Paper feeding tray
Abstract
A paper feeding tray includes a base body, two through holes, two paper guiding elements pivotally disposed in the two through holes, and two elastic elements. The two through holes penetrate through the base body along an up-down direction. An inner portion of a shaft hole of a front inner wall of each through hole extends inward and then expands transversely to form an eccentric hole. Two sides of an inner portion of a shaft which is protruded from a front surface of each paper guiding element transversely extend oppositely to form an eccentric element. The two eccentric elements of the two paper guiding elements are rotatably accommodated in the two eccentric holes of the two through holes. The two elastic elements abut against the two eccentric elements.

1 . A paper feeding tray, comprising:
a base body disposed for loading papers which are to be fed, the base body having an upper body, and a lower body mounted under the upper body; two through holes penetrating through a top surface and a bottom surface of the base body along an up-down direction, the two through holes being symmetrical with respect to a middle of the base body, a front surface of a middle of a front inner wall and a front surface of a middle of a rear inner wall of each through hole being recessed rearward to form two shaft holes penetrating through a bottom surface of the upper body, an inner portion of the shaft hole of the front inner wall of each through hole extending inward and then expanding transversely to form an eccentric hole; two paper guiding elements pivotally disposed in the two through holes, the two paper guiding elements being mounted between the upper body and the lower body, a middle of a front surface and a middle of a rear surface of each paper guiding element protruding oppositely to form two shafts along a longitudinal direction, the front surface and the rear surface of each paper guiding element being longer than two outer surfaces of each paper guiding element, two sides of an inner portion of the shaft which is protruded from the front surface of each paper guiding element transversely extending oppositely to form an eccentric element, the eccentric element and the shaft which is protruded from the front surface of each paper guiding element being coaxial, the two shafts being accommodated in the two shaft holes to fasten the two paper guiding elements in the two through holes, and the two paper guiding elements rotating around the two shafts, the two eccentric elements of the two paper guiding elements being rotatably accommodated in the two eccentric holes of the two through holes, so the two paper guiding elements being rotatably disposed in the two through holes; and two elastic elements, a middle of each elastic element being disposed under one eccentric hole, each elastic element being connected with an opening end of the one eccentric hole, and each elastic element sealing the one eccentric hole, the two eccentric elements of the two paper guiding elements being fastened in the two eccentric holes of the two through holes by the two elastic elements, two middles of the two elastic elements abutting against the two eccentric elements.
2 . The paper feeding tray as claimed in claim 1 , wherein two cross sections of the two eccentric elements are disposed as two elongated strap shapes, two outer contour surfaces of the two eccentric elements of the two paper guiding elements are two smooth curved surfaces.
3 . The paper feeding tray as claimed in claim 1 , wherein two top surfaces of two outer side walls of the two through holes are recessed downward to form two avoiding grooves.
4 . The paper feeding tray as claimed in claim 3 , wherein two inner surfaces of two outer side walls of the two avoiding grooves slantwise extending downward and inward to form two inclining surfaces.
5 . The paper feeding tray as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each paper guiding element has an I-shape cross section along the longitudinal direction.
6 . The paper feeding tray as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising a folding tray, the base body being pivotally connected to the folding tray, and the base body being combined with the folding tray.
7 . The paper feeding tray as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the folding tray has two sliding rails arranged in two sides of a top of the folding tray, and the two sliding rails are symmetrical with respect to a middle of the folding tray, the paper feeding tray further includes two slidable paper blocking elements slidable disposed on the two sliding rails.

The paper feeding tray as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a front and a rear of a top surface of each paper guiding element slantwise extend downward and outward to form two guiding bevels, a front and a rear of a bottom surface of each paper guiding element slantwise extends downward and outward to form the other two guiding bevels, the guiding bevels of the two paper guiding elements are disposed at a front end of the base body.
9 . The paper feeding tray as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each elastic element is an elastic strap, two sides of each elastic strap are fixed to two sidewalls of the one eccentric hole, two middles of the two elastic straps contact with the two eccentric elements.

