Abstract
A spinning top toy, including a lower-body assembly, a counterweight component, a rotating shaft assembly and an upper-body assembly, where the counterweight component is disposed on the lower-body assembly, the rotating shaft assembly includes a transmission shaft, the transmission shaft is fixed to the lower-body assembly and penetrates through the lower-body assembly, and the upper-body assembly is rotatable and connected with one end of the transmission shaft that is away from the lower-body assembly. In the present invention, the lower-body assembly is provided with the counterweight component, the counterweight component can be driven to rotate by rolling the lower-body assembly, the counterweight component can release the stored rotational kinetic energy after rotating.

1 . A spinning top toy, comprising:
a lower-body assembly; a counterweight component disposed on the lower-body assembly; a rotating shaft assembly, wherein the rotating shaft assembly comprises a transmission shaft, and the transmission shaft is fixed to the lower-body assembly and penetrates through the lower-body assembly; and an upper-body assembly, wherein the upper-body assembly is rotatable and connected with one end of the transmission shaft that is away from the lower-body assembly.
2 . The spinning top toy according to claim 1 , wherein the rotating shaft assembly further comprises:
rotary bearings, wherein the rotary bearings are connected with one end of the transmission shaft that is away from the lower-body assembly, and the rotary bearings are used for connecting with the rotatable upper-body assembly; and an elastic positioning ring, wherein the elastic positioning ring is elastically clamped with the transmission shaft and abuts against the rotary bearings.
3 . The spinning top toy according to claim 2 , wherein at least two rotary bearings are provided.
4 . The spinning top toy according to claim 2 , wherein the elastic positioning ring comprises:
an elastic cylinder elastically clamped with the transmission shaft; and a plurality of clamping jaws, connected with the elastic cylinder and abutting against the rotary bearings.
5 . The spinning top toy according to claim 4 , wherein the elastic positioning ring further comprises:
first fasteners disposed on an inner wall of the elastic cylinder and used for snap-fit connection with a groove of the transmission shaft; wherein the elastic cylinder is an elliptic elastic cylinder, the elliptic elastic cylinder comprises two opposite short shaft parts and two opposite long shaft parts, and both inner sides of the two opposite short shaft parts are provided with the first fasteners; and the two opposite short shaft parts are opened by pressing the two opposite long shaft parts, such that the first fasteners are in a loosened state, and when the two opposite long shaft parts are loosened, the two opposite short shaft parts approach to each other, enabling the first fasteners to be in a closed state.
6 . The spinning top toy according to claim 5 , wherein four clamping claws are provided, two of which are disposed at the left short shaft part and another two are disposed at the right short shaft part, and all the four clamping claws are arranged to tilt to one side of the transmission shaft.
7 . The spinning top toy according to claim 1 , wherein the upper-body assembly comprises:
a rotating support rotatable and connecting with one end of the transmission shaft that is away from the lower-body assembly; and an upper-body outer part removably connected with the rotating support.
8 . The spinning top toy according to claim 7 , wherein the rotating support comprises:
a hollow column, wherein the hollow column has an inner hexagonal hollow structure, and the inner hexagonal hollow structure is used for connecting with the rotary bearings of the rotating shaft assembly, to implement that the rotating support is connected with the transmission shaft and is rotatable; a connecting tray connected with the hollow column; second fasteners disposed on the connecting tray and used for removably connecting with the upper-body outer part; and a plurality of hollow structures disposed on the hollow column and the connecting tray.
9 . The spinning top toy according to claim 7 , wherein the upper-body outer part comprises:
a torso part removably connected with the rotating support; a doll head removably connected with the torso part; and an arm part removably connected with the torso part.
10 . The spinning top toy according to claim 1 , wherein the lower-body assembly comprises:
a lower-body component, wherein the counterweight component is disposed in the lower-body component, the transmission shaft is fixed to the lower-body component and the counterweight component, and the transmission shaft penetrates through the lower-body component and the counterweight component; the counterweight component comprises a conical counterweight block, the conical counterweight block comprises a cone part, a shaft hole part disposed at a center of the cone part and a circular ring part connected with an outer ring of the cone part, and the circular ring part is used for connecting with the lower-body component; alternatively, the counterweight component comprises a disk-shaped counterweight block, the disk-shaped counterweight block comprises a disk part, a shaft hole part disposed at a center of the disk part and a circular ring part connected with an outer ring of the disk part, and the circular ring part is used for connecting with the lower-body component; a cover plate located above the counterweight component and in fit connection with the lower-body component; a soft rubber ring disposed at one end of the lower-body component that is away from the upper-body assembly; and an outer accessory removably connected on an outer wall of the lower-body component.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
