Abstract

A cooking appliance includes: a housing with a cooking appliance cavity liner disposed in the housing to form a cooking chamber, the cooking appliance cavity liner having two mounting tabs for form-fitting connection to a mounting wall of the housing, each respective form-fitting connection being formed by at least one cavity liner mounting element engaging in a respective mounting hole in the mounting wall and in a respective mounting tab. The mounting hole disposed in each of the mounting tabs is an elongated hole. A longitudinal axis of the elongated hole extends in a depth dimension of the cooking appliance, which depth dimension extends from a front of the housing toward the mounting wall. Respective corresponding elongated holes, mounting holes, and cavity liner mounting elements are configured to match each other.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A cooking appliance, comprising:
a housing with a cooking appliance cavity liner disposed in the housing to form a cooking chamber, the cooking appliance cavity liner having two mounting tabs for form-fitting connection to a mounting wall of the housing, each respective form-fitting connection being formed by at least one cavity liner mounting element engaging in a respective mounting hole in the mounting wall and in a respective mounting tab, wherein the mounting hole disposed in each of the mounting tabs is an elongated hole, wherein a longitudinal axis of the elongated hole extends in a depth dimension of the cooking appliance, which depth dimension extends from a front of the housing toward the mounting wall, and wherein respective corresponding elongated holes, mounting holes, and cavity liner mounting elements are configured to match each other such that, in a state of non-use of the cooking appliance and in all states of use of the cooking appliance, the respective cavity liner mounting element is positioned away from both ends that bound the elongated hole in the depth dimension.

2 . The cooking appliance of claim 1 , wherein the two mounting tabs are each disposed on a respective side of the cooking appliance cavity liner, and
wherein the mounting wall has correspondingly shaped lateral tabs.

3 . The cooking appliance of claim 1 , wherein the respective mounting tab is connected to a remainder of the cooking appliance cavity liner in a form-fitting manner and/or by a material-to-material bond.

4 . The cooking appliance of claim 1 , wherein the respective cavity liner mounting element comprises a mounting bolt or a mounting screw.

5 . The cooking appliance of claim 1 , wherein the respective mounting tab has, in addition to the mounting hole formed therein, a plurality of further holes to reduce heat conduction from the cooking appliance cavity liner toward the mounting wall.

6 . The cooking appliance of claim 1 , wherein the respective mounting tab has a raised edge.

7 . The cooking appliance of claim 1 , further comprising:
a fan disposed on a rear wall of the cooking appliance cavity liner; and a fan motor, wherein the mounting wall and fan mounting elements for mounting the fan motor to the cavity liner rear wall are configured to match each other such that in a state of non-use and in all states of use of the cooking appliance, the fan mounting elements are positioned so as to not contact the mounting wall.

8 . The cooking appliance of claim 7 , wherein holes corresponding to the fan mounting elements are disposed in the mounting wall.

9 . The cooking appliance of claim 1 , wherein the cooking appliance cavity liner is form-fittingly supported as a form-fitted support at a front of the housing such that attachment of the cooking appliance cavity liner to the housing is only accomplished through interaction of the form-fitted support with the form-fitting connection of the cooking appliance cavity liner to the mounting wall.

10 . The cooking appliance of claim 1 , wherein the housing comprises a multi-part housing.

11 . The cooking appliance of claim 2 , wherein the lateral tabs each comprise a flange of the mounting wall, which flange is provided with the mounting hole.

12 . The cooking appliance of claim 11 , wherein a trough provided with the mounting hole is formed in the respective flange of the mounting wall.

13 . The cooking appliance of claim 4 , wherein the respective mounting hole in the mounting wall is formed as a circular mounting hole configured to correspond to an outer diameter of a shank of the cavity liner mounting element, while the respective mounting hole in the mounting tab has a width of the elongated hole configured to correspond to the outer diameter.

14 . The cooking appliance of claim 13 , wherein the respective cavity liner mounting element is configured for blind assembly.

15 . The cooking appliance of claim 5 , wherein at least some further holes of the plurality of further holes are arranged along an axis perpendicular to the depth dimension.

16 . The cooking appliance of claim 15 , wherein all further holes of the plurality of further holes are arranged along the axis perpendicular to the depth dimension.

17 . The cooking appliance of claim 6 , wherein the raised edge is at least partially disposed in an overlap region of the mounting tab with the mounting wall such that the mounting wall contacts the mounting tab only via the raised edge or not at all.

18 . The cooking appliance of claim 8 , wherein the holes corresponding to the fan mounting elements each comprise a mounting wall cutout.

19 . The cooking appliance of claim 10 , wherein, in a disassembled condition of the cooking appliance, the housing has a separate housing front frame and/or a separate mounting wall and/or a separate housing bottom wall and/or a separate housing top wall.

20 . The cooking appliance of claim 19 , wherein the housing has at least one housing cover configured to cover the housing.
