Abstract
The present invention relates to an atomizing core with a double heating structure and an aerosol generating device, which includes a first atomizing core, a second atomizing core and a connecting part. The first atomizing core and the second atomizing core are used for atomizing aerosol generating matrix. A first end of the connecting part is connected with the first atomizing core in a plugging manner, a second end of the connecting part is connected with the second atomizing core in a plugging manner, and the second atomizing core is connected with the first atomizing core through the connecting part. The aerosol formed by atomizing the aerosol generating matrix has high concentration, good taste and stable aerosol discharge. In addition, the aerosol generating device is easy to assemble and the production efficiency is high.

1 . An atomizing core with a double heating structure, wherein the atomizing core comprises a first atomizing core, a second atomizing core
and a connecting part, wherein the first atomizing core and the second atomizing core are used for atomizing aerosol generating matrix; a first end of the connecting part is connected with the first atomizing core in a plugging manner, a second end of the connecting part is connected with the second atomizing core in a plugging manner, and the second atomizing core is connected with the first atomizing core through the connecting part.
2 . The atomizing core with a double heating structure according to claim 1 , wherein the first end of the connecting part is detachably connected with the first atomizing core, and the second end of the connecting part is detachably connected with the second atomizing core.

The atomizing core with a double heating structure according to claim 1 , wherein the first atomizing core comprises a first outer sleeve and a first liquid guide part, a first end of the first outer sleeve is provided with a first liquid guide notch, the first liquid guide part is installed in the first outer sleeve and extends from the first liquid guide notch;
the second atomizing core comprises a second outer sleeve and a second liquid guide part, the second outer sleeve is inter-connected with the first outer sleeve, a first end of the second outer sleeve is provided with a second liquid guide notch, the second liquid guide part is installed in the second outer sleeve and extends from the second liquid guide notch; the first end of the connecting part is connected with a second end of the first outer sleeve in a plugging manner, and the second end of the connecting part is connected with the first end of the second outer sleeve in a plugging manner.
4 . The atomizing core with a double heating structure according to claim 3 , wherein an orientation of the first liquid guide notch is different from that of the second liquid guide notch.
5 . The atomizing core with a double heating structure according to claim 4 , wherein the first outer sleeve is coaxially arranged with the second outer sleeve, and the orientation of the first liquid guide notch is opposite to that of the second liquid guide notch.
6 . The atomizing core with a double heating structure according to claim 3 , wherein an outer peripheral surface of the connecting part is provided with a positioning protruding part, which extends into the second liquid guide notch.
7 . The atomizing core with a double heating structure according to claim 3 , wherein the first end of the connecting part is inserted in the second end of the first outer sleeve, and the second end of the connecting part is inserted into the first end of the second outer sleeve; and a position limiting part is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the connecting part, and the position limiting part is located between the first outer sleeve and the second outer sleeve.
8 . The atomizing core with a double heating structure according to claim 3 , wherein the first atomizing core further comprises a first electric heating element and a first wire, and the first electric heating element is located in the first outer sleeve and is in contact with the first liquid guide part; the first wire is connected with the first electric heating element, and the first wire extends outside the atomizing core with a double heating structure from a position between the first outer sleeve and the connecting part or extends outside the atomizing core with a double heating structure from a space formed by the second end of the first outer sleeve and the second liquid guide notch.
9 . The atomizing core with a double heating structure according to claim 8 , wherein the second end of the connecting part is provided with an avoidance notch, the avoidance notch corresponds to a position of the second liquid guide notch, and the first wire extends from the avoidance notch.
10 . The atomizing core with a double heating structure according to claim 3 , wherein the connecting part is an elastic tube, and a first end of the elastic tube is detachably connected with the first outer sleeve in a sleeving manner, and a second end of the elastic tube is detachably connected with the second outer sleeve in a sleeving manner.

The atomizing core with a double heating structure according to claim 10 , wherein the second end of the first outer sleeve is sleeved on the first end of the elastic tube; an outer peripheral surface of the first end of the elastic tube is provided with a plurality of annular protruding parts arranged at an interval, and the annular protruding parts are elastically abutted against with an inner wall of the first outer sleeve.
12 . The atomizing core with a double heating structure according to claim 10 , wherein the elastic tube comprises a silicone tube or a glass fiber tube.
13 . The atomizing core with a double heating structure according to claim 3 , wherein the second end of the connecting part is abutted against the second liquid guide part.
14 . The atomizing core with a double heating structure according to claim 1 , wherein the first end of the connecting part is arranged on an opposite side of the second end of the connecting part, the connecting part is provided with a vent hole, and the second atomizing core is connected with the first atomizing core through the vent hole.
15 . An aerosol generating device, wherein the aerosol generating device comprises a shell and an atomizing core with a double heating structure, a liquid storage chamber for storing aerosol generating matrix is provided in the shell; the atomizing core with a double heating structure is located in the liquid storage chamber for atomizing the aerosol generating matrix in the liquid storage chamber, and the atomizing core with a double heating structure is the atomizing core with a double heating structure according to claim 1 .Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
