Multi-functional anytimewear product and system

Abstract

A geometric holder with a deployable, multifunctional anytimewear product with capability that may be configured into a variety of utilitarian or product arrangements. Features include open side seams and an accessible back panel which may be useful in a medical environment; by way of example and not limitation, it is useful for taking vitals, CAT scans, breastfeeding or conducting medical procedures on the wearer. The invention may be modified for various use, for example, it may be a stretch of material that may cover the entirety of one's body or a quarter of one's body, a camping or beach changing product, a sleeved product with an attached head covering, receptacles, neck support, foot pouch, storage, and an all over dynamic multi-functional product for warmth, utility, and convenience.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A multifunctional garment, comprising:
 a piece of insulated fabric with a plurality of layers sized for draping upon a user wherein said piece of insulated is formed with left and right armholes;   latching mechanisms associated with each of said armholes for providing deployable sleeves configured for transitioning said piece of insulated fabric from a garment with sleeves into a poncho, wherein said poncho has open access compartments, a hood, and both front and back panels each configured with distal side openings, and a kangaroo pocket.   
     
     
         2 . The garment according to  claim 1  wherein said kangaroo pocket is configured to carry objects. 
     
     
         3 . The garment according to  claim 1  wherein said kangaroo pocket is configured to carry extra padding for use by said user. 
     
     
         4 . The garment according to  claim 1  wherein said kangaroo pocket is sized and configured for storing said multifunctional garment. 
     
     
         5 . The garment according to  claim 4  wherein said kangaroo pocket is formed into a geometric holder for containing items. 
     
     
         6 . The garment according to  claim 5  wherein said items includes multifunctional garment. 
     
     
         7 . The garment according to  claim 5  wherein said geometric holder is configurable into a neck pillow by insertion into a cocoon hood. 
     
     
         8 . The garment according to  claim 1 , wherein said deployable sleeves are inverted to configure said sleeved garment into said poncho. 
     
     
         9 . The garment according to  claim 8  wherein said deployable sleeves are inverted to configure said sleeved garment into a plurality of other garment types. 
     
     
         10 . The garment according to  claim 1  wherein said latching mechanisms consists of snaps that attach to one another. 
     
     
         11 . The garment according to  claim 1  wherein a geometric case may be secured within a geometric holder for use as a hand or foot warmer. 
     
     
         12 . The garment according to  claim 1 , wherein said multifunctional garment and said piece of fabric may be conjoined to create a continuous panel of fabric that acts as a blanket. 
     
     
         13 . The garment according to  claim 1 , wherein the distal side openings further comprise snaps that enable open, closed, and expanded configurations, and may feature an additional chest panel. 
     
     
         14 . A carabiner disposed upon a multifunctional garment, comprising:
 a carabiner loop that links a plurality of loop locations upon said multifunctional garment by use of said carabiner with loop points located on the center front hem of said garment, center back neck of said garment, right and left inside neckline on a shoulder seam of said garment, outside said garment, inside a geometric case on the bottom seam of said garment, and inside a kangaroo pocket of said garment, utilizing a mechanism for attachment;   wherein said mechanism for attachment is configurable to enable said garment to form alternatively, either a single stretch of material with full-body coverage, half-body coverage with a double stretch of material, a shoulder wrap, a hand warmer, a wearable stretch of material with a head covering attached sewn hand receptacles, or a changing robe, and;   an expanding stretch of fabric as a blanket, foldable into thirds.   
     
     
         15 . The garment according to  claim 14 , wherein said loop system utilizes a shock cord or bungee mechanism to retain articles. 
     
     
         16 . The garment according to  claim 15 , wherein said loop system enables a user to secure said geometric case to said loop locations. 
     
     
         17 . The garment according to  claim 14 , wherein said carabiners are linked to said carabiner mechanism, by way of loop points. 
     
     
         18 . The garment according to  claim 14 , wherein said carabiner may be interlocked with said carabiner or loop point on an additional multifunctional anytimewear garment to create a large expanse of fabric. 
     
     
         19 . The garment according to  claim 14 , wherein a side neck roll may also be configured by attaching said carabiner mechanism to said carabiner loop mechanisms located within the neckline's diagonal seam and affixing it with said shock cord and wherein said loop points utilize the carabiner mechanism and attach on to suitcases, travel cases, handbags, or luggage systems. 
     
     
         20 . A method for wearing and utilizing a configurable multifunctional anytimewear product and garment, comprising:
 an insulating piece of fabric with utility compartments and a kangaroo pocket for storing items, and insulated layers for providing a user warmth, configured into various embodiments wherein,   looping points in a plurality of locations on said multifunctional anytimewear product and garment;   with said looping points utilizing a latching mechanism to help affix a carabiner to a plurality of said looping point locations;   with said looping point locations enabling said multifunctional anytimewear product and garment to be configured in different embodiments,   with configurations including single stretch of material with full-body coverage, half-body coverage with a double stretch of material, a shoulder wrap, hand warmer, a wearable stretch of material with a head covering attached, cocoon hood, sewn hand receptacles, a changing robe, and an extensive, expanding stretch of fabric as a blanket; and,   feature a geometric holder and case for said multifunctional anytimewear product and garment and items to be stored.
