Abstract

A rolled up footwear device includes a slipper comprising a sole and a vamp and a counter such that the slipper can be worn on a foot of a user. The sole is comprised of a resiliently deformable material thereby facilitating the sole to be rolled up for storage. Each of the vamp and the counter is comprised of a deformable material thereby facilitating each of the vamp and the counter to lie flat against the sole when the sole is rolled up. A cushion is integrated into the sole to support the user's foot when the user wears the slipper. A storage pouch is provided for containing the slipper when the slipper is rolled up to facilitate the user to transport the slipper.

1 . A rolled up footwear device which can be transported in a pouch and unrolled for wearing, said device comprising:
 a slipper comprising a sole and a vamp and a counter wherein said slipper is configured to be worn on a foot of a user having said vamp extending over the user's foot and having said counter extending around the user's heel, said sole being comprised of a resiliently deformable material thereby facilitating said sole to be rolled up for storage, each of said vamp and said counter being comprised of a deformable material thereby facilitating each of said vamp and said counter to lie flat against said sole when said sole is rolled up;   a cushion being integrated into said sole wherein said cushion is configured to support the user's foot when the user wears said slipper, said cushion being comprised of a resiliently compressible material wherein said cushion is configured to enhance comfort for the user; and   a storage pouch for containing said slipper when said slipper is rolled up wherein said storage pouch is configured to facilitate the user to transport said slipper, said storage pouch having an upper end being open into an interior of said storage pouch.   
     
     
         2 . The device according to  claim 1 , wherein;
 said sole has basal panel and a perimeter wall extending upwardly from said basal panel, said perimeter wall defining a cushion space on said sole;   said sole having a toe and a heel;   said vamp has a first lateral edge and a second lateral edge each being coupled to a top edge of a respective one of a first lateral side and a second lateral side of said perimeter wall of said sole such that said vamp forms an arch on said sole when said sole is unrolled;   said vamp has a front edge and a rear edge;   said front edge is spaced from said toe of said sole having said front edge curving upwardly between said first lateral side and said second lateral side of said perimeter wall of said sole to define a toe opening in said vamp; and   said rear edge curves upwardly between said first lateral side and said second lateral side of said perimeter wall of said sole to define a foot opening in said vamp.   
     
     
         3 . The device according to  claim 2 , wherein:
 said counter has a lower edge and an upper edge;   said lower edge is coupled to said top edge of each of said first lateral side and said second lateral side of said perimeter wall of said sole having said lower edge curving around said heel of said sole such that said counter forms a U-shape; and   said counter extends into said foot opening defined in said vamp.   
     
     
         4 . The device according to  claim 3 , wherein:
 said upper edge has a central portion curving between a pair of outward portions;   said central portion is aligned with said heel of said sole;   each of said outward portions is aligned with a respective one of said first lateral side and said second lateral side of said perimeter wall of said sole; and   said central portion slopes downwardly between each of said outward portions and an apex of said curvature of said upper edge wherein said central portion is configured to enhance extending the user's foot into said foot opening in said vamp.

The device according to  claim 2 , wherein said cushion has a bottom surface being bonded to a top surface of said basal panel of said sole, said cushion having a perimeter surface which abuts an inwardly facing surface of said perimeter wall of said sole along an entire perimeter of said inwardly facing surface such that said cushion fills said cushion space defined by said perimeter wall. 
     
     
         6 . The device according to  claim 1 , further comprising a closure being integrated into said storage pouch, said closure extending along a full length of said upper end of said storage pouch, said closure being matable to itself for opening or closing said upper end. 
     
     
         7 . The device according to  claim 1 , further comprising a clasp being attached to said upper end of said storage pouch, said clasp including a gate being pivotally integrated into said clasp, said gate being biased into a closed position such that said clasp forms a closed loop, said gate being urgeable into an open position such that said clasp forms an open loop wherein said clasp is configured to be engaged to an object for suspending said storage pouch from the object. 
     
     
         8 . A rolled up footwear device which can be transported in a pouch and unrolled for wearing, said device comprising:
 a slipper comprising a sole and a vamp and a counter wherein said slipper is configured to be worn on a foot of a user having said vamp extending over the user's foot and having said counter extending around the user's heel, said sole being comprised of a resiliently deformable material thereby facilitating said sole to be rolled up for storage, each of said vamp and said counter being comprised of a deformable material thereby facilitating each of said vamp and said counter to lie flat against said sole when said sole is rolled up, said sole having basal panel and a perimeter wall extending upwardly from said basal panel, said sole having a toe and a heel, said perimeter wall defining a cushion space on said sole, said vamp having a first lateral edge and a second lateral edge each being coupled to a top edge of a respective one of a first lateral side and a second lateral side of said perimeter wall of said sole such that said vamp forms an arch on said sole when said sole is unrolled, said vamp having a front edge and a rear edge, said front edge being spaced from said toe of said sole having said front edge curving upwardly between said first lateral side and said second lateral side of said perimeter wall of said sole to define a toe opening in said vamp, said rear edge curving upwardly between said first lateral side and said second lateral side of said perimeter wall of said sole to define a foot opening in said vamp, said counter having a lower edge and an upper edge, said lower edge being coupled to said top edge of each of said first lateral side and said second lateral side of said perimeter wall of said sole having said lower edge curving around said heel of said sole such that said counter forms a U-shape, said counter extending into said foot opening defined in said vamp, said upper edge having a central portion curving between a pair of outward portions, said central portion being aligned with said heel of said sole, each of said outward portions being aligned with a respective one of said first lateral side and said second lateral side of said perimeter wall of said sole, said central portion sloping downwardly between each of said outward portions and an apex of said curvature of said upper edge wherein said central portion is configured to enhance extending the user's foot into said foot opening in said vamp;   a cushion being integrated into said sole wherein said cushion is configured to support the user's foot when the user wears said slipper, said cushion being comprised of a resiliently compressible material wherein said cushion is configured to enhance comfort for the user, said cushion having a bottom surface being bonded to a top surface of said basal panel of said sole, said cushion having a perimeter surface which abuts an inwardly facing surface of said perimeter wall of said sole along an entire perimeter of said inwardly facing surface such that said cushion fills said cushion space defined by said perimeter wall;   a storage pouch for containing said slipper when said slipper is rolled up wherein said storage pouch is configured to facilitate the user to transport said slipper, said storage pouch having an upper end being open into an interior of said storage pouch;   a closure being integrated into said storage pouch, said closure extending along a full length of said upper end of said storage pouch, said closure being matable to itself for opening or closing said upper end; and   a clasp being attached to said upper end of said storage pouch, said clasp including a gate being pivotally integrated into said clasp, said gate being biased into a closed position such that said clasp forms a closed loop, said gate being urgeable into an open position such that said clasp forms an open loop wherein said clasp is configured to be engaged to an object for suspending said storage pouch from the object.
