Abstract

[Summary][Problem] To provide an attachment structure with which a heat insulating material is easily and simply attached to a construction on the ground.[Means of overcoming the problem] An attachment structure for a heat insulating material 10 installed on a foundation F having a building fixed on an upper portion thereof comprises a wall plate 15 which maintains the heat insulating material in a state of being in proximity to and facing an outside surface Fs, rising from ground E, of the foundation, and an attaching device 20 which positions and retains the wall plate in such a way as to be capable of sliding in a direction parallel to the foundation, wherein: the wall plate is formed as a structure that is positioned on a rear surface side of the heat insulating material with respect to the foundation, and that maintains the facing state of the heat insulating material by sandwiching the same against the outside surface of the foundation; the attaching device includes an upper retaining portion 21 which retains an upper portion of the wall plate on an upper portion of the foundation in a non-detachable manner, and a lower retaining portion 23 which retains a lower portion of the wall plate on the outside surface of the foundation so as to be non-detachable in a separating direction; the lower retaining portion is formed as a receiving structure which receives the lower portion of the wall plate in a placed state; and the upper retaining portion is formed as a structure which faces a rear surface side, with respect to the heat insulating material, of the upper portion of the wall plate, and which restricts movement of the upper portion of the wall plate in the separating direction.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An attachment structure for a heat insulating material installed on a foundation having a building frame of a building fixed on an upper portion thereof in a placed state, wherein:
 the attachment structure comprises a maintaining member which maintains the heat insulating material in a state of being in proximity to and facing a wall surface of the foundation that rises from the ground, and a retaining member which positions and retains the maintaining member with respect to the foundation; the maintaining member comprises a structure that is positioned on a rear surface side of the heat insulating material with respect to the foundation, and that maintains the facing state of the heat insulating material by sandwiching the same against the wall surface of the foundation; the retaining member comprises an upper retaining portion which retains an upper portion of the maintaining member so as to be capable of sliding in a direction parallel to the wall surface of the foundation and so as to be non-detachable in a separating direction, and a lower retaining portion which retains a lower portion of the maintaining member so as to be capable of sliding in a direction parallel to the wall surface of the foundation and so as to be non-detachable in the separating direction; the lower retaining portion of the retaining member is formed as a receiving structure which receives the lower portion of the maintaining member in a placed state; and the upper retaining portion of the retaining member is formed as a structure which faces a rear surface side, with respect to the heat insulating material, of the upper portion of the maintaining member, and which restricts movement of the upper portion of the maintaining member in the separating direction.

         2 . The attachment structure for a heat insulating material, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein, in the retaining member, a separation gap between a lower edge portion of the upper retaining portion and an upper edge portion of the lower retaining portion on a rear surface side thereof with respect to the heat insulating material is formed to be less than a width, in a height direction, of the maintaining member, and the upper retaining portion is formed to have a structure that allows upward movement of the maintaining member retained by the lower retaining portion.

         3 . The attachment structure for a heat insulating material, as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein: the heat insulating material is divided into a plurality of parts that are stacked in the height direction, and a lower part is fixed to the wall surface of the foundation in a state of closer face-to-face contact than an uppermost part;
 the upper retaining portion of the retaining member is fixed to an upper portion of the foundation; and the lower retaining portion of the retaining member is fixed to the fixed lower part of the heat insulating material.

         4 . The attachment structure for a heat insulating material, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein one or both of the upper retaining portion and the lower retaining portion of the retaining member are divided into a plurality of components which retain a plurality of locations, in a lateral direction, of the maintaining member.

         5 . The attachment structure for a heat insulating material, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein: the lower retaining portion of the retaining member comprises a fixed portion which is directly or indirectly positioned on and fixed to the foundation side, a receiving portion which is positioned lower than the fixed portion, and which receives, positions and retains the lower portion of the maintaining member, and an extended portion which extends between the fixed portion and the receiving portion, and which allows the receiving portion to be suspended from and supported by the fixed portion; and
 the extended portion includes an upper extended portion which extends from the fixed portion side, a lower extended portion which extends from the receiving portion side, and a linking portion which links the upper extended portion and the lwer extended portion together, and which adjusts a separation gap between the fixed portion and the receiving portion by changing the linking location.

         6 . The attachment structure for a heat insulating material, as claimed in claim 5 , wherein a plurality of the linking portions are arranged in such a way that the linking location of the upper extended portion and the lower extended portion can be changed.

         7 . The attachment structure for a heat insulating material, as claimed in  claim 5 , wherein: the linking portion comprises a catching hole formed in one of the upper extended portion and the lower extended portion, and a catching member formed in the other of the upper extended portion and the lower extended portion;
 the catching hole is formed in the shape of an elongated hole extending in the vertical direction; the catching member is formed in an elongate shape which has a shape similar to that of the catching member, and which is narrower than a lateral direction width of the catching hole and shorter than a longitudinal direction length thereof; and the catching member is fitted into the catching hole in such a way as to match the same, and is then rotated relative thereto, thereby becoming linked in such a way as not to be capable of being pulled out, and in such a way as to be capable of moving relatively along the catching hole.
