Air conditioner
Abstract
An air conditioner which suppresses crazing of an attachment portion for screws in a panel attached to an indoor unit using the screws and suppresses cracking and damage of the panel is provided. The air conditioner includes the indoor unit that suctions air from an air suction port and blows out the suctioned air from an air blowout port through an indoor heat exchanger, the panel that is attached to the indoor unit and has a panel air suction port at a position where at least a portion of the panel overlaps the air suction port, and a lid portion. The panel includes an attachment portion that is provided around the panel air suction port and to which screws for fixing the panel to the indoor unit are attached. The lid portion covers the screws and seals the attachment portion.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An air conditioner comprising:
an indoor unit that includes an air suction port and an air blowout port, accommodates a fan and an indoor heat exchanger therein, suctions air from the air suction port by operating the fan, and blows out the suctioned air from the air blowout port through the indoor heat exchanger; a panel that is attached to the indoor unit, and has a panel air suction port at a position where at least a portion of the panel overlaps the air suction port; an attachment portion that is provided around the panel air suction port of the panel, and to which screws for fixing the panel to the indoor unit are attached; a wall portion provided to protrude at a periphery of the attachment portion, and including a locked portion; and a lid portion that covers the screws, is locked to the wall portion, and seals the attachment portion, wherein the lid portion includes a locking portion engaging with the locked portion, and locking the lid portion to the wall portion.
2 . The air conditioner according to claim 1 , wherein
the lid portion includes a substantially rectangular cover portion, and a packing provided on a surface of the cover portion which faces the wall portion when the lid portion is attached to the panel, and when the lid portion is attached to the panel, the wall portion abuts on the packing, and the attachment portion is sealed by the lid portion, the wall portion, and the packing.
3 . The air conditioner according to claim 1 , further comprising:
a filter outer frame that is detachably attached to the panel to surround the panel air suction port, and to which a filter is detachably attached, wherein the filter outer frame includes the lid portion.
4 . The air conditioner according to claim 3 , wherein
the panel includes a suction port edge portion that surrounds the panel air suction port, and to which the filter outer frame is attached, and at least a portion of the attachment portion is formed by the suction port edge portion.
5 . The air conditioner according to claim 4 , wherein
the panel includes a panel peripheral wall that surrounds the suction port edge portion, extends toward a side opposite to the indoor unit, and has the filter outer frame attached to an inside thereof, and at least a portion of the wall portion is formed by the panel peripheral wall.
6 . (canceled)
7 . The air conditioner according to claim 1 , wherein
the lid portion includes a locking tool, the locking tool includes a fixing portion that extends toward the indoor unit along one side surface of the wall portion in a state where the filter outer frame is attached to the panel, and a handle portion that extends toward a side opposite to the fixing portion and protrudes from the lid portion, and the locking portion is a claw that is provided on a surface of the fixing portion which faces the wall portion.
8 . The air conditioner according to claim 1 , wherein the locked portion is a stepped portion that is provided in the wall portion, and to which the claw is locked in a state where the filter outer frame is attached to the panel.
9 . The air conditioner according to claim 7 , wherein locking of the locking portion to the locked portion is released by moving the handle portion toward the attachment portion.
10 . The air conditioner according to claim 4 , wherein
the panel air suction port has a substantially rectangular shape, the suction port edge portion has a rectangular frame shape, the attachment portions are provided at both ends of one longitudinal side of the suction port edge portion, and the filter outer frame includes the lid portion at a position where the filter outer frame overlaps the attachment portion when attached to the panel.
11 . The air conditioner according to claim 1 , wherein the indoor unit is installed above a ceiling, and includes the air suction port and the air blowout port on one surface facing an indoor side.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
