is pivotally connected to the storage shell, so as to enable at least one portion of the main drive module, at least one portion of the motor shell assembly, and/or at least one portion of the fan blade assembly to be folded and stored in a storage cavity of the storage shell.
19 . A handheld fan, comprising the main drive module according to claim 11 and a fan module, wherein the fan module comprises a motor shell assembly, a fan blade assembly and a motor;
the motor is accommodated in the motor shell assembly, a rotating shaft of the motor penetrates from the motor shell assembly, and the fan blade assembly is sleeved on the rotating shaft of the motor, so that the motor drives the fan blade assembly to rotate;
the motor shell assembly of the fan module is pivotally connected to the main drive module, so as to enable the motor shell assembly and the fan blade assembly to swing in a pitch angle and/or left and right angles relative to the main drive module; and
a low-noise air inlet space is formed between the main drive module and the fan blade assembly.
20 .
