Abstract
The present invention relates to the technical field of water heaters, specifically to a water heater, including a shell and an anti-electric wall. A heater is disposed in the shell, two ends of the heater communicate with connecting pipes, ends of the connecting pipes respectively communicate with a water outlet pipe and a water inlet pipe, and the anti-electric wall is disposed inside or outside the shell. An overheat protector is provided with a resetting button. The present invention can avoid potential leakage at the joint between the anti-electric wall and the heater during the use of the water heater.

A water heater, comprising a shell and an anti-electric wall, wherein a heater is disposed in the shell, two ends of the heater communicate with connecting pipes, ends of the connecting pipes respectively communicate with a water outlet pipe and a water inlet pipe, the anti-electric wall is disposed inside or outside the shell, the anti-electric wall comprises a mounting shell, the mounting shell and the water inlet pipe are arranged integrally, a folded water flow channel is disposed in the mounting shell, a water flow, after heated by the heater, enters the folded water flow channel and then flows out, the heater is mounted with an overheat protector for monitoring temperature of the heater, a resetting button is disposed on the overheat protector, when the temperature of the heater is excessively high, the resetting button pops out to power off the heater, the shell is provided with an insertion hole, the insertion hole corresponds in position to the resetting button, after the heater cools down and is restored, a non-metallic object is inserted into the insertion hole to press the resetting button for resetting, a resetting shell is integrally disposed in the shell, a resetting cavity is provided in the resetting shell, the insertion hole communicates with the resetting cavity, the resetting button extends into the resetting cavity, when the resetting button needs to be pressed for resetting, the non-metallic object is used to extend into the resetting cavity to toggle the resetting button, a water flow rotor is mounted in the connecting pipe of the water outlet pipe and/or the water inlet pipe, a mounting groove is provided on a pipe wall of the water outlet pipe, a hall sensor is inserted into the mounting groove, a control assembly is mounted in the shell, and the control assembly is electrically connected to the heater and the hall sensor.

The water heater according to claim 1 , wherein the shell is provided with a through hole corresponding in position to a flow regulating valve, a water separator is disposed at the through hole, a rotary cover is disposed outside the shell, the rotary cover sleeves the water separator and is connected to a control lever of the corresponding flow regulating valve, a limiting rib is disposed on the water separator, an adjustment portion is disposed on the rotary cover, in a process of adjusting the rotary cover to rotate forward or backward, when the adjustment portion abuts against the limiting rib, the flow regulating valve is located at a position of a set maximum water flow capacity or a set minimum water flow capacity, the water separator comprises a water separating ring arranged at the through hole and extending outwards, the rotary cover sleeves the water separating ring, the rotary cover is rotatable relative to the water separating ring, and the limiting rib is arranged on an outer peripheral surface of the water separating ring, or the limiting rib is arranged on an inner peripheral surface of the water separating ring.
3 . The water heater according to claim 2 , wherein an end surface of the mounting shell extends to form a hollow pipe, in communication with the mounting shell, serving as a water outlet pipe at a water exit.

The water heater according to claim 2 , wherein the adjustment portion comprises a first adjusting block disposed in the rotary cover, such limiting rib is provided in a quantity of two, when the rotary cover is connected to the control lever, the first adjusting block is located between the two limiting ribs, a second adjusting block is also disposed in the rotary cover, an adjustment angle is formed between a center of the rotary cover and two side surfaces, back away from each other, of the first adjusting block and the second adjusting block, when the first adjusting block abuts against one of the limiting ribs, the flow regulating valve is located at the position of a set maximum water flow capacity, when the second adjusting block abuts against the other limiting rib, the flow regulating valve is located at the position of a set minimum water flow capacity, and as a range of the adjustment angle is changed, a flow capacity control range of the flow regulating valve is changed.

The water heater according to claim 1 , wherein a mounting ring is integrally disposed on a connecting pipe at a water exit, the mounting ring communicates with the connecting pipe, a pressure relief valve is disposed in the mounting ring, and an end of the pressure relief valve extends out of the shell.

The water heater according to claim 4 , wherein a toothed key is annularly disposed on an outer peripheral surface of the control lever, a connecting ring is disposed in the rotary cover, a connection slot is provided in the connecting ring, an inner wall of the connection slot is annularly provided with a toothed slot, and the control lever is fixed to the connecting ring through insertion, such that the rotary cover is separable from the control lever.

The water heater according to claim 1 , wherein the shell comprises a mounting shell and an upper cover plate, the mounting shell is fixed to the upper cover plate to form a mounting space for mounting the heater, a sealing ring sleeves the flow regulating valve, when the mounting shell is fixed to the upper cover plate, the upper cover plate and the flow regulating valve clamp and fix the sealing ring, one end of the upper cover plate is integrally provided with a connecting hook, the mounting shell is integrally provided with a landing edge, the connecting hook and the landing edge hook each other, the other end of the upper cover plate is detachably fixed and connected to the mounting shell, the control lever extends out of the shell, an avoidance hole is provided at the through hole, a sealing cover is detachably disposed on the shell, and when the sealing cover is fixed to the shell, the sealing cover covers the insertion hole.

The water heater according to claim 1 , wherein a partial side surface of the shell is recessed inward to form an L-shaped groove, the rotary cover is located in the L-shaped groove, the rotary cover is entirely or partially hidden in the L-shaped groove, and the rotary cover is also integrally provided with an adjusting handle.
9 . The water heater according to claim 1 , further comprising a filter, wherein the filter is detachably connected to the water inlet pipe and/or the water outlet pipe, and the filter is located outside the shell.
