Abstract

Embodiments of the disclosure include a breathing guidance method and a related apparatus. Some embodiments include obtaining sensor data. Some embodiments determine an action type of a user based on the sensor data. Some embodiments output a first prompt in response to determining that the action type of the user represents a first action type, where the first prompt is used to prompt the user to perform an inhalation action. Some embodiments output a second prompt in response to determining that the action type of the user represents a second action type, where the second prompt is used to prompt the user to perform an exhalation action, and is different from the second prompt.
