Abstract
A weight-adjustable dumbbell assembly includes a dumbbell, which includes a dumbbell bar assembly and a plurality of dumbbell plates. The dumbbell bar assembly includes a dumbbell bar, and each to two sides of the dumbbell bar is provided with a hanging assembly. Each hanging assembly includes a plurality of locking disks, which are sequentially sleeved outside the dumbbell bar and can rotate synchronously with the dumbbell bar. The dumbbell plates are hung on the locking disks corresponding thereto.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A weight-adjustable dumbbell assembly, comprising:
a dumbbell, comprising a dumbbell bar assembly and a plurality of dumbbell plates, wherein the dumbbell bar assembly comprises a dumbbell bar, wherein each of two sides of the dumbbell bar is arranged with a hanging assembly, and the hanging assembly on each of the two sides is mirror-symmetrical to each other; the hanging assembly comprises a plurality of locking disks sequentially sleeved outside the dumbbell bar and capable of rotating synchronously with the dumbbell bar; a first surface of the locking disk is provided with a first clamping portion and a second clamping portion, and a first opening and a second opening are defined between the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion; the dumbbell plate is defined with an insertion port, and a first surface of the dumbbell plate is provided with a third clamping portion protruding outward; and each locking disk is configured to hang each corresponding dumbbell plate by means of the first clamping portion engaging with the third clamping portion of the dumbbell plate or by means of the second clamping portion engaging with the third clamping portion of the dumbbell plate.
2 . The dumbbell assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the two sides of the dumbbell bar are prismatic upright posts, each locking disk is defined with a prismatic through hole along its axial direction, and each prismatic upright post is engaged with one corresponding prismatic through hole.
3 . The dumbbell assembly according to claim 1 , wherein a middle portion of the dumbbell bar is sleeved with a handle, the handle is defined with a channel along its axial direction, and the dumbbell bar is capable of rotating in the channel along its axial direction.
4 . The dumbbell assembly according to claim 3 , wherein a first surface of the locking disk is evenly divided into a quantity of adjustment partitions along its circumferential direction, the quantity of the adjustment partitions is N, and arc values of the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are both integer multiples of an arc value of one adjustment partition;
in response to the quantity of the locking disks of the hanging assembly being M, the quantity N of the adjustment partitions equals to M*2+2.
5 . The dumbbell assembly according to claim 4 , wherein the arc values of the first clamping portions of the plurality of locking disks of the hanging assembly are all different, and the arc values of the second clamping portions of the plurality of locking disks are all different.
6 . The dumbbell assembly according to claim 5 , wherein the first clamping portion includes a first end and a second end along a circumferential direction of the locking disk, and the second clamping portion includes a first end and a second end;
the arc value from the first end of the first clamping portion to the first end of the second clamping portion is 180 degrees.
7 . The dumbbell assembly according to claim 6 , wherein
the arc values of the first clamping portions of the plurality of locking disks of the hanging assembly are successively increased or decreased by the arc value of one adjustment partition; or/and the arc values of the second clamping portions of the plurality of locking disks are successively decreased or increased by the arc value of one adjustment partition.
8 . The dumbbell assembly according to claim 1 , wherein at least one side of the dumbbell plate is provided with a weight plate.
9 . The dumbbell assembly according to claim 3 , each of the two sides of the dumbbell bar is arranged with an adjustment disk and each adjustment disk rotates synchronously with the dumbbell bar.
10 . The dumbbell assembly according to claim 4 , wherein each of two sides of the handle is fixedly sleeved with a baffle, a dividing disk is arranged between the baffle and the hanging assembly, and the dividing disk is sleeved on the dumbbell bar and rotates synchronously with the dumbbell bar;
the dividing disk is defined with a plurality of guide grooves evenly distributed along its circumference, and the quantity of the guide grooves is the same as that of the adjustment partitions; a first side of the baffle close to the dividing disk is provided with at least one guide member, and the guide member is capable of being inserted into the guide groove opposite thereto under a force of an elastic member; and the guide member is configured to guide the dividing disk to rotate by the arc value of an adjustment partition from a starting position, or to rotate back to the starting position.
11 . The dumbbell assembly according to claim 10 , wherein a top plate is fixedly installed on a top of the baffle, and the top plate is configured to limit relative rotation of the dumbbell plate and the baffle.
12 . The dumbbell assembly according to claim 10 , wherein the dumbbell plates on the two sides of the dumbbell bar assembly are mirror-symmetrical, and the plurality of dumbbell plates include dumbbell plates of at least two weights.
13 . The dumbbell assembly according to claim 10 , wherein the dividing plate is defined with a plurality of locking grooves evenly distributed along its circumference, and the quantity of the locking grooves is the same as that the adjustment partitions;
a stopper is provided on the first side of the baffle, and the stopper is capable of being inserted into the locking groove opposite thereto under a force of the elastic member, and the stopper is capable of being selectively driven to disengage from the locking groove opposite thereto; the stopper is configured to limit relative rotation between the dividing plate and the baffle in response to the stopper being inserted into the locking groove.
14 . The dumbbell assembly according to claim 13 , wherein the locking groove is recessed outward along a radial direction of the dividing plate;
the baffle is defined with a first slide groove, the first slide groove is provided along the radial direction of the dividing plate, a first end of the first slide groove is close to the dumbbell bar, and the stopper is placed in the first slide groove and is capable of reciprocating along a longitudinal direction of the first slide groove; a second spring is provided in the first slide groove, a first end of the second spring abuts against the first end of the first slide groove, and a second end of the second spring abuts against a first end of the stopper; a pressing portion is provided on a second end of the stopper, and a locking block matching the locking groove is provided between the first end of the stopper and the pressing portion; in response to a pressing force being applied on the pressing portion, the pressing portion drives the stopper to move inward to allow the locking block to be disengaged from the locking groove; in response to the pressing force being removed, the stopper moves outward under a force of the second spring to allow the locking block to be inserted into the locking groove.
15 . The dumbbell assembly according to claim 14 , wherein the dumbbell assembly also comprises a tray for placing the dumbbell;
