An exercising device and extensions thereof
Abstract
Disclosed herein is a multi-purpose, wearable and portable exercising device for performing various workout activities. The device may be worn on the user's body, which enables the user to do numerous exercises and to conduct training for exercises even while the user is engaged in various activities, without requiring to be anchored to any other anchor, device or support and to remain mobile while doing exercises that previously required an anchor, and allowing the user to switch the direction of pulling exercises by repositioning swivel arms or by removing and reattaching an arm extension pole; an arch or a cage, and attaching the resistance bands to various locations on the end of the pole, arch, or cage.
