What is claimed is:

         1 . A floating cooler device comprising:
 a body comprised of:
 a wheel;
 an interior space;
 a first lid;
 a waterproof storage area comprised of a second lid; and
 a handle.

         2 . The floating cooler device of claim 1 , wherein the body is comprised of a buoyant, insulated body.

         3 . The floating cooler device of claim 1 , wherein the waterproof storage area is comprised of a charging port.

         4 . The floating cooler device of claim 3 , wherein the charging port receives power from a solar panel of the floating cooler device.

         5 . The floating cooler device of claim 1 , wherein the body is comprised of a cupholder.

         6 . The floating cooler device of claim 1 , wherein the handle attaches to the body via a pivot point.

         7 . The floating cooler device of claim 1 , wherein the interior space is comprised of a drainage valve.

         8 . A floating cooler device comprising:
 a body comprised of:
 a wheel;
 an interior space;
 a first lid, the first lid comprised of a locking mechanism;
 a waterproof storage area comprised of a second lid and a charging port, the second lid comprised of a second locking mechanism;
 a solar panel; and
 a handle attached to the body via a pivot point.

         9 . The floating cooler device of claim 8 , wherein the body is comprised of a buoyant material.

         10 . The floating cooler device of claim 9 , wherein the body is comprised of an insulated material.

         11 . The floating cooler device of claim 8 , wherein the interior space is comprised of a drainage valve.

         12 . The floating cooler device of claim 8 , wherein the solar panel is comprised of a waterproof solar panel.

         13 . The floating cooler device of claim 12 , wherein the solar panel provides power to the charging port.

         14 . The floating cooler device of claim 8 , wherein the body is comprised of an attachment point.

         15 . The floating cooler device of claim 8 , wherein the body is comprised of a light.

         16 . The floating cooler device of claim 8 , wherein the handle can rotate at least 90 degrees around the pivot point.

         17 . The floating cooler device of claim 8 , wherein the first lid attaches to the body via a first hinge.

         18 . The floating cooler device of claim 8 , wherein the second lid attaches to the body via a second hinge.

         19 . A method of using a floating cooler device, the method comprising the following steps:
 providing a floating cooler device comprised of a buoyant, insulated body comprised of a wheel, a handle, and interior space with a first lid, a waterproof storage area with a charging port, and a solar panel; filling the interior space with an amount of ice and a food or a beverage; closing the first lid to secure the amount of ice, the food, or the beverage within the interior space; placing an electronic device into the waterproof storage area, attaching the electronic device to the charging port, and closing a second lid of the waterproof storage area; and rotating the handle about a pivot point such that the buoyant, insulated body can be pulled by the handle into a body of water.

         20 . The method of using a floating cooler device of claim 19 further comprised of a step of placing an item in the waterproof storage area.