The paper feeding tray as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a top surface and a bottom surface of the eccentric element of each paper guiding element are wider than two side surfaces of the eccentric element of each paper guiding element, and the two side surfaces of the eccentric element of each paper guiding element are convex, so each paper guiding element is driven by one elastic element to return to an original position by rotating a smaller angle.
11 . The paper feeding tray as claimed in claim 1 , wherein when each paper guiding element is unused, each paper guiding element is located at an original position, and each paper guiding element is received in one through hole of the base body to form a plane.
12 . The paper feeding tray as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each paper guiding element is formed in a rectangular bar shape.
13 . The paper feeding tray as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the eccentric element is a rectangular board shape.
14 . The paper feeding tray as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the two eccentric elements of the two paper guiding elements are formed between two front surfaces of the two paper guiding elements and the two shafts which are protruded from the two front surfaces of the two paper guiding elements.
15 . The paper feeding tray as claimed in claim 1 , wherein two rear ends of two sides of the eccentric hole of each through hole transversely extend oppositely, then extend outward, and further extend towards two outer surfaces of two side walls of the shaft hole which is connected to a middle of an outer portion of the eccentric hole to form two lying U-shaped restricting grooves, two inner side walls of the two restricting grooves extend downward to form two limiting walls, the two limiting walls are located to two sides of a rear end of the eccentric hole, two sides of each elastic element are restricted in the two restricting grooves, the two limiting walls limit the two elastic elements in the two restricting grooves.
16 . The paper feeding tray as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each paper guiding element rotates in a clockwise direction or an anticlockwise direction, a rotating angle of each paper guiding element is ranged from zero degree to three hundred and sixty degrees.
17 . The paper feeding tray as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the two outer surfaces, two sides of the front surface and two sides of the rear surface of each paper guiding element are recessed inward to form two lacking grooves.
18 . A paper feeding tray, comprising:
a base body, two sides of the base body having two through holes penetrating through a top surface and a bottom surface of the base body along an up-down direction, a front inner wall and a rear inner wall of each through hole being recessed to form two shaft holes, an inner portion of at least one of the two shaft holes extending inward and then expanding transversely to form an eccentric hole; two paper guiding elements pivotally disposed in the two through holes, the two paper guiding elements being mounted in the base body, a front surface and a rear surface of each paper guiding element protruding oppositely to form two shafts, a peripheral portion of at least one of the two shafts extending to form an eccentric element, the two shafts being accommodated in the two shaft holes, and the two paper guiding elements rotating around the two shafts, the two eccentric elements of the two paper guiding elements being rotatably accommodated in the two eccentric holes of the two through holes; and two elastic elements, a middle of each elastic element being disposed under one eccentric hole, each elastic element being connected with an opening end of the one eccentric hole, and each elastic element sealing the one eccentric hole, two middles of the two elastic elements abutting against the two eccentric elements, a top surface and a bottom surface of the eccentric element being wider than two side surfaces of the eccentric element, and the two side surfaces of the eccentric element being convex, so each paper guiding element being driven by one elastic element to return to an original position.
19 . A paper feeding tray, comprising:
a base body disposed for loading papers which are to be fed, the base body having an upper body, and a lower body mounted under the upper body, two sides of the base body having two through holes penetrating through a top surface and a bottom surface of the base body along an up-down direction, a front surface of a middle of a front inner wall and a front surface of a middle of a rear inner wall of each through hole being recessed rearward to form two shaft holes penetrating through a bottom surface of the upper body, an inner portion of the shaft hole of the front inner wall of each through hole extending inward and then expanding transversely to form an eccentric hole; two paper guiding elements pivotally disposed in the two through holes for guiding the papers, the two paper guiding elements being mounted between the upper body and the lower body, a middle of a front surface and a middle of a rear surface of each paper guiding element protruding oppositely to form two shafts along a longitudinal direction, the front surface and the rear surface of each paper guiding element being longer than two outer surfaces of each paper guiding element, two sides of an inner portion of the shaft which is protruded from the front surface of each paper guiding element transversely extending oppositely to form an eccentric element, the two shafts being accommodated in the two shaft holes, and the two paper guiding elements rotating around the two shafts, the two eccentric elements of the two paper guiding elements being rotatably accommodated in the two eccentric holes of the two through holes; two elastic elements for elastically limiting the two paper guiding elements to press the papers, a middle of each elastic element being disposed under one eccentric hole, each elastic element being connected with an opening end of the one eccentric hole, and each elastic element sealing the one eccentric hole, two middles of the two elastic elements abutting against the two eccentric elements, a top surface and a bottom surface of the eccentric element being wider than two side surfaces of the eccentric element, and the two side surfaces of the eccentric element being convex, so each paper guiding element being driven by one elastic element to return to an original position by rotating a smaller angle; and a folding tray for receiving the papers, the base body being pivotally connected to the folding tray, the folding tray and the base body being foldable, the folding tray including an upper tray, a lower tray disposed under the upper tray, and two slidable paper blocking elements, the upper tray having two sliding rails, each sliding rail having two sliding boards which are separated from each other to form a sliding groove between the two sliding boards, an interval being formed between a lower surface of the upper tray and an upper surface of the lower tray, the two paper blocking elements being slidably disposed on the two sliding rails, each paper blocking element including a base frame, and a lateral clamping board mounted to an outer side of the base frame, the lateral clamping board being folded to the base frame, or the lateral clamping board being unfolded from the base frame, a middle of a bottom surface of the base frame being connected with a sliding block protruded downward, when the two paper blocking elements transversely slide, the two sliding blocks of the two paper blocking elements sliding in the two sliding grooves of the two sliding rails, and the two sliding blocks projecting into the interval.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
