Conductive cloth
Abstract
Provided is a conductive cloth having excellent stretchability and conduction stability. A conductive cloth 1 comprises a woven or knitted fabric including conductive yarns 200 and nonconductive yarns 300 , wherein the conductive yarn 200 is a covering yarn in which a conductive sheath yarn 220 including a metal wire is wrapped around a stretchable core yarn 210 , the nonconductive yarn 300 is a stretchable multifilament yarn, the ratio (D 1 /D 2 ) of the diameter (D 1 ) of the conductive yarn 200 and the diameter (D 2 ) of the nonconductive yarn 300 is 1.0 to 2.6, the ratio (a:b) of the number (a) of the conductive yarns 200 and the number (b) of the nonconductive yarns 300 is 1:2 to 1:40 in at least one of the warp and weft directions of the conductive cloth.

the conductive yarn is a covering yarn in which a conductive sheath yarn including a metal wire is wrapped around a stretchable core yarn, the nonconductive yarn is a stretchable multifilament yarn, the ratio (D 1 /D 2 ) of the diameter (D 1 ) of the conductive yarn and the diameter (D 2 ) of the nonconductive yarn is 1.0 to 2.6, and the ratio (a:b) of the number (a) of the conductive yarns and the number (b) of the nonconductive yarns is 1:2 to 1:40 in at least one of the warp and weft directions of the conductive cloth.
2 . The conductive cloth according to claim 1 , wherein
in the case in which the conductive cloth comprises the woven fabric, the constant load elongation ratio of the conductive cloth as measured in accordance with the elongation ratio (B-method) of JIS L1096 is at least 20% when a load of 5 N is applied to the conductive cloth, and in the case in which the conductive cloth comprises the knitted fabric, the constant load elongation ratio of the conductive cloth as measured in accordance with the elongation ratio (D-method) of JIS L1096 is at least 20% when a load of 5 N is applied to the conductive cloth.
3 . The conductive cloth according to claim 1 , wherein
the core yarn has an elongation at break of at least 70%.
4 . The conductive cloth according to claim 1 , wherein
in the conductive yarn, the conductive sheath yarn is wrapped around the core yarn with 1000 to 3000 turns per meter of the core yarn.
5 . The conductive cloth according to claim 1 , wherein
the conductive cloth has a resistance value change ratio during 40% elongation of at most 30%.
6 . The conductive cloth according to claim 1 , wherein
the conductive cloth has a thickness of at most 0.6 mm.
7 . The conductive cloth according to claim 1 , wherein
a space between each conductive yarn is at most 5 mm.
8 . The conductive cloth according to claim 2 , wherein
the core yarn has an elongation at break of at least 70%.
