Wall Corner Protection Magnetic Device
Abstract
A wall corner protection device is disclosed. The wall corner protection device is magnetically attached to the wall corner and comprises a first wall and a second wall, the first wall and the second wall are transversally disposed to each other forming a 90-degree angle therebetween. The first wall has one or more earth magnets disposed therein and the second wall has one or more earth magnets disposed therein. The earth magnets are configured to provide magnetic attachment to the metal corner bead(s) of the wall corners for adhering the wall corner protection device to the wall corner. The device is configured to protect wall corners from physical damage by preventing direct contact with the wall corner.

2 . The wall corner protection device of claim 1 , wherein said first rectangular planar member having a first length and said second rectangular member having a second length; and
further wherein said first length is equal to said second length.
3 . The wall corner protection device of claim 2 , wherein said first length and said second length are from one foot to six feet.
4 . The wall corner protection device of claim 3 , wherein said wall corner protection device having a material selected from the group consisting of a cardboard, a plastic, and a metal.
5 . The wall corner protection device of claim 4 , wherein said first inner wall having at least a first pair of magnets adhered thereto, and further wherein said second inner wall having at least a second pair of magnets adhered thereto.
6 . The wall corner protection device of claim 5 , wherein each one of said first pair of magnets adhered proximal to opposing ends of said first inner wall, and further wherein each one of said second pair of magnets adhered proximal to opposing ends of said second inner wall.
7 . The wall corner protection device of claim 6 , wherein said first rectangular planar member transverse to said second rectangular planar member.
8 . The wall corner protection device of claim 6 , wherein said first rectangular planar member is perpendicular to said second rectangular planar member.
9 . The wall corner protection device of claim 8 , wherein said first rectangular planar member having a width from 1 inch to 6 inches.
10 . The wall corner protection device of claim 9 , wherein said second rectangular planar member having a width from 1 inch to 6 inches.
11 . The wall corner protection device of claim 10 , wherein said first rectangular planar member and said second rectangular planar member having a thickness from 0.25 inches to 1.50 inches.
12 . A wall corner protection device comprising:
a first rectangular planar member having a first inner wall, a second rectangular planar member having a second inner wall, and a common edge connecting said first rectangular planar member and said second rectangular planar member; wherein said first inner wall having at least three magnets adhered thereto; wherein said second inner wall having at least three magnets adhered thereto; wherein and first rectangular planar member, said common edge, and said second rectangular planar member forming a 90-degree angle of a wall corner protection device; wherein said at least three magnets of said first inner wall attracted to a first side of a metal corner bead and said at least three magnets of said second inner wall attracted to a second side of the metal corner bead for selectively attaching said wall corner protection device to a corner formed by two walls; wherein said first inner wall having a first pair of magnets adhered thereto and said second inner wall having a second pair of magnets adhered thereto; wherein each one of said first pair of magnets adhered proximal to opposing ends of said first inner wall; and further wherein each one of said second pair of magnets adhered proximal to opposing ends of said second inner wall.
13 . The wall corner protection device of claim 12 , wherein said first rectangular planar member having a first length and said second rectangular member having a second length, and further wherein said first length is equal to said second length.
14 . The wall corner protection device of claim 13 , wherein said first length and said second length are from one foot to six feet.
15 . The wall corner protection device of claim 14 , wherein said wall corner protection device having a material selected from the group consisting of a cardboard, a plastic, and a metal.
16 . The wall corner protection device of claim 15 , wherein said first rectangular planar member transverse to said second rectangular planar member.
17 . The wall corner protection device of claim 15 , wherein said first rectangular planar member is perpendicular to said second rectangular planar member.
18 . The wall corner protection device of claim 17 , wherein said first rectangular planar member having a width from 1 inch to 6 inches, and further wherein said second rectangular planar member having a width from 1 inch to 6 inches.
19 . The wall corner protection device of claim 10 , wherein said first rectangular planar member and said second rectangular planar member having a thickness from 0.25 inches to 1.50 inches.
20 . A method of protecting a drywall corner, the method comprising the steps of:
providing a first rectangular planar member having a first inner wall, a second rectangular planar member having a second inner wall, and a common edge connecting said first rectangular planar member and said second rectangular planar member; wherein said first inner wall having a plurality of magnets adhered thereto; wherein said second inner wall having a plurality of magnets adhered thereto; further wherein and first rectangular planar member, said common edge, and said second rectangular planar member forming a 90-degree angle of a wall corner protection device; and placing said plurality of magnets of said first inner wall adjacent to a first side of a metal corner bead; placing said plurality of magnets of said second inner wall adjacent to a second side of the metal corner bead; and selectively attaching said wall corner protection device to a corner formed by two walls.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
