Abstract
The present invention relates to a shoe comprising an upper and a sole, wherein a pouch containing the GPS module for transmitting a current position signal is provided on the upper, which is detachable. The pouch containing the GPS module is provided with an attachment means which enables it to attach with the upper of the sole. According to the present invention, by proposing a shoe in which a pouch containing the GPS module is mounted on upper of the shoe and can be replaced easily and placed on other shoes. Children or the elderly do not have to worry about losing the GPS module and safer and more accurate tracking of the location of the child, the elderly, or a patient with dementia is possible.

1 . A GPS module attachable to the upper of a shoe, the module comprising:
an attachable, non-sticky pad provided with an attachment means configured to attached with the shoe upper; a GPS tracker embodied in the pad for tracking of the shoe; a microprocessor chip configured to communicate with GPS tracker and a terminal; a battery connected to the GPS tracker and microprocessor to supply power.
2 . The GPS module as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the pad is made from cloth, canvas, leather, synthetic leather, rexine or a combination thereof.
3 . The GPS module as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the attachment means comprising at least one hole on each side of the pad for engagement with the shoe laces.
4 . The GPS module as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the attachment means is a zipper provided on the side of the pad.
5 . The GPS module as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the attachment means is a Velcro zipper provided on the side of the pad.
6 . The GPS Module as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the GPS chip is coupled to and/or communicates with one or more processors for navigation and relaying information to the terminal.
7 . A shoe comprising:
an upper portion configured to provide covering to a top of a user's foot; a sole portion coupled to the top portion; a pouch containing the GPS module attachable to the upper portion of the shoe through the shoe lace holes.
8 . The shoe as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the pouch containing the GPS module comprises number of holes equal to or less than the number of holes in the shoe.
9 . The shoe as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the pouch containing the GPS module is attached in between the shoe lace holes and tongue of the shoe.
10 . The shoe as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the pouch containing the GPS module is attached on upper side of shoe lace holes.
11 . A shoe comprising:
an upper portion configured to provide covering to a top of a user's foot; a sole portion coupled to the top portion; a pouch containing the GPS module attachable to the upper portion of the shoe tongue using Velcro zipper.
12 . The shoe as claimed in claim 10 , wherein the pouch containing the GPS module is attached in entire length of the shoe tongue.
