Abstract
A scraper holder for a scraping device of a machine for producing or processing a fibrous web has a base plate and a cover plate. The base plate and the cover plate are tiltable relative to one another about an axis of rotation which extends transversely to the machine direction. The cover plate includes a holding device to accommodate a scraper blade. The scraper holder has at least one application tube which is arranged in an interior space of the scraper holder which is delimited by the base plate and the cover plate. One or more cleaning openings are provided in the base plate, in order to allow liquid and/or dirt particles to be removed from the interior space to the outside.

a base plate; a cover plate comprising a holding device configured to accommodate a scraper blade, wherein the base plate and the cover plate are tiltable relative to one another about an axis of rotation which extends transversely to a machine direction; at least one application tube which is arranged in an interior space of the scraper holder and which is delimited by the base plate and the cover plate; and one or more cleaning openings provided in the base plate in order to allow liquid and/or dirt particles to be removed from the interior space to the outside.
2 . The scraper holder of claim 1 , wherein at least some of the one or more cleaning openings are designed as bores and have a diameter of more than 3 mm.
3 . The scraper holder of claim 2 , wherein all of the one or more cleaning openings are designed as bores.
4 . The scraper holder of claim 2 , wherein the one or more cleaning openings have a diameter of more than 5 mm.
5 . The scraper holder of claim 1 , wherein at least some of the one or more cleaning openings are designed as slots, wherein the slots have a width of at least 3 mm and/or a length of at least 10 mm.
6 . The scraper holder of claim 5 , wherein the slots have a width of at least 5 mm and/or a length of at least 15 mm.
7 . The scraper holder of claim 1 , wherein the base plate is designed as a trough.
8 . The scraper holder of claim 7 , wherein at least some of the one or more cleaning openings are arranged in a region of at least one bending radius of the trough.
9 . The scraper holder of claim 8 , wherein all of the one or more cleaning openings are arranged in the region of at least one bending radius of the trough.
10 . The scraper holder of claim 1 , further comprising a flushing device which is designed to apply liquid or gaseous flushing medium to the interior space of the scraper holder.
11 . The scraper holder of claim 10 , wherein the flushing device is designed as a spray tube which is arranged along the axis of rotation.
12 . The scraper holder of claim 10 , further comprising at least one feed for a flushing medium which is arranged on the base plate.
13 . The scraper holder of claim 10 , further comprising a feed for a flushing medium which is arranged on at least one end face of the scraper holder.
14 . The scraper holder of claim 1 , comprising a plurality of scraper holder segments which are arranged adjacent to one another in a longitudinal direction, wherein each of the scraper holder segments includes a base plate segment and a cover plate segment.
15 . The scraper holder of claim 14 , wherein connection of the scraper holder segments to each other occurs at least partially also via a continuous axis of rotation, wherein the axis of rotation is designed as a flushing device.
16 . A scraping device for a machine for producing or processing a fibrous web, the scraping device comprising:
a scraper blade; and a scraper holder comprising:
a base plate;
a cover plate comprising a holding device accommodating the scraper blade, wherein the base plate and the cover plate are tiltable relative to one another about an axis of rotation which extends transversely to a machine direction;
at least one application tube which is arranged in an interior space of the scraper holder and which is delimited by the base plate and the cover plate; and
one or more cleaning openings provided in the base plate in order to allow liquid and/or dirt particles to be removed from the interior space to the outside.
17 . The scraping device of claim 16 , wherein at least some of the one or more cleaning openings are designed as bores and have a diameter of more than 3 mm.
18 . The scraping device of claim 17 , wherein all of the one or more cleaning openings are designed as bores.
19 . The scraping device of claim 17 , wherein the one or more cleaning openings have a diameter of more than 5 mm.
