Abstract

An assembled bed frame structure includes a bed frame having a supporting rod and a lateral rod, a beam rod, and a longitudinal rod. Each end of the supporting rod is disposed with a fixed seat, and the bed leg is rotatably connected to the fixed seat. The fixed seat comprises an insertion opening, the fixed seat is disposed with a locking member, and the bed leg is disposed with a first locking component and a second locking component. When the bed leg is rotated to a support state, the first locking component and the locking member are locked to each other so that the bed leg is locked in the support state. In the support state, the second locking component enables an insertion end of the lateral rod to be locked in the insertion opening.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An assembled bed frame structure, comprising:
 a bed frame having a supporting rod and a lateral rod,   a beam rod used as an inner supporting member, and   a longitudinal rod defining a bed support surface, wherein:
 the supporting rod and the beam rod are fixedly connected to each other by an inserting connection or a buckling connection, 
 the beam rod and the longitudinal rod are fixedly connected to each other by an inserting connection or a buckling connection, 
 the lateral rod and the longitudinal rod are fixedly connected to each other by an inserting connection or a buckling connection, 
 the supporting rod defines a foldable structure at a middle hinge, 
 the middle hinge is disposed with a supporting leg, 
 ends of the supporting rod are each disposed with a bed leg for support, 
 the ends of the supporting rod are each disposed with a fixed seat, 
 the bed leg is rotatably connected to the fixed seat, 
 the fixed seat comprises an insertion opening, which is configured for a connection with the lateral rod, 
 the fixed seat is disposed with a locking member, 
 the bed leg is disposed with a first locking component and a second locking component, 
 when the bed leg is rotated to a support state, the first locking component and the locking member are locked to each other so that the bed leg is locked in the support state, and 
 in the support state, the second locking component enables an insertion end of the lateral rod to be locked in the insertion opening. 
   
     
     
         2 . The assembled bed frame structure according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 a joint between the bed leg and the fixed seat is disposed with a rotating seat,   the rotating seat is pivotally connected to the fixed seat,   the first locking component is disposed on a first side of the rotating seat connected to the fixed seat, and   the second locking component is disposed on a second side of the rotating seat connected to the bed leg.   
     
     
         3 . The assembled bed frame structure according to  claim 2 , wherein:
 the locking member comprises a locking core disposed in the fixed seat and an unlocking member,   the first locking component is a locking hole located on the rotating seat,   the locking core has a first amount of deformation, and   the first amount of deformation enables the locking core to be locked to or unlocked from the locking hole.   
     
     
         4 . The assembled bed frame structure according to  claim 3 , wherein:
 the unlocking member is a button,   the button is disposed on an outside of the fixed seat opposite to the locking core,   when the rotating seat is rotated to enable the locking hole to correspond to the locking core for popping out, the locking core pops out to be locked to the locking hole, and   the locking core is configured to be retracted through the button to be separated from the locking hole.   
     
     
         5 . The assembled bed frame structure according to  claim 4 , wherein:
 an inside of the fixed seat comprises a gap,   the first side of the rotating seat connected to the fixed seat is disposed in the gap and has a first amount of rotation in the gap,   the outside of the fixed seat corresponding to the locking core comprises a position-providing hole in communication with the gap,   the position-providing hole is used to provide a space for receiving the button upon being pressed,   in the support state, the locking core, the locking hole, and the position-providing hole are coaxially arranged, and   the locking core is configured to penetrate through the locking hole and the position-providing hole to abut the button.   
     
     
         6 . The assembled bed frame structure according to  claim 2 , wherein:
 the second locking component is disposed on an end surface of the rotating seat,   when the rotating seat is rotated to the support state, the end surface of the rotating seat is connected to the fixed seat to be configured to abut the supporting rod,   the second locking component is one or more protrusions with a first inclination angle,   the insertion end of the lateral rod comprises one or more grooves,   the one or more grooves are located on a lower side of the insertion end,   the one or more grooves are matched with a position of the one or more protrusions when the rotating seat is in the support state, and   after the insertion end of the lateral rod is disposed in the insertion opening, the bed leg is configured to be rotated to enable the one or more protrusions to be disposed in the one or more grooves, so that the lateral rod is locked to the supporting rod.   
     
     
         7 . The assembled bed frame structure according to  claim 6 , wherein:
 the insertion end of the lateral rod is disposed with two position-limiting members, and   the two position-limiting members respectively abut two end surfaces of the fixed seat to inhibit movement of the lateral rod frontward and rearward.   
     
     
         8 . The assembled bed frame structure according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 a connection structure between the supporting rod and the beam rod comprises a slot located on a rod body of the supporting rod and a buckle sheet located on an end portion of the beam rod, and   the slot and the buckle sheet define a snap connection.   
     
     
         9 . The assembled bed frame structure according to  claim 8 , wherein:
 a buckle width of the slot is in a trapezoidal shape along an insertion direction, and   the buckle sheet is gradually clamped with the slot along the insertion direction.   
     
     
         10 . The assembled bed frame structure according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 a connection structure between the beam rod and the longitudinal rod comprises a buckle opening with an elastic clamping member located on a rod body of the beam rod and a buckle portion having a clamping hole located on an end portion of the longitudinal rod, and   the buckle portion is inserted into the buckle opening along an insertion direction to define a snap connection with the elastic clamping member.   
     
     
         11 . The assembled bed frame structure according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 a connection structure between the lateral rod and the longitudinal rod comprises a buckle opening with an elastic clamping member located on a rod body of the lateral rod and a buckle portion having a clamping hole located on an end portion of the longitudinal rod, and   the buckle portion is inserted into the buckle opening along an insertion direction to define a snap connection with the elastic clamping member.
